Prologue to Realism over Owellianism
The longer I live the more I believe that Life is a series of historical and tragic paradoxes. For example, in America in the early twenty first century we have a two-term Black President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama – the most powerful elected executive in the world. On the other hand, Black mis-education, Black poverty, Black crime, Black abortion and Black slavery (or "People of Color") are more prevalent than at any other time in the history of humanity?
ISIS rising, ISIS on the rampage throughout Europe and America, Al-Qaeda and the Taliban forming stronger alliances in Afghanistan, even though America spent over $2 trillion fighting a phony "War on Terror" as President George W. Bush was fond to call this genocidal charade we've been entangled in since 9/11. A "war" against an existential foe President Obama stubbornly refuses to name as "radical Islamic terrorism," or only until recently was fearful to call ISIS systematic, murderous acts against Christians, Yazidis and Muslims "genocide."
Another example of this psychotic dualism in modern times is that President Obama, on the eve of his Middle East farewell tour is mulling whether to release the missing 28 pages of a controversial 9/11 Report that exposes the treason and duplicity of our "allies" like Saudi Arabia and the bloodmoney they paid 15 of the 20 9/11 Muslim murders (including the so-called "20th Hijacker" – Zacharias Moussaoui, who affirmed popular speculation that the Saudi Royal Family was complicit with funding the 9/11 terrorists acts against U.S.), whose bombs killed nearly 3,000 Americans.
Republican Revolutionary and candidate Donald Trump is rewriting history daily on his Twitter and Facebook accounts exposing the endemic hypocrisy of his fellow Republican Party that brags how they are corrupting the electoral process and rigging it against Trump whose "AMERICA FIRST" Nationalism platform is pure political genius. GOP's naked treason and voter corruptions particularly in the recent voter less election in Colorado, prompted radio legend Michael Savage to demand that self-righteous candidate Ted Cruz – "Renounce Colorado 'Rigged Election'."
How can this demonic dualism exist in these so-called modern, progressive times where everything and everybody is equal?... Or is what I call the "Progressive Revolution" and it's 100+ year deconstruction of America's Judeo-Christian traditions and institutions; it's nihilistic impact on public policy, society and culture, all a nightmarish fantasy?
Legendary English novelist and writer George Orwell answered this question with two of his pithy aphorisms – "Political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable." Orwell also wrote that "During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act."
The Open Letter below was written as a prologue to a much larger academic work that was recently published in a scholarly journal called Criterio Juridico housed in the Pontifical Xavierian University, one of the oldest, traditional, and most prestigious universities in Colombia, founded in 1623. This opus or Manifesto was written to expose the endemic "Institutional, Intellectual, and Ideological Racism inside the American Academy" as the subtitle suggests, using my own 34 year Sisyphus journey to become a university or law professor against the legions of rigged, racist systems concocted by the Democrat Socialist Party and protected by the Socialist Republican Party and the corrupt activist Courts, under the twin perverse policies of "Diversity" and "Affirmative Action."
*N.B.: To demonstrate that my inquiry for Ideological Justice will likely go ignored as it has for the past 34 years, I sent a copy of this (slightly revised) letter below to a number of journalists across America and to the entire faculty at the University of Michigan School of Public Policy, where former Black Democrat Congressman Harold Ford, Jr. has recently joined this faculty.

Epilogue to an American Nightmare
German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900), is attributed to have said, "Hell is the absence of Reason." I understand that Nietzsche was an atheist, but my point in citing this aphorism here is to demonstrate that where a people, a society, a nation, a world have collectively and utterly abandoned all pretense to Veritas (truth), Justice, God, Morality, History and yes, Reason, who is crazy? – The World or the iconoclastic intellectual who like Prometheus of Greek antiquity singularly upholds the banner of Veritas in stubborn defiance against the capricious, unjust judgements of Zeus, or the fascist decrees by the Socialist apparatchiks of this present World? I answer that it is far better to violate the decrees of a metaphysical tyrant and save the world, than to let the world be destroyed because Good Men chose to be Cowards, chose to be Duplicitous or chose to do NOTHING!
In conclusion, just as Trump like Sir Lancelot is valiantly battling the legions of Conservative Cowards, Democrat Socialists and International apparatchiks and autocratic leaders of foreign nations, who are all allied against Trump becoming our next president of the United States for no other reason than their collective belief that Trump will tear down and burn to ashes the entire, corrupt Globalist, One-World Socialist Party and upon its ashes erect a neo-Nationalism based on the political philosophy – "AMERICA FIRST" in order to "Make America Great Again."
If you doubt the thesis of my Manifesto that institutional, intellectual and ideological racism continues to run rampant throughout all of America's institutions, particularly the Academy, merely examine the roster at any university faculty and ask yourself or write the dean or the college/university president and ask them this singular question – In the name of ideological "diversity," how many Conservatives or Nationalists do you presently have on your faculty and can you substantively demonstrate your ideological diversity with proven statistics and real faculty names?
The honest answer from the university administration (if you even get an answer), will be according to my research 0-5%. In other words, out of the thousands of colleges, universities, law schools, graduate schools, business school, journalism schools, medical schools, etc. the number of American college faculty members openly expressing a Conservative or Nationalist worldview is statistically ZERO or near ZERO!
The effect of 100+ years since the advent modern Progressive education in the Academy is that this institution is one of the most racist, intellectual and ideologically un-Diverse and biased institutions in America. It's All Socialistm, All Progressivism, All Democrat, All Leftist Faculty propaganda all the time.
Why did I cite prison statistics by Professor Michelle Alexander of Black men incarceration rates in America and connected this existential tragedy to my 34+ year Sisyphus quest for Ideological Justice in the American Academy? Because American Socialists and Progressives have always been more comfortable warehousing the Black men in prison by the millions, or entangled in one of their many life-killing Institutions – on parole, on probation, in juvenile, in drug rehab, on welfare, living like rats inside America's vast networks of Concentration Camps euphemistically called "Ghettos," in early graves – rather than crafting simple public policies where the Black man MUST BE the father to his children, as opposed to a welfare check which are merely the invisible slave chains of the Progressive State.
Thus, Orwell was correct with his prescient assessment of history and the grotesqueries of human nature when he wrote – "Political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable." "During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act."
America, How long must I continue to wait for Institutional Justice, for Intellectual Justice, for Ideological Justice in these here United States of America?

*N.B.: Dean Sarah Bartlett: Please send correspondence below (with attachment) to Professor Charles Leerhsen with my gratitude. (I apologize for sending this correspondence to you, but I couldn't locate a proper email address for him). Also, I would like you, Professor Peter Beinart and any other CUNY students and faculty interested in reading my Nigger Manifesto to have access to it as a historical document that systematically exposes America's historical, endemic racism throughout all its societal institutions.
For example, America has the highest prison population in the world and a higher percentage of its population incarcerated more than any other nation in the world – even more than dictatorships like Russia, China and North Korea. 60 percent of America's prison population is Black. That means millions of Black men are presently rotting their lives away inside juvenile jails, in prison, on parole, on probation, or inside thousands of Democrat created American ghettos. Using my personal biography, my Manifesto will systematically chronicle that the Black man is not free in 2016, that Black people remain existential victims of Institutional, Intellectual and Ideological racism in America, and that Affirmative Action = Affirmative Slave Chains, nothing more!

Thank you for you revealing lecture on baseball legend Ty Cobb – Who was Ty Cobb: The History we know that's wrong – printed in Imprimis (March 2016 – Vol. 45, No. 3). I like most Americans had the mistaken idea that Ty Cobb was the worst racist in the history of American baseball. Thank you for your detailed and meticulous historical research which tells the truth about this truly great American original. Yes, Ty Cobb wasn't perfect, but neither was he the racist, sadistic monster the propaganda press has slandered his name for decades in sports lore.
I live in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan and my neighbor ironically is a Black man who presently lives just 2 doors down from me in what I was told by our neighborhood historian was a house Ty Cobb actually lived in during I believe the first time he played for the Detroit Tigers – before he became the legend we know him today. The address is of Ty Cobb's house: 61 Moross Rd., Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236.
As a gift of gratitude please accept my latest scholarly opus, MANIFESTO... (also see attachment). It took me 4 years to write this opus, 2 years fighting with Progressive Editorial gatekeepers (including a Georgetown Law Journal who first accepted, then for no substantive or logical reason, rejected my manuscript for publication at the 11th hour), and 34 years to live out its contents dated from Christmas Day 1982, my senior year at DePauw University, when I first adopted a Conservative philosophy and Natural Law/Natural Rights worldview as my jurisprudence.
I urge you to post my Manifesto for access by all CUNY students and faculty and to write critical reviews about his opus. Also, I welcome the appropriate institutions at CUNY to review my 4-Volume collection of essays, Socratic Dialogues, monographs and scholarly manuscripts titled – The Progressive Revolution: History of Liberal Fascism through the Ages (University Press of America, 2013, 2015). In conclusion, because of my iconoclastic Natural Law and Nationalism worldviews, for nearly 35 years I have been a blacklisted Black conservative intellectual. – What literary figures of the passed called "The Invisible Man" or "The Spook who Sat by the Door." I was born in the ghettos of Detroit. All of my life I have had to fight for Ideological Justice... virtually alone, however, rather than wasting my energy trying to convince White people that for example, I am worthy to be a tenured University or Law Professor or an "equal" in society, I have spent my efforts over the decades building a rather sizable curriculum vitae of which only a fraction of my oeuvre is referenced in the opening biographical note of my Manifesto.
In conclusion, Dean Sarah Bartlett and Professor Charles Leerhsen, I earnestly ask you to HELP ME tell my story to America – HELP ME to break the slave chains of the Progressive Revolution, to break the slave chains of Affirmative Action, and to deconstruct the existential Socialist-Progressive hegemony that has dominated the Academy, Law, the Courts, Politics, Culture and Society since before 1900, until this Day.
