If you don't know that the ideas promoted by Karl Marx killed a hundred-million people in the last century, then you are an ignoramus. You don't need to be typing your thoughts on the internet. You don't need to be voting. You need to be studying history. If you do know but don't care that Marxism killed a hundred-million in the 20th century – if you want to inflict the plague of socialism on humanity again – then you are something much worse than a mere imbecile.
Renew America columnist Mark Malaszczyk recently wrote, "To engage with the democratic socialist movement is to encounter a group of people who are fundamentally, if often implicitly, obsessed with the Imago Dei." Dr. Malaszczyk doesn't seem to realize that the Dei of the Marxist is not the Dei of the Bible. Marx hated that God and wanted to "dethrone" Him. The democratic socialist [sic] worships himself, or he worships the state as an extension of himself. He is a Humanist.
Well, what is a human? Who is the god of the humanist? Since the time of Christ, there have been two kinds of humans on the Earth: the children of God (who would never worship themselves, nor allow themselves to be worshiped), and the children of the devil. The socialist worships Man 1.0, a creature unmade in the image of Satan.
Imago diabolus.
We can confirm this by looking at what these "obsessed" people do. They lie, as their father does – changing the meanings of ordinary words is their hallmark. The very name "democratic socialist" is a fraud of language. They steal; that's their entire system. They kill; mass graves are their legacy. They destroy civilizations, economies and lives. Jesus brings abundant life. The messiahs of Marxism bring misery. Lots of it. Always.
Postmodern socialists are not well-intentioned-but-misguided people. They want to remake the world without God, and contrary to God's design and God's rules. They want to break reality by force of will, and force of arms. That is Satanic, and at least a little bit insane.
When we look at socialists, we can see the family resemblance to their paterfamilias. But we could look through the telescope the other way, and notice that Satan very much resembles today's Marxist.
But you said in your heart,
‘I will ascend to heaven;
I will raise my throne above the stars of God,
And I will sit on the mount of assembly
In the recesses of the north.
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;
I will make myself like the Most High.’
Nevertheless you will be brought down to Sheol,
To the recesses of the pit. (Isaiah 14:13-15, LSB)
Have a good, long look at the hideous proto-Socialist; the original arrogant, covetous ingrate who wants to seize by violence that which is not rightfully his. He looks just like the trust fund princesses of the Ivy League who imagine themselves better than the Designer and Maker of the world.
The literal Good News is, they can be adopted by a different Father. They don't have to be Satan's stooges.
Malaszczyk demands that we "respect the democratic socialist’s [sic] fire for justice...." But how can anyone pursue justice while rejecting the just God's definition of justice?
Which of the 10 Commandments does the little, harmless, caring, justice-loving socialist not oppose? "Thou shalt not covet?" Certainly not. "Honor thy father and mother?" No, children belong to the state. "Don't lie?" Ha. "Don't steal?" Snort. "Worship only the one, true God?" Whoa, non-starter there. Justice? Come on, man. If you're fooled by the mask of alleged "good intentions," you're a fool. Wake up and smell the sulfur.
There's a lot of evidence that Karl Marx was a Satanist. But whether Marx actually bowed to the devil or was just a moronic patsy carrying out his infernal wishes, the result is the same – for the world, for Marx, and for the people blind enough to follow him to Hell.
You will know them by their fruits. – Jesus
