Hon. William P. Barr
Attorney General of the United States of America
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Ave. NW
Washington, D.C. 20530-0001

Dear Attorney General Barr,

I’m writing to you today concerning the unrest across America and to offer my opinions regarding what is needed to ensure the citizens of America view your department’s actions as genuine and sincere.

When George Floyd died, I knew immediately a firestorm was coming. The circumstances of his demise guaranteed it. What I didn’t know then, but strongly believe now, is his death was the purest kind of accident. Much has come to the public’s attention that leads observers to conclude the original arrest was a staged scene; that the two principals, Mr. Floyd and Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin, knew each other and were part of a conspiracy to set off the events that have come to pass since. Both Mr. Floyd and Officer Chauvin worked security at El Nuevo Rodeo, a Minneapolis night club that, oddly enough, was housed in a building that was burned in the riots. Knowing that they knew and worked with each other makes the very disturbing scene that played on all our TVs appear entirely too odd to be a coincidence or an actual incident of police brutality or murder. My firm belief is America is being taken for the ride of our lives, and the actual target of all that’s happening is the government of the United States of America; more specifically the target is the outcome of the upcoming general election.

You may call me a conspiracy theorist if you wish. I’ve been called far worse. I watched the incident in Ferguson, MO and was well aware the riots there were events paid for by someone or some group with deep pockets, managed by a large and highly networked organization, and executed by a pool of trained participants. The arrest logs tell the tale. Far too many people arrested were from cities on both the east and west coasts. Even the media noted the people who appeared to be flying in only to board buses that later appeared near the riot zones. I also watched the riots after the Freddie Gray incident in Baltimore. That was another curious death and riots that featured hired participants brought in specifically to promote violence and destruction. Do you recall the scene on a street in Baltimore after one night of rioting where a gathering of possible rioters was captured on video demanding their payment from whoever it was who managed their efforts? Anyone who watches more than just casually understands these riots are stage-managed, scripted, and paid-for events. Consider that the second night after Mr. Floyd died there were already bus-loads of rioters showing up on the streets of Minneapolis. The Minneapolis Police Commissioner and Chief of Police referred to them as “outside agitators.” Why would anyone not think all was done to a plan? Does anyone think people could arrange travel and transportation to be on a specific site and ready to riot after hearing of a death only the afternoon before? Is there any logic to such thoughts? There are only a couple of questions that remain to be answered. We all want to know who or what group is behind this anarchy. We also want to know why the US Government hasn’t already stopped it.

Part of my own theorizing considers the summer of 2017. You may recall it was declared Resistance Summer (aka, Summer of Resistance) by groups going under the umbrella identity of The Resistance. It doesn’t take much to pedigree that identity and understand some of the people who promoted their activities. They published on-line planning that indicated a summer-long effort to demonstrate across the nation, including one weekend where there were to be simultaneous mass demonstrations in at least 20 cities. It appeared that effort fizzled for a couple of reasons. It may have been under-resourced in financing and in numbers of trained personnel. While demonstrations in major metropolitan areas like NYC saw numbers in the thousands, other gatherings mustered only a few dozen.

Resistance Summer collapsed. It was a dud. The only substantial activity since that summer was in Portland, OR, where Antifa seems to have established something of a sanctioned stronghold. It appeared to me Antifa ran a series of practice exercises in Portland to polish their street violence skills. The city appeared to be extremely tolerant of that activity. Most of the rest of the country was quiet throughout 2018 and 2019. My own belief, based on monitoring activist conversations and posts on their own web presences, is they have spent their time since the summer of 2017 in efforts to recruit and train sufficient numbers of street activists to succeed in doing exactly what we’ve been witnessing for the past week.

My summary of the above is to state my belief, based on available evidence and observation, that the events including and since the arrest of George Floyd have all been staged and managed for a defined purpose. The people of this country are watching a giant, extremely violent and destructive play. The provocateurs are recruited, hired, trained actors. They’re little but hyperviolent performance artists. I’m certain that’s not what they consider themselves to be, but that is what they are.

I wish to change direction a bit. I want to delve into the role of your department in getting to the bottom of all that’s going on. There are obvious questions that need to be answered. Here are just a few of them:

  • When it became apparent there was a network of anarchist groups formed as early as 2014 to support mass demonstrations and perpetrate street violence, were those groups put under close surveillance by the FBI in order to intercept and disrupt their financial links and planning? If not, why not?

  • With the current level of sophistication of the US intelligence community, why was this current episode of violence and destruction not predicted, monitored, and headed off? Together the NSA and FBI have the ability to monitor all the major activist groups involved and yet it appears that wasn’t done. If not, why not?

  • Has DoJ determined the methodology used to finance recruiting, training, mobilization, and demobilization of the street activist cadres being deployed? If not, why not? If so, why was the current level of violence allowed to proceed? Why were there no apparent efforts to disrupt the financial plan used to execute the operations of the activists and prevent all we’ve witnessed in the past week?

  • If you are able to follow the money trail to the sources, you would have a good idea of who is behind these staged events, these pre-planned episodes of street violence. You might have an understanding of the reasons it’s all being done. Has the money trail been tracked to those sources? Have you concluded who is behind it all, why it’s being done, and all the organizations involved?

We, who sit in front of our TVs at night and witness the propaganda being directed at us, understand there may be multiple plots afoot. We believe it’s all done to change mindsets of Americans; to sway us to beliefs that are foreign to those of our founding. We hear the mantras. We hear all the various connotations of the word “justice.” We hear, and we do understand. But, we can’t prove who is doing it, and we can’t prove the reasons. We’re left with suspicions and mistrust. We look to you to allay those suspicions and that mistrust. We look to you and President Trump to lead us from this valley of chaos and destruction we now find ourselves in.

I understand your statements regarding Antifa and the potential of treating their actions as domestic terrorism. What I fail to understand is why DoJ has seemed so slow to take obvious actions against Antifa and other anarchist groups who operate under the umbrella term of The Resistance. I don’t for a moment believe Antifa’s enablers are true anarchists, though the end they seek may be identical. It’s their underlying rationale that differs. Antifa may be a true anarchist group formed to achieve the ends of their enablers, who are anarchists only with respect to the current national order. My own belief is whoever is recruiting, training, and funding the front-line anarchists are doing so to bring down our constitutional republic. I believe they are globalists whose intent is to destroy America’s economic power and pre-eminent place in the current global order as a means to bring our nation into their preferred end state, an order that’s globally centralized and dominated by groups who have little interest in American concepts of personal freedom and liberty.

The people who do believe in America’s founding principles of freedom and liberty, individual sovereignty, and the rule of law are depending on you to spearhead the restoration of true justice in our nation. We are tired of seeing any semblance of a two-tiered justice system and we are also tired of the unchecked unrest and destruction we’ve seen in our streets. We have few problems with legitimate exercises of First Amendment rights, but that’s not what we have been seeing, at least, not after the sun goes down. We understand what’s going on. What we don’t understand, but need to, is what the DoJ intends to do about it. Are you going to shut the anarchy down? Are you going to publically identify those who have been promoting it and deal with them once and for all? That is what we ask. We do know all the tools to succeed are at your disposal. All we request is that you use them for the purposes they were intended – to protect the lives and property of the 99+%, the good Americans who aren’t any part of what is going on.

Our nation verges on a civil war. Many people sense it, but have no idea what to do about it. We don’t want violence, yet we know it may be visited upon us regardless. What are we supposed to do, if not to defend our lives and property? Is our only response supposed to be to watch our police and National Guard battle the thugs in the streets and merely hope they prevail? What sense is there in that? Many of us are trying desperately to ensure all good citizens are at least informed of what’s going on, in hopes that foreknowledge will allow them time to protect themselves. But, is that all we can do? Can’t we be of more use to those who may soon be in danger of being overwhelmed? We need that conversation, and we need the answers. Multitudes of good Americans will help. We just need someone to tell us how.

I wish you success in all your efforts.

In Liberty,
