There is a serious flaw in the Constitution. It contains no recourse for We, the Governed, in case the entire government becomes unresponsive to our wishes, and consistently acts without our consent. This is the situation we are faced with, today.

For example, ObamaCare has from the beginning been opposed by a significant majority of Americans, including many liberals. Indeed, a major, often proclaimed promise of Republicans during the 2010 election was to repeal this economy-and-freedom-destroying, Constitution-shredding abomination. We, the Governed, are still waiting for them to act. These turncoats, led by Sellout-in-Chief, John Boehner (R-OH), refused even to defund it.

One immediate result of this has been the current outrageous use of ObamaCare to attack Christians in general, and Catholics in particular. Clearly, this has been part of the plan behind this "law" from the outset. In fact, every part of ObamaCare is designed to take away Constitutional freedoms and replace them with Maoist-style restrictions, and big, authoritarian government. The bill never was about healthcare. We, the Governed, know this, but apparently no one on Capitol Hill gives a flying hoo-hah.

Another clearly identifiable example is the administration's Mexican gun-running scheme, Fast and Furious. Designed by the administration to create a phony situation where they could demand more restrictive gun laws, it ended up supplying thousands of automatic weapons to violent Mexican drug cartels, and resulted in the murders of two American federal agents and hundreds of Mexican citizens. The Ministry of Propaganda has suppressed almost all coverage of this, knowing that general knowledge of it would be disastrous for the Obama-Soetoro regime. And in spite of pressure from the many conservatives who know the facts, Republicans and Democrats alike, have adopted the policy of See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil.

This stands in stark contrast with what happened when Bush Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales, committed the heinous crime of legally firing a bunch of left-wing federal attorneys. After an hysterical hue and cry by the Democrats and their Ministry of Propaganda, and acquiescence by the Republican Establishment, Gonzales was forced to resign. Today, we see Obama-Soetoro's Attorney General, Eric Holder, who oversaw Fast and Furious, and who may well be guilty of at least two counts of negligent manslaughter, still in office. He is not only still in office, he is arrogantly refusing to co-operate with the House committee investigating Fast and Furious, much less resign. Protests from Congress that We, the Governed, are not well-served by this? Not a peep.

But then, there has been no protest over the refusal of Eric Holder's Injustice Department to prosecute, or even investigate, numerous well-documented cases of vote fraud, either. Anyone recall the black supremacists in the New Black Panther Party, intimidating white voters in Philadelphia? Or the "election" of Al Franken in Minnesota? Or the fake signatures on petitions that got Obama-Soetoro on the ballot in Indiana, in 2008? Seems that the Rule of Law is no longer worth the parchment it was written on.

Another example of government gone wild is the EPA. Obama-Soetoro is using this blatantly unconstitutional globalist creation to bypass Congress at every turn, and inflict crippling blows to private property rights, the economy, and capitalism. The list of this agency's outrages is huge, and growing by the hour. For one of the more egregious abuses of indigenous, poverty-stricken Americans, see Ron Arnold's latest column in the Washington Examiner (http://washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/2012/02/alaska-natives-ask-epa-stop-threatening-their-economy/253521).

Another glaring example is the failure to impeach Barrack Barry Hussein Obama-Soetoro for a long list of high crimes and misdemeanors, the most egregious of which appears to be the very real possibility that he is not legally qualified to hold the office of President. His constant self-aggrandizement for "unprecedented" acts somehow has missed the most unprecedented act of all: his refusal to allow the public, or anyone else apparently, access to any of his college records, his passport records, and most of all, an untampered-with birth certificate. He has spent some $2,000,000 on legal fees, fighting off requests to have the records unsealed. He probably could have spent a lot less, since all the judges appear to have been leftist political hacks who refused to recognized anybody as having standing to demand that Obama-Soetoro verify his eligibility for the office he claims to hold.

Given all that, one would think someone in government would protest. But, one would be wrong. Instead, those who want to see some proof that this admitted Marxist is who and what he claims to be, and not some stooge sock-puppet, carrying out the orders of the likes of sociopathic billionaire globalist, George Soros, are mocked, ridiculed, and told to shut up.

So, t'would seem our only recourse is to refer to the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence for the guidance We, the Governed, so sorely need (http://patriotpost.us/document/the-declaration-of-independence/).
