American Soviets pursue propaganda; the law be damned

For the vast majority of human history, people have been ruled by dictators, kings, and tyrants, so the American experiment with a democratic republic is unique. The concept is that the people should not be subject to the erratic whims of a man or a movement, but rather governed by a previously agreed set of timeless precepts.

Our founders established a Constitutional Republic based on a foundation of laws that enshrines our common values and protects our God given rights. For some two centuries those values were generally common, and those rights considered immutable, but America has sadly devolved into an amorphous cesspool of relativity subject to leftist caprices where there are no standards for anything. Morality is shunned, so immorality rushes into the purposely created vacuum. That’s a formula for chaos which is exactly what the emerging American Soviets covet.

Our Constitutional Republic has survived thus far because its citizens all consented to be governed by the rule of law as established by our Constitution and duly passed state and federal laws. That means the law is applied equally to anyone regardless of partisan affiliation, race, or social station, but no longer. Wherever the new American Soviets have seized power or assert themselves, they consider themselves above the law and further that the law is theirs to be manipulated for their gain.

In the wake of the unspeakable carnage at a Christian School in Nashville perpetrated by a deranged killer suffering acute gender dysphoria, there was the predictable uproar by American Soviets to deny Americans their 2nd Amendment rights. Every time some malcontent misbehaves with a gun, leftists will excuse the perpetrator and want to punish law abiding citizens. It’s the same tired recipe repeatedly.

Three Tennessee Democrat legislators led a mob into the Capitol to not only disrupt but prevent the Tennessee legislature from convening. The large mob was unruly and intimidating officials. One can argue they were merely exercising their First Amendment Rights intensely; that’s a fair debate, but sitting legislators take an oath to uphold the law and abide by the rules of the body. The three rogue officials were warned they were breaking the rules of the Tennessee House, but they persisted in leading what some called an “insurrection.”

The Republican controlled Tennessee House enforced the rules and ejected two of the three demonstrating members. The removed renegades were shocked that there were consequences for their actions, so they howled unfair. They can disagree with the vote of the majority and be angry, but we have laws and rules for settling disputes to preclude violence.

The argument can continue and perhaps both sides never agree, but as long as the debate is peaceful, the rule of law though pulled and pushed still prevails. The point is the three elected officials are part of the government and are expected to work the legislative system to affect their desired policies, but if they attack that system and try to affect their goals extraordinary to the legislative process, they are subverting the rule of law. And a raucous almost riot is dangerously close to the violence we seek to avoid.

That’s why the Democrat Media Complex has determined to smear all the Americans who protested on January 6, 2021, as insurrectionists. Aside from a handful of hoodlums and government operatives inciting the people, most of the hundreds of thousands were peaceful and respectful of the law, but leftists know they can silence these Americans by discrediting them as insurrectionists. However, when Democrats want to subvert our system of laws, it’s principled and should be given consideration.

The concept is to inflame the American people with blatant egregious double standards. ANTIFA and BLM rioters are excused for their violence, not investigated, and never prosecuted. However, if conservatives dare assemble or parents protest, the federal government will designate them domestic terrorists, spy on them, and even prosecute them. These heavy-handed tactics are purposefully intended to antagonize average Americans.

American Soviets are banging away at the foundations of our Constitutional Republic hoping to topple our institutions. They want totalitarian power, so they hate the rule of law. They have been attacking our institutions for decades, but they grow impatient. They know if they can provoke average Americans to violence, they will use that as pretense to suspend the rule of law to restore order. That’s why they keep insisting January 6th was an insurrection – to give them license to circumvent the law.

That’s why the Soros backed Soviet NYC prosecutor indicted President Trump. He knows they have no case and it’s incredibly unfair, but he proceeds anyway hoping to make Americans so angry they lose faith in the law and resort to other means. Then they have us. Then they use our frustration against us to sideline us and even imprison us if necessary.

Don’t fall into this extremely aggravating trap. We only need to elect more good people of conscience and integrity that will uphold the law. Our founders gave us the best system of government to preserve liberty and order. Americans must put folks in office that believe in the Constitution and will follow it. It’s a long struggle, but always better than violence.

“Make no friendship with a man given to anger, nor go with a wrathful man, lest you learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare.” Proverbs 22:24-25
