Deconstruct all LBJ 501(C)(3) churches!

LBJ Sells Church the Golden Gate Bridge

If I sold you the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco for $1 million dollars would you have a good deal? No, because since "possession is 9/10th of the law" therefore I can't sell you something I don't own. Yet the federal government has perpetrated a much larger fraud upon the American people, where according to a recent Pew Poll 71% of the American population (330 million) numbering over 234 million people identify with Christianity, 2% with Judaism.

For the past 60 years since this anti-Christian holocaust legislation was pushed through Congress by none other than Christian-hater Senator Lyndon Baines Johnson (D-TX), the IRS has taken away or threatened to take away the churches 501(C)(3) status if Christians refuse to bow down to government demands to not preach politics from the pulpit. Of course this is a unilateral slave chain restriction that applies only to Republican preachers; the Democrat preachers can and do preach Socialist politics from the pulpit without molestation by the federal government. Just ask Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and an of the legions of Socialist-Progressive groups that every 4 years flood Black churches with plantation politics to keep the masses enslaved to the Democrat Socialist Party into perpetuity.

Remember the constitutional Framers first priority in demonstrating our natural Rights under Natural Law was to establish the First Amendment: "Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." The First Amendment doesn't mean "separation of church and state" – that's a legal fiction concocted by Progressive judges, professors and historians to turn the first part of the Religion clause and use it to commit suicide against the second part of the Religion clause.

LBJ: The Devil's Junior Senator become President (1954-64)

Thus, if churches aren't taxable from a historical, a constitutional, or even from an IRS perspective, then why do the majority of them go to the IRS and pursue authorization to be tax-exempt? Virtually all churches in America have organized as 501(C)(3) tax-exempt religious organizations. However, as I have already stated the constitutional Framers did not sanction this in the Constitution or Bill of Rights. This is a generally recent development that has only been going on since 1954 or for about 62 years when were churches included section 501(C)(3) of the U.S. Tax Code. But how?

H.R. 2357 was intended to revise IRS code to eliminate restrictions placed on churches and non-profit organizations in 1954 by then-Senator Lyndon Johnson (D-TX). Previous to 1954, churches and non-profits weren't bound by restraints on their freedom of speech or their right to use the pulpits of the church and synagogue to criticize or campaign against tyrannical political matters or candidates.


Being the utterly evil and Machiavellian figure that he is, LBJ did not launch a frontal attack against the church – after all LBJ was mere 1 of 100 Senators, and churches in America numbered in the millions. How would one Junior Senator, a closet atheist achieve his ultimate goal of deconstructing the church and lessening Christian influence in American politics? He would present his legislation as a "favor" to churches, and like the popular legend of Goethe's Faust, where the aged professor made a deal with the devil in exchange for immortality, causing him to lose everything in the end, LBJ's Faustian bargain to the church came with free slave chains for all.

Regarding LBJ's existential atheism, his utter contempt and hatred of Christianity and organized religion, and his relentless efforts to remove its influence from the marketplace of ideas, writer Daniel Fiorazo in his book, The Separation of Christianity and State", The Cost of Our Silence, wrote the following:

"Texas Democrat, Lyndon B. Johnson, was a powerful politician running for reelection as Senator, but two anti-Communists, tax-exempt groups were opposing him and passing out literature during the campaigns. He contacted the IRS and found the group's activity was legal, so he sought other options to fight them.

Johnson shrewdly appeared on the Senate floor on July 2, 1954, and offered his amendment to a pending, massive, tax code overhaul bill. The bill was supposed to modernize the tax code. Records indicate an absence of committee hearings on the amendment. No legislative analysis took place to examine the effect the bill and the amendment would have, particularly on churches and religious organizations. The amendment was simply created to protect Johnson.

The Johnson Amendment was passed by Congress as an amendment to section 501(C)(3) of the federal tax code... stating entities that are exempt from federal income tax cannot "Participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of – or in opposition to – any candidate for public office."

With this Machiavellian, anti-Christian law now in place LBJ effectively turned millions of churches designed since the Pilgrims and Puritans to keep the State out of the Church into the federal government becoming the de facto slavemaster over the Church. Thus 501(C)(3) churches are banned from speaking on in any substantive way on law and policy issues of public concern. The result? – When LBJ become president of the U.S. in Nov. 1963 after the JFK murder-assassination he was able to ramrod his Marxist-Socialist Great Society programs within a year after taking office while the church largely sat on the side lines – impotent, weak, dead to do anything to stop this naked treason against Natural Law, God and the original intent of the constitutional Framers. The decade of the 1960s is also when America descended into the abyss of the "Cultural Revolution" where sexual immoral and constitutional decadence corrupted America to such an extent we have yet to extricate ourselves 50 years later.


The way LBJ's 501(C)(3) churches are to the religious masses, in order to publically voice criticisms, or unite in opposition against, government policies deemed "legal," although it is depraved and diametrical to Natural Law (e.g. abortion, the selling of baby body parts, homosexuality, pornography, homosexual marriage, same-sex bathrooms, etc.), that church can lose its tax exempt status for being in violation of the "law." This existential tyranny is reminiscient of a quote by MLK: "Never forget that everything Hitler did in Germany was legal."

Therefore, 501(C)(3) has had a "chilling effect" upon the free speech rights of the church. LBJ was an evil and anti-Christian politician who was very discerning and calculating. LBJ's mastery of human nature, human psychology, and how the manipulate and exploit for political gain human cowardice and duplicity allowed LBJ to effectively motivate millions of churches in America to commit genocide against itself and since 1954hardly one church out of millions, few if any Christians or Jews have said one word against the slave chains around the neck of the Judeo-Christian community in America called 501(C)(3).

Returning to my metaphor of selling someone the Golden Gate Bridge, the irony of the LBJ's 501(C)(3) church treachery is that from a constitutional standpoint, the church never had to ask authorization from the government to be exempt from taxes because the Framers mandated that the State would not have any authority over the Church, not vice versa. Many people therefore are mistaken if they assume that before 1954 that churches were taxable? Never in American history has the church ever been taxable because neither the federal government nor the States have the jurisdiction or taxing authority over the church due to the First Amendment clearly putting the church outside the jurisdiction of the civil government: "Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

The Black Robe Regiment

Christian writer and speaker Dave Birse wrote a revealing essay on this subject titled, "LBJ &The Heretical 501(C)(3) Churches," wrote that "Ever since Plymouth & Jamestown (and long before that elsewhere) preachers who were the "real deal" spoke boldly and without fear of retribution about government ills, social issues, corruption and all manner of injustice. They often paid with their lives! The "Black Robe Regiment" the legendary but forgotten" group of Christian ministers who during the American Revolution (1775-83), boldly preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a Bible in one hand and a rifle in the other; some even lead militia brigades against the tyranny of England's King George III to be constantly vigilant against traitors at home and appeasers aboard who would seek to pervert or destroy the principles of liberty and freedom that formed the American Republic. Here is some historical info about the Black Robe Regiment:

The Black Robe Regiment is a resource and networking entity where church leaders and laypeople can network and educate themselves as to our biblical responsibility to stand up for our Lord and Savior and to protect the freedoms and liberties granted to a moral people in the divinely inspired US Constitution. The Regiment had its historical beginnings during the Revolutionary War when Pastors from across the colonies arose and lead their congregations into the battle for freedom.

Unlike today, the church during this time served as the center-point for political debate and discussion on the relevant news of the day. Today's church leaders have all but lost that concept of leading their congregations in a Godly manner in all aspects of their worldly existence and are afraid to speak out against the progressive agenda that has their worldly existence and are afraid to speak out against the progressive agenda that has dominated out political system for the past century.

We are at the crossroads of American and civilization history: Will the 240+ million Americans who claim some form of Christianity, Judaism, or religion in general continue to allow the Machiavellian anti-Christian 501(C)(3) law surreptitiously put into legislation by LBJ in 1954 to silence U.S., to make cowards of U.S., to keep U.S. shackled in the slave chains of liberal fascism and cultural Marxism, or will we break free from LBJ anti-Christian 501(C)(3) tyranny and preach the whole gospel from every pulpit in America.



LBJ's 501(C)(3) Church Slave Chains still exist today

Back in October 2002 FreeRepublic.com posted an important article by Rev. Louis Sheldon, Chairman of the Traditional Values Coalition titled, "Congress Refuses to Free Churches from Lyndon Johnson Gag Order." The bill was sponsored by Traditional Values Coalition, an interdenominational public policy organization representing more than 43,000 churches across the United States. The bill was called 'Houses of Worship Political Speech Protection Act' (H.R. 2357) and was proposed by Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC). However, the bill fell was defeated in the House of Representatives by a vote of 178-239.

In conclusion, the history of LBJ's 501(C)(3) which legalized the phony doctrine of "Separation of Church and State" has done great harm to America and our Judeo-Christian traditions and institutions. "The history of this IRS gag order is instructive. It began with the fraudulent election of Johnson to the Senate in 1948. It has been well established by both conservative and liberal historians that Lyndon Johnson's election to the Senate in 1948 was won by massive voter fraud. Known as "Landslide Lyndon," this mean-spirited political operative was "elected" by only 87 votes," according to Rev. Sheldon. "His challenger, Coke Stevenson challenged his election and presented credible evidence that hundreds of votes for Johnson had been faked. Johnson, however, was successful in blocking Stevenson's effort by the clever use of court injunctions."

"In 1954, Johnson was facing re-election to the Senate and was being aggressively opposed by two non-profit anti-Communist groups that were attacking Johnson's liberal agenda. In retaliation, Johnson inserted language into the IRS code that prohibited non-profits, including churches, from endorsing or opposing candidates for political office. In effect, this thoroughly corrupt man used the power of the IRS to silence his opposition. Unfortunately, it worked," according to Rev. Sheldon's article.

In my opinion it is only when a sufficient number of American citizens become courageous and educated about the original jurisprudence and founding political philosophy of the constitutional Framers called Natural Law and Natural Rights will America stop its ubiquitous slide into the abyss of liberal fascism and Cultural Marxism perpetuated by LBJ's anti-Christian, Evolution Atheist law that has the present American church impotent and in slave chains, called 501(C)(3).
