The movie Oppenheimer is now for sale via various streaming channels at a cost of $19.99 on Prime Video, a complete waste of money. I am offering for free my 24-page analysis of how this film whitewashes a prominent member of a communist spy ring that stole our atom bomb secrets. My report, which also addresses the NSA’s role in whitewashing J. Robert Oppenheimer, raises a serious matter: who oversees our national security establishment?
My letter to NSA Director General Paul M. Nakasone said the following:
Our new 24-page heavily footnoted report (enclosed) documents how Chinese communists are continuing to infiltrate our nuclear labs, transferring knowledge of weapons of mass destruction to those who want to kill tens of millions of Americans!
Equally outrageous, I recently discovered that the NSA’ s National Cryptologic Museum has whitewashed the infiltration of our nuclear labs during World War II by the Russian communists. The exhibit wants us to believe that Soviet spy Robert Oppenheimer of the Manhattan Project was just a patriotic American!
I visited the NSA’s National Cryptologic Museum on August 9, 2023, confirming that the Venona exhibit [about Soviet spying] had been “rotated out” of the museum and replaced with a “Protecting America’s Secrets” display paying homage to Oppenheimer.
The letter was dated August 24 but I never received a response.
On the anniversary of 9/11, we were forced to consider the sad state of our so-called “intelligence” agencies, unable or unwilling to protect America. Israel is now going through a similar exercise regarding the terrorist attack on October 7.
Much of the conservative commentary emphasizes the political nature of the FBI and the CIA and their determination to keep Donald J. Trump out of the White House and maintain the Obama/Biden Administration in power. But the National Security Agency also bears watching.
The NSA is counting on Congress to reauthorize Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), ostensibly to collect information about foreign threats.
Matthew G. Olsen, Assistant Attorney General, wrote an op-ed that originally appeared in The Hill on August 16, 2023, arguing for congressional reauthorization of Section 702.
But how is this possible when the NSA refuses to acknowledge the truth about Oppenheimer?
The NSA is following the lead of Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm. It was Granholm who announced the Department of Energy had vacated the Atomic Energy Commission’s 1954 decision to withdraw Oppenheimer’s security clearance.
Equally significant, the Daily Wire revealed the NSA has created a glossary of terms that push Critical Race Theory and radical gender ideology.
Rep. Matt Gaetz warned about these Marxist ideologies being “latched to the most exquisite spying and surveillance tools that have ever existed on the planet.”
It appears that Marxism has been embraced by NSA leadership, which makes the American people who “cling” to anti-communism into the targets.
In addition to the communist lies embraced about the Oppenheimer matter, the FBI itself announced on October 23 that NSA employee Jareh Sebastian Dalke pleaded guilty to six counts of attempting to transmit classified National Defense Information (NDI) to an agent of the Russian Federation (Russia).
The Department of Justice says Dalke faces a maximum penalty of up to life in prison and sentencing is scheduled for April 26, 2024.
While this development is a sign of progress, depending on what happens to the perpetrator, much more needs to be done, including at the FBI, which used Russian disinformation to go after Trump.
Former FBI agent Max Noel says the bureau used to investigate candidates for federal employment by analyzing Character, Associates, Reputation, and Loyalty to the United States. The first letters in those words make up the acronym CARL.
Noel told me that Barack Hussein Obama could not have been elected president if he had been subjected to the CARL test. He had too many communist connections.
Meanwhile, published reports suggest that Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden, who is now president, is not going to be charged for mishandling classified documents.
Rep. Mike Turner, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, commented that “Biden has been found to be a serial classified document hoarder” and that “Over a 10-year period, he’s been taking classified documents, some of the most sensitive that threaten our national security home…. There needs to be consequences.”
He also noted that Hillary Clinton had “over 100 classified documents at home when she was Secretary of State and Vice President Biden both under Obama at the same time, [they] were taking classified documents home, and certainly had them be vulnerable, with no consequences – shows the Department of Justice is not pursuing Democrats.”
At the same time, Turner defended Section 702, saying it “allows the collection of [information from] foreigners outside the United States who pose a national security threat to the United States” and that “We have to continue to collect that data and information, it's from which we are able to keep our country secure.”
Turner contradicted himself, saying Section 702 somehow keeps us secure even while top officials under Obama, one of whom is now president, jeopardize our security by hoarding classified documents in unsecure locations.
Before Congress even considers reauthorizing Section 702, hearings should be held into the Oppenheimer matter and subsequent reports that the Communist Chinese have also been infiltrating the labs. All of this is covered in my report “Hollywood’s Whitewash of a Communist Spy and the Infiltration of America’s Nuclear Labs.”
Reps. Mike Waltz (R-FL) and Jim Banks (R-IN) say in a letter to Nakasone that they also want an explanation for the NSA glossary of Marxist terms and its implications for the intelligence agency’s hiring procedures.
At the same time, in response to Rep. Turner’s comments about the obvious double-standard, the House under new Speaker Mike Johnson should immediately defund the activities of anti-Trump UN lawyer Jack Smith, who has indicted former President Trump on bogus charges of mishandling classified documents.
Perhaps defunding the NSA should be the next step.
