Tex gov tells Obama where to get off

The Texas Governor puts it on the table for B. H. Obama to digest right quickly or else.

Governor Rick Perry means business. He's sick of DC robbing states of their rights. He's had it with B. H. Obama playing dictator to the Republic.

He is informing the Obama clique to quit their despotic measures or else Texas will slice through DC's power clutch.

"Gov. Rick Perry joined state Rep. Brandon Creighton and sponsors of House Concurrent Resolution (HCR) 50 in support of states' rights under the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution" per DrudgeReport Tuesday night.

It is the last straw for the Governor and his rights-sensitive colleagues. They have drawn the line in the sand. More states should follow their integrity. It is time to take America back for the people rather than permit the Marxist Muslim Oval Office holder to rob us of our history as well as our future as a democracy.

"'I believe that our federal government has become oppressive in its size, its intrusion into the lives of our citizens, and its interference with the affairs of our state.

"That is why I am here today to express my unwavering support for efforts all across our country to reaffirm the states' rights affirmed by the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution" the Governor stated.

"'. . .all across our country. . .'"

The appeal is not only to Texans but to the entire nation. It's time for the genuine citizens to take back what we have had since the start — our freedoms.

B. H. Obama would steal those liberties from us without batting an eye. He is entrenched in his own anti-democracy philosophy believing that his liberal support is strong enough to wreck our foundations in favor of Marxism.

"'I believe that returning to the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution and its essential 10th Amendment will free our state from undue regulations, and ultimately strengthen our Union.

"'Millions of Texans are tired of Washington, DC trying to come down here to tell us how to run Texas.'"

That is echoed throughout the land by those who have not been hoodwinked by Obama's mob hysteria techniques. Thinking Americans know full well what this shyster is up to. And they are going to fight him out of office sooner than he thinks.

One way to cut right through his power grab is for states to overpower the feds when feds usurp states' authorities. Obama thinks nothing of robbing states of their authorities. Despots do that every day of their lives. Obama is one of them.

"A number of recent federal proposals are not within the scope of the federal government's constitutionally designated powers and impede the states' right to govern themselves. HCR 50 affirms that Texas claims sovereignty under the 10th Amendment over all powers not otherwise granted to the federal government.

"It also designates that all compulsory federal legislation that requires states to comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties, or that requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding, be prohibited or repealed" the Governor explained.

True patriots cannot merely wish for things to return to normal. They cannot wait until the next election. They must act now because Obama surely does not lag when it comes to liberalizing every facet of our lives. His secularization of America is moving faster than anyone could have predicted.

The way to halt this atrocity is to follow the Texan's leadership. It has to be a concerted, aggressive move to plow through every liberal tenet lifted high for Marxism by B. H. Obama and his undermining thugs in DC.
