Because so many of Donald Trump’s 70+ million supporters feel confused and are at a loss to understand how he could have lost; there is a great deal packed into this article, I suggest you read it carefully and after reading, if you believe that this election has not been open or transparent and you do not trust either the results or the methodology, you should send a snail mail letter to demand a full audit of the election results in all 50 states:

I have experienced a great deal in my life, met many people, traveled to more countries that less than 1% of the US population, read voraciously since I was a child and what I see unfolding before my very eyes is a high tech 21st century version of DC Comics Bizarro World, 1917 Russia, 1933 Germany, 1956 Hungary, 1959 Cuba, 1968 Czechoslovakia, 1979 Iran, 1998 Venezuela etc.… I knew/know people who in the case of Russia/Ukraine who experienced the Holodomor, and the Nazi Concentration Camps (Both of which the New York Times denied or hid on back pages) first hand and for the latter 7 had front row seats to the respective revolutions. I remember well Mr. Twomey, Twomey’s Rexall Drugs in Deer Lake, Newfoundland where I graduated from grade 2 before heading to “Town” as rural outports called the capital city of St John’s. The foregoing cartoon pretty much sums up my perspective of the current election and it is not the first time I made a reference to “Bizarro World” as I mentioned it in my Canada Free Press Article “Flea circuses, energy starvation & declining quality of life.”- June 1, 2011. I suggest you read it later as many of the things I recommend doing at the end were actually accomplished by Donald J Trump in his past term and as I predicted in 2011:

While the GOP has raised the seriousness of the skyrocketing debt and representatives like Paul Ryan have tabled plans to reign in federal spending; they are but symptoms of the disease that afflicts the nation, that disease being the hidden agendas, unelected Czars, unaccountable bureaucracies and an undocumented leader whose allegiance (and that of his Czars) lie extraterritorially to the USA, and ideologically opposed to the Judeo-Christian principles of meritocracy upon which this country was built.

The next election is the most critical and pivotal of the history of this great experiment in liberty. With the oval office and the Senate there for the taking, the GOP, bogged down with RINOS and their conflicting agendas, may just snatch defeat from the jaws of victory; leaving the country’s HDI to further languish under the hidden agendas of the Obama/Reid coup d’état ; A regime that daily tramples the constitution of this great nation thus desecrating the blood and graves of the patriots who for 235 odd years have paid the supreme sacrifice for freedom, liberty and opportunity that the rest of the world envies and has never been able to duplicate.

Even Bernie Goldberg in his ‘The Hill’ Article of Oct 26th 2020 “In our 'Bizarro World' of 2020 politics, the left takes a wrong turn” discusses the following:

The left worries about Trump’s supposed authoritarian tendencies. I worry about theirs, because they control the information we receive, they control the entertainment and news industries, they control the arts, they control the ideas that come out of our colleges and even out of our high schools. In other words, they control American culture.

And now we have a liberal running for president who offers us more evidence that we’re living in Bizarro World. Joe Biden wants us to vote for him so we can “return to normalcy.”

Help me out: What’s normal about packing the Supreme Court, which he just might do? What’s normal about adding two liberal states to the 50 we already have? What’s normal about the other things the left wing of his party salivates over — such as lowering the voting age so 16-year-olds can vote for Democrats, allowing felons still in prison to vote, taking the first steps to abolishing the Electoral College? What’s normal about fundamentally changing America?

Only in Bizarro World is abnormal … well, normal.

Here we are nearly 5 ½ years after “The Donald” descended the escalator in Trump Tower and in review those years read like a Bizarro world novel written as a collaborative effort between John Steinbeck, Ian Fleming, Tom Clancy, George Orwell, Steven King and Niccolò Machiavelli.

Reflecting on Trump’s past 5 years:

As discussed in the past Liberty’s Twilight (and other) articles Donald J Trump has let his feelings be known and recorded for posterity about America being sold out as early as 1980 in his interview with Rona Barrett. Shortly after announcing his run for the Presidency June 16, 2015. Donald J Trump started to make very specific promises to “We the People”. From the perspective of the left and media outrage over his running for president, he instantly became a racist on the Trump Tower Escalator and his IQ and ability lowered with every descending step. But the long knives did not come out until Candidate and Presumptive Republican Nominee Trump unveiled 11 potential Supreme Court nominees on May 18 2016. This was a direct salvo across the bow of the Democratic Party’s Flagship: Judicial Activism and Lawfare.

Judicial Activism and Lawfare:

The appointment of Ideologues to various courts who make law from the bench rather than interpreting everything according to the original meaning and sanctity of the Constitution is a Constitutional Heresy. Democratic ideological judicial activists make laws from the bench to give the Democratic Party elected members the cover of “Plausible Deniability” allowing them to shrug their shoulders and claim what the Courts have ruled is not their fault, thus escaping the wrath of electoral consequences. The electoral consequences of direct Democratic Lawmaking are well known as Under Obama, Democrats suffer largest loss in power since Eisenhower.

Once candidate Trump’s plans for the court were made public, the Democratic Party, with Obama and Biden at the helm of the heavily listing S.S. Hope and Change which was no longer limping Forward; at the direction and funding of the Hillary Clinton campaign, kicked into overdrive to concoct/procure the dossier and false Russian Collusion narratives. Few remembered when Obama tells Medvedev he will have "more flexibility" after election. Yet despite all the evidence that gets uncovered on a daily basis about the Democrat collusion, spying, unmasking and persecution of people like General Flynn as discussed in "More willful blindness by the media on spying by Obama administration" By Jonathan Turley, opinion contributor The Hill — 07/25/20; Wikipedia’s comment on Spygate is:

“Spygate is a conspiracy theory initiated by President Donald Trump in May 2018 that the Obama administration had placed a spy in his 2016 presidential campaign for political purposes.”

This is up there with the Biden Lie that Trump was responsible for all the COVID-19 deaths. They are even calling Voter Fraud a Conspiracy Theory. Yet, this is just the tip of an iceberg of Titanic proportions with respect to the entrenched force of the ‘Deep State’ and if they can take down someone like Donald Trump what can they do to any Private Citizens who tries to exercise their first and second amendment rights? A classic example is Catherine Engelbrecht who had the temerity to start a group called "True the Vote" after personally witnessing polling irregularity’s in Texas in 2009. She was one of the first to try and expose the “Weaponizing of Government” against Tea Party Groups, as talked about in this video and it is Mandatory that you watch it before reading further to understand the context of this article.

REMEMBER THAT JOE BIDEN WAS VICE PRESIDENT during Catherine Engelbrecht’s experience: Joe was second in command of "A Political Machine that would pit its own survival against the Civil Liberties of a Private Citizen.” It feared ‘Truing the Vote’!

We can go back over Lois Learner, Hillary’s Private Email Server, her destruction of evidence, Uranium1 and any of the other Obama/Biden or even earlier Clinton-Clinton/Gore era Scandals and none of these unindicted co-conspirators were ever “Perp Walked” before a Grand Jury of “We the People”. This is in stark contrast to the swat team tactics used against, for example, Roger Stone with CNN directing the action (rather than merely being imbedded like the first Gulf War) acting like a 1984/Soviet style propaganda arm reminding the public the price of resisting or defying the Deep State. I saw the menacing shadows of Waco and Ruby Ridge, the latter Jerry Spence exposed in his book “From Freedom To Slavery: The Rebirth of Tyranny in America”. In all cases the party faithful are exonerated quietly and privately within the halls of unequal justice via mutual handwashing between “The Untouchables”; ideological brethren of the Elite who look at “We the People” with detestable disdain as Hilary’s ‘deplorables’, “the great unwashed”. While sneering and uttering “Let them eat Cake” or in the case of Nancy Pelosi “designer ice cream” the same Elite anoint fellow travelers with an unholy oil and slide them into positions of power and control to protect and perpetrate the corruption, some of which are ‘until death do you part’ positions in the higher courts. All of this does violence to the Constitution of the United States of America and in turn is violent oppression and tyranny against “We the people” and a judicial shackling of the true freedom and Liberty our founders intended for everyone.

At the moment, the Joe Biden and the Democratic party are clamoring for a peaceful transition of power, demanding resources from the GSA, before any constitutionally binding transfer of power or audit of the election results, and yet Donald J. Trump never had a peaceful transition of power for the past 4 years.

The point being, the Democrats have first been trying to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president since early 2016, used the secret police powers of the state to spy on his campaign and later remove General Flynn (who was a threat to Obama/Biden/Hillary and could have started corralling the Deep State) from the administration after Trump was President Elect. Then the old guard launched a massive investigation solely populated by Democrats about false Russian Collusion and then sounded the alarm over being "Concerned If We Don't Impeach This President, He Will Get Re-Elected" [2] and did just this in an election year because they feared he would get over 70 Million Votes, which is what happened. Hillary Clinton is the most exonerated politician ever and Husband, Slick Willy before her. were serial recipients of ‘Get Out of Jail Free Cards’ (Just like Bill Clintons Lolita Express partner in crime, Jeffery Epstein was over a decade ago). In a Report details Sky Harbor meeting between Clinton and Lynch, it was decided that Comey would exonerate Hilary and not Loretta Lynch who replaced Eric Holder after he resigned. Holder was the first attorney general to be found in contempt of Congress in the history of the United States. Every action taken against Donald J Trump was solely from the Democrats (With the exception of Mittens Romney impeachment or John McCain’s Obamacare votes) and every investigation stacked (even hiding in Congressional Basements) with Democratic/Communist operatives just like the stage managed 2016 and 2020 presidential debates. Even the Presidential Debate Commission acts like an arm of Stalin’s Supreme Soviet where the preferred candidate is given questions in advance.

When I wrote “The Donald phenomena, human Molotov Cocktail, but not the biggest F___ You! in history” before the 2016 election victory, I had no idea the extent of the violence that would instantly break out after he won; about which I wrote weeks later in The Donald tsunami angers George Soros's useful idiots in the urban swamps- Yet this violence broke out on que just like what has been going on in Portland and Philadelphia and New York by the Biden “Idea” of Antifa and the Marxist trained Black Lives Matter. For politicians, sharing power with extremists in your own party, or in other parties, is dangerous. Politicians of the center-left and center-right may see each other as historical opponents, but they should be allied in fighting extremists on either side.

For Joe Biden to make a statement that he will stop the violence of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, it should be taken in the context that neither Biden nor the Democratic Party have ever condemned either group. Why Didn’t Biden Condemn Antifa and Bernie Sanders? - Not since George McGovern has a Democrat presidential nominee been so welcoming of extremist allies. Does this mean that the rise of ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter is the Obama(OFA)/Biden equivalent of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar whereas Mark Anthony cried out?: "raging for revenge, with Ate by his side come hot from hell, shall in these confines with a Monarch's voice cry 'Havoc!' and let slip the dogs of war!" [3] After he seizes power will Joe Biden call off the dogs of war just like Hitler did on the Night of Long Knives to suppress the “useful idiots” aka SA Brownshirts who had been using violent and unlawful intimidation of all opponents of the Nazi power grab in the first place?

And consider this. If massive voting anomalies and outright fraud is discovered during an audit to the extent that Trump wins despite all the media propaganda that have been calling Joe Biden president elect since last week; has all this been deliberately done to let slip the dogs of war and cause massive rioting and insurrection?

Note: Since I wrote the foregoing early Saturday morning, the most telling aspect of this hypothesis is in the proof that now that the Media have unconstitutionally coronated Quid Pro Joe, the Antifa/BLM mobocracy are relatively quiet (But still clamoring for more Power), However there is not a single Republican sponsored Molotov Cocktail, Riot, Looting or Insurrection in the streets, only Peaceful Protests and vigils over a stolen election!

Why the Trump Hatred and (TDS) Trump Derangement Syndrome?

To get a better idea of why there was such a visceral response to Donald J Trump even running for office in the first place and later winning the presidency you need an understanding of the history that the far left has all but obliterated. The reality of the matter is that the Progressives, since before KKK promoting Segregationist Woodrow Wilson was president, and their fellow travelers, the Fabian Socialists since the days of Marx as discussed in Liberty’s Twilight, have been molding the world ‘nearer their hearts desire’ known colloquially as the New World Order aka Globalism. Perhaps the best book I read on the subject during the Clinton Administration was Gary Kah’s Enroute to Global Occupation.[video of Gary discussing the book it’s an interesting retrospective of the past 25 years] Much of this was also documented by Dr Bella Dodd in her book School of Darkness [4] where her years of leadership in the Communist Party of the USA exposed her to a truth she began to abhor. Eventually, Dodd was expelled and smeared as "anti-Negro, anti-Puerto Rican, anti-Semitic, anti-labor and a defender of the landlord." [5] A familiar refrain in the Cancel Culture Marxism of today’s America!

Dr Dodd also revealed that the CPUSA had 1100 members become Catholic priests in the 1930's [6]. CPUSA also subverted the American education system by taking over the teacher's unions and learned societies. Only people who accepted the "materialistic, collectivist international class struggle approach" advanced. [7] The goal being "to create new types of human beings who would conform to the blueprint of the world they confidently expected to control." [8] "This is the key to the mental enslavement of mankind. The individual is made into nothing ... he operates as the physical part of [a] higher group intelligence... he has no awareness of the plans the higher group intelligence has for utilizing him." When you take all this into context under the RS Furlong “Consistent Stupidity” theorem you see that the Media Talking Heads like Anderson Cooper or Keith Olbermann, Jake Tapper et al and the political Elite like the Democratic Party Old Guard such as Joe Biden, Patrick Leahy, Ed Markey, Chuck Schumer, Gerald Nadler, Dianne Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi et al; the lot of them are Whittaker Chamber’s Communists. The latter who have collectively been in public office more years than the Republic has existed are of a similar ruling class to whom ‘we the people’ rebelled against at the birth of the Republic. The Democratic Party of entitled elites have had one party rule (which none dare properly investigating) and sole control of the most violent and decayed cities in America longer than Stalin, Lenin and Mao were in power in Russia or China; with Venezuela as the Left’s latest never discussed failure, the shocking imagery and news thereof purged from the airwaves lest it offend the sensibilities of the “Demoncratic” Socialists.

They are all elite Communist/Globalists hell bent on destroying the constitution and selling this country out to a globalist cabal. Everything they promote from Open Borders, Free and Open Migration, Amnesty for Illegals, the WTO, the WHO and the Paris Climate Accord all involve/demand the unconstitutional surrender of the Sovereignty of the United States to Globalists and even more importantly the abrogation of the individual sovereignty and Liberty of all citizens against their will. It all has a timetable and in real terms the Paris Climate Accord sets very specific dates and is “A process by which the poor in rich countries [e.g. America and Canada will] subsidize the rich in poor countries.” and is designed to "intentionally transform the economic development model for the first time in human history." [15] Of course the wealthy elite along with the connected donor class themselves will have forewarning of the economic grenade pin being pulled just like the “Senators sold stocks before coronavirus sank the markets”.

Ever wonder why the media elite never mention the real plans and motivation behind the ‘Paris Climate Accord’ or other UN projects like the Global Compact on Migration? Why they never investigate the how or why the WHO MANIFESTO FOR A HEALTHY RECOVERY FROM COVID-19 is focused on Climate Change and now the Biden Transition Team wants to reengage with them? Was this the plan all along? Are lockdowns really just an Alinskian economic collapse technique to "intentionally transform the economic development model for the first time in human history?" And now the Biden Team is proposing more national mandates and possibly a federally mandated lockdown A Cloward and Piven on Steroids like mass migration and border crossings? Now Covid-19 is being used as a cover to steal an election! And now the Biden Covid-19 Response Team is talking about increased contact tracing!

When Donald J Trump [someone the Globalist Cabal did not and could not control] was elected, he thwarted not only the Coronation of Queen Hilary but the combined timeline of a collective third Clinton & Obama administration on steroids and that of their Globalist overlords. In retrospect, Al Gore’s narrow loss in the 2000 election set back the timeline then and is it not coincidental that Gore’s propaganda film [16], Inconvenient Truth, has been the rallying cry for 20 years and that George W Bush was mercilessly harangued by the media his whole presidency with only a brief interlude after 9-11? Or that during the South by Southwest (SXSW) Festival in Austin, Texas "We need to put a price on carbon to accelerate these market trends,” said Gore. “And in order to do that, we need to put a price on denial in politics." A foreshadowing of the current attack on all Trump Supporters?

If Hillary had been elected, we never would have found out about Spygate, Obamagate, WeinerGate, or other criminal activities ad nauseum. The border of the shining city on the hill would have been thrown open to the barbarians at the gates and the Paris Climate accord would unconstitutionally become the law of the land. Overnight some 20 million new voters would be minted from those who entered the country illegally. For the leftist ideologues, Donald Trump’s biggest crimes (like Bush before him on Clinton’s Legacy) were delaying the timeline and the rolling back of Obama era regulations, legislation and policies that exposed the big lie about manufacturing jobs not coming back to America. As a result of Donald Trump’s Policies, before the COVID-19 virus was released into the world by the Chinese Communist Party, aided and abetted by the WHO; America had an unprecedented manufacturing boom with historically low unemployment, especially for Black’s, Latino’s and Women of all races.

Deep Visceral Hatred:

This deep visceral hatred is also directed at ALL of Donald Trump’s supporters that Michelle Obama recently ripped into, the 70+ millions of Biden’s chumps, Hillary’s irredeemables and deplorables, Peter Strzok’s “Smelly Walmart People” who had the audacity to vote for and support Trump; like the founding fathers had the audacity to challenge King George III. Mark my words after they depose Trump, they are coming for you and I, just like they did for Catherine Engelbrecht, which one of you reading this will be next? Don’t be fooled into thinking that if you help these self-serving Elites seize power you will be safe. Stalin had Trotsky hunted down and killed with an Ice Axe in Mexico City and Hitler had Ernst Rohm and the brownshirts leadership exterminated on the Night of Long Knives.

Obama/Bidens Shadow Government:

Was it not for providentially accidental incidents like the discovery of laptops full of data, we would never know about the true level of the alleged criminality of Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden! How will we ever know the level of Vote Fraud Corruption? Were it not for the Wikileaks of the DNC and John Podesta emails we never would have heard about the ‘Shadow Government”, as CNBC discussed “New FBI release on Clinton email probe refers to ‘Shadow Government’” Oct 17 2016 by Everett Rosenfeld. Perhaps the late great Charles Krauthammer’s article in the Territorial Dispatch The “Shadow Government (OFA)” sums it up best (I suggest you read the whole article):

I do not understand how living in a country with its democracy established over 200 years ago, and now, for the first time in history, suddenly we have one of our former presidents set up a group called "Organizing for Action" (OFA).

OFA is 30,000+ strong and working to disrupt everything that our current president’s administration is trying to do. This organization goes against our Democracy, and it is an operation that will destroy our way of governing. It goes against our Constitution, our laws, and the processes established over 200 years ago. If it is allowed to proceed then we will be living in chaos very much like third world countries are run. What good is it to have an established government if it is not going to be respected and allowed to follow our laws?

If you had an army some 30,000 strong and a court system stacked over the decades with judges who would allow you to break the laws, how much damage could you do to a country? We are about to find out in America!...

The Facts Speak for Themselves, but is the Fiction Believable?

As of Saturday morning Nov 7th, Joe Biden has 74,446,452 votes to Donald Trump’s 70,294,341. Note that Trumps turnout is greater than Hillary’s in 2016 which was 65,853,514 and Barack Obama’s in 2008 which was 69,498,516, the question is how and why did Joe Biden get so many more votes than Trump?

1. Despite ‘racist’ charges, Trump did better with minorities than any GOP candidate in 60 years

2. Biden carried Miami-Dade by nearly 85,000 votes, according to unofficial results. But that was a far cry from Clinton’s 290,147-vote margin in Miami-Dade in 2016. This is a repeated theme in many districts across the country.

3. Florida’s anti-socialist Cuban community backed Trump by 55 per cent against 42 for Biden, according to data from the pollster Latino Decisions.

4. In 2008's historic election, 95% of Black men voted for Barack Obama; In 2016, 82% of Black men voted for Hillary Clinton; and exit poll data from Tuesday night showed only 80% of Black men voted for Biden. This was based on Exit Polling, however the true number is suggested to be closer to 75% as many in the black community hid their Trump Support.

5. Record number of women, minorities and veterans won Congressional Republican seats.

7. Despite Fabricated Poll Driven Propaganda that indicated a blue wave, the opposite occurred:

   e. Not a single state house of representatives flipped.

   f. The Federal House of Representatives, most likely scenario for Democrats is a net loss of between seven to eleven seats, according to interviews with campaign officials and strategists from both parties. How many more will flip if only the legal votes were counted?

   g. Only a single Senate Seat flipped with two going into runoffs and John James has not yet conceded defeat on Michigan. Will he win if only Legal Votes are counted?

8. The enthusiasm of the Trump rallies and parades have been noted as being greater that anything many political observers, including the undersigned, have seen in their lifetimes. While Joe Biden’s few rallies when he came out of his basement had all the joie de vivre of a mortuary ceremony.

9. Only 10 U.S. presidents have been previously defeated in their quest for another term. Trump is the first since George HW Bush whose “Read my Lips. No New Taxes” cost him his reelection, yet Joe Biden saying : "Guess what, if you elect me your taxes are gonna be raised, not cut" wins him enormous support? Pigs may fly but they make unlikely Birds.

   Note: Jimmy Carter: In 1980 was also a one term president whom Ronald Reagan defeated during the Iranian hostage crisis which Carter mismanaged to the maximum. Joe Biden was Vice President when Iran was sent Pallets of money by the Obama administration.

10. As listed by the BBC “US election 2020: Has Trump delivered on his promises?” is a reasonably accurate scorecard for the president. The only real caveats that should be added being that John McCain voted down Obamacare and the Ryan-O Congress from 2016 to 2018 did little to advance the president’s agenda and that probably precipitated the loss of Congress in 2018. Also, of note that at the time in 2016 the President, much to his regret, did not go after Hillary Clinton; he did not know at the time that she had been the main instigator of the spying on his campaign. Was Trump told Hillary was part of the FBI Untouchables? All in All, he has delivered on the majority of his 2016 campaign promises and how much would he have accomplished had the Deep State, McCain, and the Ryan-O/Pelosi congresses had not been actively working against him?

Note: All of this positive in the Trump Column was despite the 90% negative press coverage against Trump and Democrats outspending Republicans 2 to 1 and fake news/polls predicting an enormous blue wave landslide. To believe that the weakest Democratic Presidential Candidate to run in our lifetime achieved that level of voter turnout without a judicially empowered corrupt hand tilting the scale has to have been smoking some of Hunter Biden’s most serious Crack!

The key point to all this is that there were enormous “Changes to election dates, procedures, and administration in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, 2020” (I suggest you read through them as the Democrats launched over 300 Lawfare actions before election day) and under the guise of the Plandemic, California style Ballot Harvesting and many other vote leveraging opportunities were exported to battleground states. Yet in almost all cases the change in Voting Laws was not done in the Republican (or in some cases Democrat) State Legislative Branches but rather via Democratic controlled bureaucracy or state executive branch in collusion with Democrat appointed judiciary making law from the bench. What part did The National Association of State Election Directors play considering they receive a lot of funding from the Rockefeller Trust and Murdoch Group (Fox News)

The Constitution, in Art. I, §4, cl. 1, gives state legislatures the power over the times, methods, and procedures of elections and provides no "public health emergency" exception that enables governors or judges to override them and create a new system for elections. At its core, this is why we have such post-election chaos, and it was by design – set in motion for years by the courts and crystalized over the past few months by using COVID-19 to remake the in-person voting electorate into a postal ballot free-for-all, in what Justice Gorsuch described as the greatest judicial intervention in elections in 230 years.

The founding fathers despite the rabid leftists pulling down Washington’s, Frederick Douglas’s, Roosevelt’s and Lincoln’s Statues amongst others, are still very much alive today in the very powerful words of the Declaration of Independence and eternal sections, clauses and articles of the constitution that they painstakingly crafted. As in addition to Art. I, Section 4, Clause 1, 1; Article II, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3 are the only areas of the Constitution where any power was delegated back to the States. I use the word delegated very purposefully as the Constitution was designed to only dole out specifically enumerated and limited powers to the Federal Government and enumerate prohibited powers not Vice Versa.

10th amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Nowhere in the powers delegated to the Federal Government of these United States by the Constitution was any power over the electoral processes within the member States and Art. I, Section 4, Clause 1, 1 plus Article II, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3 were intended to be a double firewall against the courts both Federal and State or any executive branch or bureaucracy both Federal and State from making election law. The Sole and Exclusive Power rests with the State Legislatures, closest to the voters, not a city state like DC, an Imperial Rome wannabe, not Democratic Party hacks or a politically appointed judiciary. There is an old principle at law ‘delegatus non potest delegare’ (Latin: a delegate cannot further delegate)

The rule that a person to whom a power, trust, or authority is given to act on behalf, or for the benefit of, another, cannot delegate this obligation unless expressly authorized to do so.

[As a side note: most of the Bureaucratic Rulemaking in Washington violates this legal maxim”

The manner in which the Constitution, a creature of “We the People”, granted limited Federal powers to Congress and prohibited it from all others, none of which specifically mention election laws within the state, and then exclusively delegated, without exceptions or caveats, Art. I, Section 4, Clause 1, 1 plus Article II, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3 back to the states, expressly forbids any further delegation. This means that all election laws including rules and regulations within any of the states are the exclusive legislative domain of the respective states which are to be voted on and passed or rejected only within those legislative bodies there is no other wellspring for such power over ‘We the People’s” inalienable right to lawfully select our own representatives. This also includes (Gerrymandering) redistricting as voting districts are also part of this exclusive legislative domain and which has been a huge issue in Virginia and flipped it blue.

Roberts Star Chamber Court?:

Chief Justice John Roberts did violence to the Constitution and “We the People”; by refusing to hear this original case referred from the Pennsylvania Court before the election, just like he did in remaking Obamacare law from the bench. This gets to the pith and substance of Chief Justice John Robert’s Judicial Philosophy and Ideology; Roberts believes that he and other Justices have the power to make laws from the bench like a latter-day Star-Chamber Court. In reality he should recuse himself, as based on his Obamacare lawmaking he has preferential and prejudicial bias in favor of Justices having that power; a power that was not self-granted via Marbury v. Madison [20] and never delegated to them by “We the People” via OUR constitution. Was Roberts possibly believing all the false polls, or given the tipoff that Trump was going to lose due to a “Fix” and Biden would have a clear landslide and he would not have to worry about Donald Trump and his pesky handpicked originalists encroaching on his draconian self-mandated lawgiving power?

Below are the battleground states that have Republican Legislative bodies. Did your legislators actually change the election laws in your state or was its Democrat political operatives in the executive or bureaucracy or opposing party, in collusion with a Democrat appointed judiciary? There are enormous efforts to hide the crimes of voter fraud and in particular the segregation of Ballots that arrived after the close of the polls has been corrupted so much that Justice Alito temporarily grants Pennsylvania GOP request to enforce segregation of ballots that arrived after Election Day. And yet the Pa. attorney general says there’s no need for additional intervention by Supreme Court with mail ballots Note; The Pa Attorney General Josh Shapiro is on this year’s ticket so he has a conflict of interest!

It’s often been said that “when in the Majority: Democrats hold Power and when in the Majority: Republicans hold office.” So, while all this debacle has been unfolding over the California Export of Ballot Harvesting and other frauds via the Democratic Judicial Activism/Lawfare in the courts. were the above Republican led state House of Representatives asleep at the wheel as merely a powerless gaggle of emasculated seat warming RINOS living in dhimmitude to the Democrats? The most damning issue is that by a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Judge changing all the rules regarding dates, times and not requiring the provenance of postmarks, signatures and arrival times, he has created Plausible Deniability (Like Joes Brother Jim) for the evil leviathan to claim that it did not violate any laws before the final ruling of the Supreme Court and if the Judicial Fait laws are overturned can falsely claim that the undocumented ballots arrived before the true legal deadlines because real provenance was not required or applied. AKA “most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” = Democratic Party’s Flagship: Judicial Activism and Lawfare. Did this also apply to voting machine algorithms? Chief Justice John Roberts legitimized the fraud by not nipping it in the bud and refusing to hear it. When it arrives back in his lap will he instead of recusing himself, capitulate to the Democratic Lobbying to have Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett recuse themselves due to being Trump appointees? Will Justice Clarence Thomas be asked to recuse himself over the documentary where he describes the “High Tech Lynching” he received at the hands of then Senator Joe Biden? Then will Chief Justice John Roberts make law from the bench like Obamacare in alliance with the left side of the court to declare Quid Pro Joe the new Star Chamber Anointed King using some perverse justification of preventing the violence and uprising that the left has promised and “War Gamed” should Joe Biden stripped of his AgitProp Presidency? This is America’s Constitutional and Judicial Armageddon: and at its core is a final a decisive battle: either Roberts and his compatriots on the Supreme Court and the Justices in the Inferior courts have lawmaking powers never delegated to them by “We the People” fully stripped away or they will continue the final burning of the Constitution and Surrender of the Republic to the Communists/Globalists!

Then, just like after Obamacare, will Chief Justice Roberts retreat [24] to his overlords Island Kingdom of Malta [25] to avoid answering to the citizens of this nation for his final transgression against “We the People’s” Constitution?

In striving to protect her patent property rights, information came to Dr. Arunachalam that Chief Justice Roberts maintains an impermissible conflict of interest relationship with a foreign power-The Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM), officially the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, commonly known as the Order of Malta or Knights of Malta.

The Knights of Malta is a sovereign power, answers to the Pope of Rome 1 whose annual budget is $1.5 billion, funded by European governments, the United Nations, the European Union, foundations and public donors. The Knights of Malta cannot take vows that conflict with the Catholic Church.2 On 3/1112020, they established formal diplomatic relationship with Estonia, whose government is involved in the Spy Gate scandal and the fabrication of the spurious Steele "Dirty Dossier." Two of the greatest Naval Leaders in Human History were, the better known Lord Nelson of Bath who won a decisive victory at Trafalgar and the lesser known in America, whom I talked about in "It's a Joke: a very scary Joke!" ; Admiral and Poet Yi Sun-Sin who with 13 turtle ships devastated the Japanese Navy’s armada of 330. I find the numbers prophetic given the 13 original colonies and the 300+ pre-election lawsuits under the Democratic Party’s Flagship: Judicial Activism and Lawfare. Sadly, neither Nelson nor Yi Sun-Sin were able to share the fruits of their respective victory’s which positively changed the direction of the respective countries for which they are highly revered to this very day. Donald J Trump may lose the Presidency but this is his "I Have Not Yet Begun to Fight," John Paul Jones moment to strike a crippling blow to that Democratic Flagship before its Ballot Harvesting Leviathan fatally metastasizes into the Cancerous Communistic Death of this Republic.

Are you Summer Soldiers or Sunshine Patriots?

Should the 70+ million of you who voted for Donald Trump sit quietly and idly by like Summer Soldiers or Sunshine Patriots and only look on as spectators or should you exercise your first amendment right that both the Demoncratic party and their Big Tech army have been actively suppressing for the entire Trump Presidency and plan to strip you of forever? How much effort does it take to send a letter to the White House to demand an audit of the whole election in every state? Why should you Trump Voters in Pennsylvania (and other states with Republican Lawmaking houses) who legitimately and lawfully voted for President Trump wait for another Chief Justice Roberts debacle? As Larry Klayman write in Renew America November 9, 2020 “Get ready for revolution!” and urges conservatives not to count on the courts to bail out Trump!

Why aren’t you all also not flooding your republican state representatives with a similar letter and organizing to assemble en masse in Harrisburg (or other State Capitol’s) to peaceably but in loud unison exercise your first amendment right to petition your Government for a redress of grievances. Vociferously demand that the State Legislature and executive of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or others) vote that all electors for the Commonwealth or State represent and Vote for Donald J Trump in the Electoral college due to a fraudulent election process foisted upon them by Democratic Party’s Flagship: Judicial Activism and Lawfare? There was a famous contested presidential Election tie when, Traitor and un-convicted killer of Alexander Hamilton, former Vice President Arron Burr was thus rejected after a tie vote. [27]

These are indeed the times that try men’s souls and Donald J Trump has 70,294,341 reasons to contest this election so does every person who voted for him.

Unfortunately, I am not amongst that voter count as I am a Canadian Citizen and work here in the USA under a Temporary Work Visa and not only can I not vote but I could not contribute to Trumps election campaign due to FEC Laws:

Federal law prohibits contributions, donations, expenditures and disbursements solicited, directed, received or made directly or indirectly by or from foreign nationals in connection with any election — federal, state or local.

Of course that did not prevent Obama and Quid Pro Joe as described in “Obama Campaign Rakes In Millions In Illegal Foreign Cash”

However, I will not stand idly by and see the votes of the 70+ million Americans be lost due to corruption, Lawfare and Judicial Activism. I have donated $500.00 to the Election Defense Fund which I am willing to argue myself in court has nothing to do with the election of Donald J Trump; but rather my small contribution towards the preservation of electoral integrity, rule of law in these United States as a Law abiding taxpayer trying to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I ask every patriot reading this who voted for Donald J Trump and feels disenfranchised by systemic electoral corruption and a complicit media; how much did Donald J Trump’s first term efforts add to your after-tax household income? How much will a Biden-Harris presidency claw back from you if they seize office via this High-Tech Coup D'état? Whatever you donate to the Election Defense Fund may prevent Joe and Kamala from getting their Globalist overlords fingers into your pocket for 4 more years if not for the rest of your life. I knew first hand people who were singled out for persecution in their respective countries/societies based on race, religion, political affiliation to Concentration Camps, Gulags; their compatriots and families were killed or simply disappeared. The few who escaped the horror were tattooed and scarred for life like Philip Riteman and others that were never rounded up themselves, never saw those who were. There is a Chilean woman who has been a legal permanent resident in the USA for over 20 years and made it her goal well over a year ago to get her citizenship to be able to vote for the first time in this election; for Donald Trump; did she fear the Democrats and the Media were behaving too much like General Augusto Pinochet and his propaganda enablers in the media?

Yes, this is a Bizarro World election and I know several Trump voting families who have made the exodus from California in a Bizarro world inverse of John Steinbeck’s Grapes of Wrath. The leviathan that precipitated the Escape from LA has followed them with malevolent designs and the Californian perpetual vote harvesting monster has only started propagating its evil spawn. Unfortunately, the Californians like the Cubans before them who described their escape from Fidel’s and Che’s or Pelosi’s/Feinstein’s/Water’s/Newsom’s respective hell’s to Americans who felt lucky to be in America instead of Cuba or Texas instead of California, to which the Cubans and Californian’s relied “How lucky you are? We had some place to escape to.” [32]

Now there is nowhere left to run as an audit of this election, the Constitution and the Supreme Court of the United States are the final ramparts as we enter the Alamo or Yorktown stage in the final pitched battled against the Socialist/Communist high-tech Coup D’état. The unknown factor is: has the outcome already been preordained in Malta, Bern or Rome like latter day Greek Tragedy written 2 millennia ago by John of Patmos?

The only question remaining is what does this Steinbeck quote read like in the Bizarro world of Quid Pro Joe while Patrick Henry rolls over in his grave?

Lady Liberty like Epstein did not kill themselves and fingerprints at the scene of both crimes have a common origin in a cabal of globalist elite who consider themselves above the Draconian Laws they impose on us, “the great unwashed”. These Hidden puppeteers like the idea of the ‘Vote being Trued’ such that “this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth”, about as much as the Devil like Holy Water. To that end, regardless of the outcome of the election, they have so poisoned the wellspring of Liberty, the citizenry’s confidence in the electoral system and the sanctity of Due Process under the Law, that Public confidence in either may never get restored in our lifetimes.
