The case against Marine Le Pen: Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité and Fascisme

Prologue: Le Pen's fight for Freedom is U.S. Fight
In title of this essay I wanted to quote the famous French national motto – Liberté, Égalité,
Fraternité (Liberty, Equality, Fraternity), but modify that transcendent motto due to the recent fascist attacks against one of the few conservative political leaders in Europe by the French Socialist President François Hollande, therefore, I thought it prudent to revise the French national motto to comply more with the dystopian times we must endure today under existential Socialism Slavery, with the additional slogan of Fascisme (Fascism). But why?
First, although I have never been to France, yet for decades I have studied her classical music masters like Hector Berlioz (1803-69) whose iconic version of La Marseillaise should be the Anthem of the World. I also studied her storied history, her spectacular culture, art, architecture, food.... the joie de vivre (joy of life) that so defines and animates the delightful French people. Thus, I like millions of Americans do feel a universal kinship, a strong, personal solidarity with the French people dating back to the Colonial Era where the legendary diplomacy by American Founding Father, Benjamin Franklin (Ambassador to France – 1776-1785), convinced France to join our cause for Liberty, Freedom and Sovereignty as our faithful ally against the tyrannical rule of King George III and the English Empire during the Revolutionary War (1775-1783). Thus, the history America and France is beautifully intertwined as One – like two lovers in a passionate embrace, therefore we here in America cannot easily turn a blind eye when Justice in France has been so viciously assaulted in the case against Marine Le Pen who like Delacroix's Liberty (pictured above), Le Pen is leading the French people to Veritas (truth).
Secondly, I want to make it perfectly clear that as an American whose freedom we would not have never achieved from the tyrannous hand of King George III and the British Empire if not for the help of France, led by General Marquis de Lafayette, who fought valiantly by the side of our beloved leader and first president, General George Washington. Without France I could not be writing this essay in defense of my friend Marine Le Pen if her French ancestors did not give their lives that Liberty be birthed here in America. Thousands of Frenchmen valiantly fought on the side of the American Colonists during the Revolutionary War (1775-1783), therefore as a lover of Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity I am duty-bound THIS DAY to defend my embattled French Sister, Marine Le Pen, President of the National Front Party in France.
Furthermore, I along with tens of millions of conservative Americans here in the United States are outraged by the abuse and maltreatment against Marine Le Pen by this corrupt Socialist French government of President François Hollande; a man that is so power-hungry and hateful of freedom of speech, so appeasing to Muslims that hate France and French culture, so disdainful to of diversity of political thought, that they are using all of the battlements of government to destroy "far Right" French Conservative Party President, Marine Le Pen. But why? Because an innocuous statement she said five years ago in a political speech about Muslims growing infringement on the people of France freedom of assembly; statements which are as factually true then as they are now.

Like our Democrat Socialist regime here in America under President Barack Hussein Obama (2009-17), the fascist tactics against Le Pen is straight out of the Obama-Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals Playbook. Rule #12 – "Pick the target. Freeze it. Personalize it. Polarize it." Liberal Fascism doesn't only exist here in America, its globalist now and with hordes of illegal Muslim migrants invading Europe, they are leading the way... into the Abyss! Le Pen Judged for loving and defending the People of France
When the European Parliament unjustly lifted Le Pen's parliamentary immunity in July 2013, a preliminary inquiry was opened which has led two years later to these legal case against her now. On October 20th, Le Pen stood trial at a court in Lyon, France regarding comments she made five years ago in a political campaign speech where the conservative Front National President compared Muslim street prayers to the Nazi occupation of France, where she strongly affirmed that did not incite racial hatred and said that she had "committed no crime" and further defended herself to the court that the case against her was politically timed to damage her Front National Party in the upcoming regional elections in a few weeks.
"Street prayers are illegal. It is a means of seizing a territory to impose a religious law, Le Pen declared to a crowd of reporters. "I am within my rights as a political leader to bring up such a fundamental subject – it's even a duty to do so," according to a report by the UK Telegraph.

Despite these politically motivated charges by her partisan enemies in the French Socialist Party of Hollande, yet for Le Pen there is a ray of hope. "Ms. Le Pen, by denouncing these prayers in the public space, which did not refer to the entire Muslim community but to a minority, only exercised her freedom of expression," Bernard Reynaud, the prosecutor said during his call for an acquittal of Le Pen, who wisely declined to give her political enemies more fodder regarding whether she was referring to the Nazi occupation, the prosecutor further said the act of "occupying" a public space "requires respecting certain rules."

The case against Le Pen is filled with angst and irony. For example, outrageous calls for "War Crimes" charges, like those successfully brought against her father when he was leader of the Front National Party, where in 2007 Jean-Marie Le Pen was accused of conspiring to justify war crimes and to deny Nazi crimes against humanity, both violations of France's Holocaust denial legislation. The anti-freedom of speech case against Marine Le Pen was brought by two anti-racism and two Muslim groups, and are based on a political speech Ms. Le Pen made in a 2010 political speech in the French city of Lyon while campaigning to take over the party from her father, Jean-Marie Le Pen.
Socialists never retreat; Socialist never surrender: Thus, I believe that as the French Socialist Party were successful in 2007 against Jean-Marie, they would like to similarly destroy the political career of his daughter, Marine Le Pen by using the same outrageous charges equating the conservative policies of the Front National Party to Nazi War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity and the Holocaust. The demagogue Socialist Party of France want to conflate 1945 to be 2007, to be 2015 whereby charges like those brought against the Nazi leaders, plotter and planners of the Holocaust at the Nuremberg Trails (1945-1949), some 70 years ago for genocidal crimes against the Jews, be brought against Marine Le Pen in 2015. This conflation of history comparing Le Pen to the vilest, evil acts by Hitler and the Nazis is truly beyond the pale and reflects the utter desperation of President François Hollande who feels threatened as Marine Le Pen's Front National Party continues to rise in all the national polls. Lord Acton was right when he said, "Power corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely."
Marine Le Pen referred to "street prayers" after there had been reports of Muslims praying in public in three French cities, including Paris, because of a lack of mosques or a lack of space in local prayer rooms. She said: "I'm sorry, but for those who really like to talk about the second World War, if we're talking about occupation, we can also talk about this while we're at it, because this is an occupation of territory," she told supporters, prompting waves of applause. "It's an occupation of swaths of territory, of areas in which religious laws apply ... for sure, there are no tanks, no soldiers, but it's an occupation all the same and it weighs on people."
Of course Le Pen is absolutely correct regarding these historical facts about the existential Muslim domination in French society and thus prompted an outrageous reply by Abdallah Zekri, secretary general of the French Council of the Muslim Faith, CFCM, who charged that such words "feed the ambient climate of Islamophobia that we're currently going through." Henri Braun, lawyer for anti-Islamophobia group, CCIF, said her message was clear. "In her words, she links praying in the street with the Occupation. The succession of words is very clear. We are told these are enemies occupying our territory...and this enemy is Muslims," he said. Thus, Ms. Le Pen repudiated these unjust accusations against her in court, saying: "I wanted to take an interest in the problems of the French and not to throw myself into references to the pass or history 70 years back."
Je suis Le Pen – I am Le Pen!
Like the Conservatives, Republicans, Tea Party, Christians, and Israel-loving Jews here in America, it is open-season by the Democrat Socialist Party and the fascist Obama administration to attack U.S. at every opportunity and who a defender? Who is our champion against tyranny in America? Not the so-called "Fourth Estate" the Marxist media has for the past 70 years or more been allied in promoting a militant Socialist worldview here in America and to viciously silence (or ignore) all other opposing voices of dissent. For example, since 2007 I have written over 2,000 literary and scholarly essays, yet only 2 have been published by Marxist Media Inc. (that being in the Christian Science Monitor).
Likewise in France, Marine Le Pen, especially since succeeding her father in 2011, has caused much fear and anger of the French Socialist government of President François Hollande, whose power base feels threatened due to the consistent rise of the Conservative Front National Party which has considerably enlarged its appeal by reforming its messaging, expelling extremists (including her father and party founder, Jean-Marie Le Pen), while scrupulously building a grassroots coalition of like-minded French citizens who want an end to Socialism slavery in France and a new President of France like Marine Le Pen who will give real meaning and a clarion voice to the eternal motto of France without Fascism – Liberté! Égalité! Fraternité! Marine Le Pen proclaimed, "The sovereign people have declared they want to take back the reins of their Destiny."
America, France, and Europe if you want to survive the Muslim hoards presently invading your lands, violating your national sovereignty, intimidating, assaulting, and killing your citizens, then you must listen to the words of Marine Le Pen: "This is an organized replacement of our population. This threatens our very survival. We don't have the means to integrate those who are already here. The result is endless cultural conflict.
Russia's Vladimir Putin and China's Xi Jinping are real strong leaders. Both countries presently have armies fighting in Syria right now with the expressed mandate of killing every Russian Muslim (called Chechens) and every Chinese Muslim (called Uighurs) who came to Syria as terrorist fighters allied with ISIS against the besieged Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad. Unlike our appeasement, traitorous U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama, there will be no country club prison stay at Guantanamo Bay, no Koran classes and halal meals for Russian traitors. No Nuremberg Trials or U.S. federal prison for Chinese traitors. The fate of these ISIS allies is certain and their judgment will be swift.
When will American and European leaders set aside cowardice, appeasement, and show some courage to fight for love of country like Russia, like China... like Marine Le Pen for the love of France. Je suis Le Pen – I am Le Pen!
