Yes. We have already established, according to the Holy Bible and science, that life in the womb is alive and human. Therefore, they are entitled to the same "due process of law" and "equal protection under the laws" as are all other human persons.
Do individual states have an obligation to enforce the 14th Amendment?
Yes, they have the obligation to enforce all constitutional law — especially the God-given right to life.
What is the constitutional duty of the president when individual states fail to enforce the 14th Amendment?
As the chief law enforcement officer, the president is obligated to enforce the 14th Amendment when individual states fail to do so.
How would you do it?
As my first official act as president, I would call on the states to enforce the 14th Amendment to end all abortions in their states. If they fail to do so within 24 hours, I would issue an executive order closing down all abortion clinics and prosecuting any murders of innocent pre-born babies in any state where the state governments allowed the murders to take place. No state possesses the right to separate inalienable rights, especially the right to life!
Is Personhood legislation necessary? No. The Declaration of Independence, the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States, and the 5th and 14th Amendments already guarantee the inalienable right to life for all human persons, which include babies in the womb.

Tax liberation
Dr. Roth will immediately institute her "tax liberation" plan. As President, she will boldly suggest a bill to the House to support her 2% point of purchase tax on all products and eradication of all other federal taxes. Roth will go through the proper procedures in the House and Senate to get it passed. She will then sign it into law. A 2% point of purchase tax would bring in between at least $10 trillion a year to run the government and give us what Laurie calls our "national wallet." This would be the key to finally get the United States completely out of debt within 4 years, build up our military, secure Social security, Medicare, Medicaid and CHIPS, while providing assistance for energy infrastructure projects and national needs. One has to wonder why no one has approached this in this manner before.
Energy independence — create millions of jobs, and lead
Laurie will quickly meet with leaders in the energy industry and discuss what needs to be done to remove the obstacles — including oppressive regulations — that make it impossible for them to increase production for the people of the United States of America. In so doing, Dr. Roth will bring production and distribution of energy products back to the United States of America and disconnect us from OPEC.
Border security and stopping of drug trade
Dr. Roth says: "There has been way too much talk on this issue with administration after administration. It is time to finally serve America, our national security, and economy." Dr. Roth says she plans to first secure the borders, end the $200 billion a year drug trade, and stop all illegal aliens crossing into the United States. She will do this by adding 20,000-50,000 National Guard troops and triple border security by using virtual and real fences. And, where appropriate, she will authorize the use of satellite surveillance. Then and only then will the institution of a real plan for illegals already here be possible.
Increase funding for and build up our military
Along with cutting back funds and putting our troops in illegal wars, Obama now plans to start scaling back the military and eliminate soldiers. Dr. Roth stated: "We have a Commander-in-Chief who plans to dramatically cut our military so we can only fight one small war for a limited time, instead of being able to handle two war fronts or even one front well. Under Obama, we can no longer protect the United States of America. Mr. Obama is a national security nightmare and traitor." Dr. Laurie Roth plans to reestablish our military as the mightiest force on earth. She also plans to undo the un-American START treaty. She also intends to reinstate "Don't ask don't tell." Dr. Roth's philosophy is clear in her statement: "Our next president must walk firmly, not softly, exalt peace and freedom, AND carry the biggest stick on the block. In 1994-1995, Dr. Roth didn't quit when she became a victim of crime in the music business. Instead, she entered bankruptcy and started her life over. She subsequently began her national talk radio journey.
