Dear President Yudof,
Resolving irreconcilable multi-cultural differences can be temporarily or permanently accomplished by separation of the parties. However, Islamic anti- Semitism is not a multi-cultural issue. It is a criminal issue. Why? Islamic ideology violates the 1st Amendment.
Islam is a theocratic political system. Its religious and political components are inseparable. Islam is therefore totalitarian; the very essence of what the Founders intended to protect us against. The Dark Ages was a period in which the Catholic Church united with the government of Rome, and the result was a reign of terror. The American colonies suffered because the Anglican Church became united with the British government. In each case, religious freedom disappeared under the siege of tyrannical government.
The American colonies extracted themselves from British tyranny and made the 1st Amendment the rule of law as protection against any future attempt by government to either (a) unite with a religious entity directly, or (b) act as a proxy to introduce a pseudo-religion (Islam) into society by treating it as if it were a religion-only instead of a "religion + political system (i.e. national government). The difference between Christianity gone astray, as per the above examples, and Islam is that Christianity had deviated from its Biblical fundamental teachings, and thus was able to be reformed. But Islam cannot be reformed because its fundamental ideology is based on a brutal totalitarian system of religious government.
So, as the UC President, you, the Chancellors and Regents face a problem that will take moral courage on a united front to eliminate student disruptions. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, not Sharia or any other type of foreign law. American law allows the free practice of all faiths, but does not allow any faith to subvert the Supremacy Clause of Article 6. Islam uses the 1st Amendment to hijack Article 6 because we do not yet understand that Islam is a predatory international para-military religious government with a 1,400 year history of plundering the wealth of nations, and has been responsible for the deaths of over 270 million human beings.
Please be aware of the history of Islam, how it began, and how it functions. When Mohammad began his "ministry" in an attempt to convert his Quresh tribal brethren in Mecca to his invented religion, he used a sock-puppet named "Allah" whose orders were allegedly conveyed by the Angel Gabriel. After 13 years of proselytizing by teaching peace and tolerance, his efforts only produced about 150 converts, and he had to run for his life because by then his tribal brethren had had enough of him. They knew him for what he was – a false prophet and con man. After all, he had grown up among them.
Mohammad fled north to Medina in a rage. He changed his message from peace & tolerance to violence. He abrogated all of the peaceful teachings, although today his followers point to those verses as "true" Islam, which of course is patently false. After arriving in Medina, his first act was to build the first mosque at Quba. It became his command and control center for subversion and military operations, and the model for the operational purpose of all future mosques. Islam is not a dichotomy of "peaceful" and "violent" members. Islamic teachings in the Quran and Ahadith use Mohammad as the model for perfect behavior. But, what did Mohammad teach?
In Medina he realized that in order to attract converts he had to provide a community, an organization, and an economic means to sustain both. Other leaders in history had done this before, but he added a religious component and named himself as the prophet of Allah, the Arabian moon god, which had been the chief idol of Arab peoples for hundreds of years before he was born.
Mohammad began to raid the Meccan caravans and shared the plunder with his men. He began to integrate a false Biblical religious interpretive context into the Quran by which he (a) inserted himself as the "final prophet of the Bible," (b) switched the recipients of the Abrahamic Covenant from Isaac to Ishmael, (c) reduced Jesus from the Biblical declaration as Savior, Messiah and 2nd person of the Godhead to that of a minor prophet, (d) declared relentless war and taught hateful disdain toward all non-Muslims, but especially Jews and Christians. He sanctified, authorized and his followers promulgated the Ahadith of Mohammad as Islam's civilizational code, which legitimized the basest lusts of man's nature, and seared their consciences to the atrocities committed in the name of Allah.
Mohammad's plundering orders included the enticements that not only permitted, but encouraged, rape, enslavement, torture, and pedophilia, wife- beating, sanctified lying (taqqiya) – the dualistic jihad commanded of all Muslims while subverting the governments, laws, cultures of all non- Muslims, and the promise of virgins in heaven in case of martyrdom. Islam is an international Mafia-type crime syndicate with a religious front. It is not a religion of peace, but of the sword.
So, this is the challenge that you are faced with. Will you submit to Islamic intimidation and become "Sharia compliant" or will you recognize the gleaming teeth of the wolf underneath the sheepskin covering, and remove Muslims from your University?
No Muslim has the prerogative to choose which of the commands in the Sharia or which Hadith to obey. He can only choose to leave Islam or comply with all of its teachings. Many Muslims are ignorant of their Quran and the Sunnah of Islam, but the more they become aware of its teachings, the more subversive, disruptive and violent they become. There is no middle ground.
It is the responsibility of school administrators to recognize incorrigible fascists who have an agenda to disrupt and subvert the rules of the school and laws of the host society in which they were granted permission to reside.
It is the duty of the school administrators to identify and remove these people from the company of students who are there to learn under authority, without portfolio!
Freedom of expression does not extend to the point of waiving the customs, culture, rules and laws within these United States to comply with those that contravene and are disdainful of our freedoms and our Judeo-Christian nation. Please do the right thing and remove these people from the University of California campus, and take a stand for American values.
