Joe Manchin told Fox News' Bret Baier that he will not be supporting Biden's social and climate bill known as "Build Back Better." Baier responded, to clarify, "You're done – this is a no." But Manchin decided the bill is not only too expensive, but goes too far. He said he was concerned he wouldn't be able to explain to constituents why he would support such a bill.
