America is in the fast lane going to hell in a hand basket, and it is being reported that between 30 and 50 million so-called Christians have decided not to vote in the upcoming Presidential election What?!

Opinion polls now show that 79 percent of Americans believe America is headed in the wrong direction, and yet, presidential polling shows the two main candidates in this election are tied. This is insane. But then, if we factor in the report of a possible 50 million claimants of Christianity, as author and radio host Steve Quayle refers to much of the Church, sitting on the sidelines of this highly consequential election, then it begins to make more sense.

Every awake, sane American knows our nation has serious problems, and yes, is in decline—particularly moral decline—but because of our personal likes/dislikes on various candidates, we are not going to do the right thing to effectuate change?

If we intend to drive to Atlanta, but signs show we are getting much closer to Chicago, when do we turn around to go in the proper direction? Most people would say we should do so at once. Common sense dictates that without correcting course, we will never head in the right direction.

Furthermore, dear presumed believer/follower of the Lord Jesus Christ: Why would you put faith and votes in a party (Democrat) that voted three times to exclude God from its official platform, which began during the Obama administration? They kicked our Father, the Great I AM, right out of their party, and haven’t yet invited Him back. (Reason: Communists/socialists are anti-God.) Then they went crazy instituting policies directly opposed to our Father and His Holy Word.

Do we need examples? How about pushing abortion, (intentional murder) and even after birth abortions, which is infanticide, and then making all taxpaying citizens pay for it? How about doing away with our nation’s borders? Do you understand that God Himself set up boundaries and borders—and yes, even walls. Read the Bible. A nation has the right to decide who can enter its country because, as talk show host and author, Michael Savage has explained for decades, “borders, language, and culture” decide our future—our destination.

Or how about the multiple gender insanity and so-called “trans” movements? God made only two sexes—male and female. We cannot wave a magic wand and be whatever our warped or diseased minds think we can be. Nor can we cut off and replace certain body parts and be another gender. Once a man, always a man…once a woman, always a woman, no matter what we cut off or sew on. It’s about the DNA God placed within us that tells the truth. What matters here is that like women who decide to kill their babies, adults can decide to mutilate their bodies if they so choose. However, it is unconscionable to push this sinful thing on the children.

Regarding the children, Jesus said, “It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble.” (Lk. 17:2 NASB 1977) Or to be maimed or murdered?

Well, consider this—God has allowed those who call on His Name, and that of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, those who truly repent of, turn away from their sins and acknowledge they don’t have all the answers or solutions to living righteous, holy lives, and want to follow Jesus and become more like Him, to be forgiven of their sins. In turn, the Father expects us to follow His Word through the Bible, and the direction of the Holy Spirit (our road map), to correct course, to stop going in the wrong direction, and begin going in the right direction.

So then, if you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, why would you continue to take direction or instruction from people using the wrong road map, directions written by a different author who is intentionally misdirecting you (Satan) with the result of arriving at the wrong destination?

In the natural, the destination is a shattered Constitution; an almost unrecognizable and highly corrupt justice system; legislative and administration systems where huge numbers of “public servants” are on the take – bribed and bought off – from the head honcho, the president, on down; millions upon millions of illegal aliens flooding into, or being secretly flown in by corrupt government officials/agencies, and yes, even NGOs (non-governmental organizations, including so-called religiously-affiliated groups) overwhelming cities throughout America; an un-elected, unaccountable bureaucracy that makes and enforces unconstitutional decisions that cause both chaos and fear among the citizens, and an accelerating loss of what is described in the U.S. Constitution as secured “Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”. And these things describe just a little of our true destination in the natural. Now, even more importantly let’s look at the spiritual destination…

True born-again Christians, those who actively follow Jesus Christ and are willing to be obedient to His Word, as opposed to those who, like the ancient Israelites, “did what was right in their own eyes” (Jdg. 21:25), will continue to be blessed by our God. However, those who are Christians in name only, will not be afforded those blessings or protection. Yes, all are given time to repent and turn from their wicked ways, but as is written and discussed in scores of articles from this author over a span of almost two decades, there is a time when God says the time has run out to turn from those wicked ways.

In Romans, chapter one, the process is described when God Himself turns people over to their whims and ways. So for those of you who are “claimants” of Christianity, not interested in getting serious about being more like Jesus, our Example, as we are instructed, know that multitudes of prayers are being sent to heaven for your change of heart and mind. Just know that there is a day when a decision must be made as to whom you will serve. We cannot serve two masters. Scripture explains, “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be against the other. You cannot serve God and mammon [money, possessions, fame, status, or whatever is valued more than the Lord].” (Matt: 6:24 Amp) To this list I would add political parties and personalities. For those of you who once committed to Christ, but have somehow lost your First Love, the Bible says, “But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lamp stand from its place, unless you repent.” (Rev. 2: 4-5 ESV)

When we begin to honor God, we will also begin to hear His instructions and sense His guidance in all our life decisions, big and small.

Concerning this and every election, God calls us to consider people to serve us who most closely line up with our biblical belief system. We are to choose based on policy decisions, and what this means to the citizenry and the alignment with God’s instructions to us. We are NOT to choose on a basis of personality. Whether or not we like someone is irrelevant. When considering the dire condition of our nation as listed above, the explanation of which barely scratches the surface, and the numerous other domestic and international problems we face, who is the best to direct our nation? One of the candidates, Donald Trump already has experience, and has the courage and fortitude to deal with the dictators, thugs, and tyrants around the world. He also has plans he can clearly articulate and implement once in office.

Then there is Kamala Harris who is barely coherent on a good day and played a significant role in the ruination of San Francisco and the state of California, according to people like Michael Savage, and Harmeet Dhillon, both with significant insight into the deterioration of both the city and state. Dillon says that Harris “faked her way to the top.” (And left a trail of destruction behind.) The possibility that Harris has the incompetence and inexperience to make America like California should frighten us to our very core. More in the next article…

While there is much more we need to discuss, I must refer to the beginning of this discussion. America is in the fast lane going to hell in a hand basket. Election 2024 is perhaps the most consequential election of my lifetime. Yes, I have thought the past few have been exceedingly important, but now, we are on the precipice of destruction. Serious dismantling of all things American began in earnest under Obama’s reign of terror. Remember, he promised to “fundamentally transform America.” Hillary Clinton was posed to complete the take down but was pre-empted by Donald J. Trump. There were four years of peace and prosperity until the “plandemic” was released upon us. Interesting that in multiple chapters in the book of Jeremiah, judgment upon Israel is mentioned by “the sword, famine, and plague (pestilence).” Hmm…

While there is early voting beginning in most states, I urge each person to carefully consider both your relationship with God, and your stance on Election 2024. This is a wake-up call and warning about the seriousness of our choices in this election.
