In a video of Donald Trump being interviewed on the Greg Gutfeld show, Emily Campagno, Fox News reporter, asked Trump a loaded question. Beaming from ear to ear with her usual charming smile, she asked him about his voting bloc strategy as it pertains to the Evangelical vote.
She was referring to the huge voting bloc called the "Evangelical Christians," a group which Arizona Christian University identified in 2024 as 66% of the adults in the entire country.
Sadly, Campagno and Trump both agreed that, while that bloc alone could decide the entire election, they were still straddling the fence as they have for the last three major elections in the nation.
Emily Campagno asks Trump the loaded question
While revival has begun to sweep across the nation with high school and college students answering the call, we cannot be sure that the new, more obedient believers will make up the difference.
What is the difference?
The difference is those who take seriously the following words and those who do not.
“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth” (Rev 3:13-16).
The idea of a Harris Presidency was sprung on the American people without primary voting, and with no past record of anything that even remotely looks like a qualification.
It is as if, observing the country’s fall is not good enough, so now Kamala’s sycophants are stepping up to rapidly push it over the cliff once and for all, as the so called "Evangelicals" are satisfied to stand by and watch.
Still standing proudly behind the overworked cliché of "religion and politics don’t mix," the Christians have insulated themselves against the onslaught of anti-religious and anti-Christian laws and statutes that are wreaking havoc among the faithful.
When young people decide they are in love and begin to plan their future together, most parents hold their breath, hoping it will stick, parents already know that while love is blind, marriage is an eye opener.
We who carry the message of God from the scripture to the world at large also know that Kamala’s campaign of hope and love is headed for the eye-opening day of reckoning, which can only be learned as the rubber hits the road.
We can envision a powerful and successful businessmen exposing his past record and his deal for the next improvement, while trailing behind is a little girl pulling a tiny red wagon and giggling.
We need only ask one question. But first we need to peruse one more scripture passage that is accepted the world over as the call to good leadership and good government among all nations.
“For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same” (Ro 13:3).
The call is for leaders to do good and to be a terror to evil.
So exactly what is good?
Is it good to codify Roe v. Wade and add to the heap of dead babies we have slaughtered since 1973? That is over 60 million little unborn precious human beings in the aforementioned heap.
In America’s corn belt, heaps of corn are piled up on the ground when storage bins are filled. The heaps have millions of kernels, it can be up to 50 feet high and many yards across, imagine every kernel as an aborted baby. Hard to imagine, isn’t it? The heap of babies would be a thousand feet high.
Is it good to send a child to the hospital, not to save their lives, but to cut on their genitals in order to accommodate a moment of uncertainty about their own sexual identity? The only thing that becomes certain after that action is the inability to reverse it for an entire lifetime.
Is it good to encourage children to seek some sexual deviation that 13 Bible passages say is an abomination to God? Who cares if some people don’t believe God, are we willing to gamble with the future of our own children as glibly as one places a bet on a horse to win, place or show?
If we are dumb enough to make that bet on our childrens futures, we have lost already.
Is it good to dissolve all border restrictions and allow the worst criminals, murderers and rapist to march into our nation to create death and mayhem?
We would be hard pressed to think anyone in their right mind would allow this, but instead we are trying to decide if a right mind is any big deal. Just vote them all into high office and let it all shake out.
If any of these things seem good to you, then our prayers for America have failed.
Just go down to the booth and pull the lever for Harris/Walz. You will get what you have paid for, and as a bonus you will see this great nation collapse like a house of cards.
If this sounds prophetic, you are beginning to wake up.
