The saying if you want something done right you've got do it yourself couldn't be more accurate in our current political history. NumbersUSA.com, ALIPAC, Patriotic Resistance and TEA PARTIES, just to name a few of the grassroots organizations that are springing up all over the nation are in response to what Joe Citizen sees as the destruction of the Republic. They also see that the major national opposition parties like the GOP is not an option the voters can go to for righting wrongs, let alone stopping the socialists in the executive, legislative and the judicial branches of government. People are getting down and dirty and taking matters into they own political hands. Here is what they are looking at on their radar screens.
Doug Hoffman is in a critical congressional race.
Brian S. Brown, Executive Director, National Organization for Marriage reports that running for Congress is a pro homosexual marriage, pro abortion, ACORN connected state representative named Dede Scozzafava in the 23 District of New York! If you live in the 23rd District, make sure your friends and neighbors know about Dede Scozzafava's radical views on these issues! Mike Long, Chairman of the Conservative Party of New York State says the one true conservative in this race is Conservative Party candidate, Doug Hoffman. It's up to us to get the facts out to voters, so they will vote Conservative on Election Day. Please remember wherever you live in New York, in the 23rd District or anywhere else, we have to let voters know that Doug Hoffman stands for less spending and lower taxes defending traditional marriage and protecting the unborn.
Our hearts and prayers go out to Lou Dobbs and his family.
Someone fired a gun at the home of Lou Dobbs, with his wife just a few feet away from the incident. The gunfire followed a series of threatening phone calls. The Southern Poverty Law Center, the Anti Defamation League, the National Council of La Raza, Media Matters, and Geraldo Rivera of Fox News are using false information to foment hatred towards Lou Dobbs or any American who speaks out against Amnesty or illegal immigration. The lies and hate coming from these radical pro-illegal alien groups is now manifesting in the form of gunfire fired into the occupied home of an innocent multi-racial family.
The Obama Administration is considering shutting down Internet Access.
Obama's DHS is telegraphing a desire to shut down 'certain websites' and civilian access to the Internet in response to the strain of flu, considering the fact that civilian Internet communications are the primary information sharing channels of his political opposition. The Internet combined with talk radio is the biggest threat to Obama's globalist open borders amnesty agenda. Liberals on Obama's Federal Communications Commission (FCC), led by Chairman Julius Genachowski, recently voted to advance what is deceptively called "Net Neutrality," strict regulations that will enable the federal government to dictate practices by which all content on the Internet flows. That's why Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and others recently called "Net Neutrality" the "Fairness Doctrine for the Internet." Fortunately, Blackburn has introduced H.R. 3924 that will stop the FCC in its tracks preventing the agency from moving forward with its dubious scheme.

United States District Court Judge David O. Carter ruled in favor of the Justice Department and against the USJF in one of the most critical court cases ever filed in our nation's history. With the stroke of his pen, Judge Carter granted the taxpayer paid Department of Justice's motion to dismiss our case which sought to discover the truth behind Obama's hidden birth certificate. Don't underestimate the "half full" glass. The "half empty" glass folks are wringing their hands, convinced that Obama has won. But the half full folks know that USJF's legal challenges, our appeal of Judge Carter's decision, prayers and financial support present a great opportunity for us, you, and the American people to be victors!
Speaking out against Islam could put you in jeopardy.
The United Nations (U.N.) is currently considering a ''Defamation of Religions'' resolution being pushed by the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), the largest group of nations within the U.N. The resolution would criminalize the proclamation of the Gospel worldwide, an issue with such international ramifications that The American Center for Law & Justice is sending legal teams to our New York City office in order to speak out loudly against this very anti-Christian move.
Public Option: Trick or Liberal Treat?
According to Family Research Council, Sen. Reid tempered the plan with an "opt-out" provision for states; the plan appears to give the states more autonomy than it actually does. While leaders can opt-out of receiving government-run health care in the states, they can't opt-out of paying for it. The irony is that Congress is already enjoying its own opt-out, since it refuses to participate in whatever plan passes. Instead Members will force taxpayers into rationed care while they kick back with VIP benefits that most Americans can only dream of.
The Conservatives for Patients' Rights is up.
Rick Scott, Chairman of Conservatives for Patients' Rights reports, "Only in Washington do they think that spending $900 BILLION of our tax dollars on a new government program that will take away our rights as patients is a good thing! Nancy Pelosi is so proud that she is only spending $900 billion of our money to fund her government takeover of health care that she is actually BRAGGING in the media!" Congressmen and Senators that plans on voting yes should sign a pledge that they will give up their Congressional health care plan and take the same government health insurance plan they want to force on the rest of us.
Here is the1990 page bill that includes a public option that will destroy private choice; the unconstitutional individual mandate; the punitive employer mandate; draconian cuts in Medicare; and massive tax increases courtesy of Steve Elliott, President, and Grassfire.org Alliance.
Capitalism is under attack.
The latest attacks are coming from Michael Moore and the left. Moore is again on a media blitz to promote his latest documentary attacking our fundamental belief in a free market system and we must take action to put a stop to it. The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is dedicated to protecting the rights of small business owners to own, operate and grow their business, the core of free activity. The NFIB has launched the Friends of Free Enterprise initiative to fight to protect free enterprise.
Average people who never would have done anything more than go to vote at the polls are getting out of their comfort zones, joining groups, donating money and even throwing their hats in the political arena. This is unprecedented. The last time this happened was in 1776 when a few colonies got tired of a tyrant across the ocean and did something about it. The next election in 2010 could be something we see only once and might never see again. With God's help, all our blood, sweat and tears, let us make such a impact that the time we are living in will go down in the history books as the year that changed everything.
