Rather than kill the enemy, the Pentagon is now in the business of killing the unborn. How much confidence should we have in these “leaders?” They are a disgrace to the uniform.
They should defect to Russia and China. Only then would we be in better shape.
As we anticipate the anniversary of 9/11, many assume that Pentagon brass and the leadership of the CIA and FBI have corrected the problems that led to a terrorist attack on American soil. Instead, the Pentagon is attacking Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville for objecting to the Department of Defense turning into an abortion factory.
Tuesday’s release from the Department of Defense, disguised as a news story, attacked Tuberville for holding up various promotions of the top brass as long as the DoD remains committed to aborting children using taxpayer funds. Tuberville’s position is legally and morally correct.
Here’s how the DoD propagandists put it: “To ensure equitable access to care, DOD implemented a policy enabling service members to travel outside their duty stations' state if that state imposes restrictions on reproductive health access.”
Translated into common language, this means the Pentagon is using money for national defense to facilitate abortions across state lines.
But Congress has never voted for that.
There is no constitutional right to abortion, and there never was.
Despite DoD propaganda, let us understand that the term “reproductive health access” is abortion. Pentagon scribblers don’t even want to use the term. They are ashamed to refer to the killing of the unborn.
When the Pentagon is distributing such lies under the cover of a “news” story, you know that moral standards have declined dramatically.
Should this department be saved from massive budget cuts if they have so much money to spend they can divert some of it to abortion?
This dramatic decline in basic standards of morality makes an objective observer wonder if the Pentagon is worth saving.
This is a military bent on national suicide, more concerned with killing the unborn than killing the enemy.
What is clear is that the top brass has got to go. Tuberville’s hold on the promotions of such ideologues as Air Force Gen. CQ Brown, Jr.—nominated to replace Army Gen. Mark A. Milley as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff— is the most visible.
Brown should never have been nominated. Milley should have been fired by Trump.
The DoD propaganda piece says, “Defense leaders renewed their calls for the Senate to lift these holds and speedily confirm those officers who are in legislative limbo.”
What about the unborn babies in limbo because of an illegal Pentagon policy that pays for their mothers to abort them?
“This is an issue for Congress to address,” says Pentagon Press Secretary Air Force Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder. “It would be inappropriate for me to comment on how they should go about it. But I can tell you that our military leaders simply want to do the job that our nation expects them to do—lead our military to protect and defend our nation and, if necessary, overwhelmingly defeat our enemies in battle.”
This is pure propaganda—ignoring the fact that the Pentagon is prohibited from paying for abortions.
The Pentagon is waging a war on the unborn, not our enemies.
The Pentagon’s policy to provide paid leave and transportation for service members or their dependents to seek an abortion has not been approved by Congress.
Senator Joni Ernst says, “The Pentagon should not be mobilized against the unborn. The Department of Defense exists to defend life, not destroy it. Biden DoD’s policy is not just unlawful, it’s immoral. Congress has been clear: the Hyde Amendment protects taxpayers from being forced to fund abortions. I will continue to ensure the unborn and your tax dollars are protected.”
But Tuberville is willing to put holds on the nominations until the unlawful policy is overturned. And it’s Tuberville who is also drawing attention to the Pentagon’s embrace of the LGBTQ ideology.
The Pentagon lies by saying that the holds on the nominations hinder military readiness.
“I've talked to generals and admirals every day,’" Tuberville said on the Newsmax show “Greg Kelly Reports.” He added, “There's no problem with readiness.…”
The only problem with readiness is having an Armed Forces more concerned with providing abortions and accommodating transgenders than being able to fight and win a war.
Tuberville added. “I’m tired of Pinocchio [President] Joe [Biden] legislating from the White House. They’re not going do that on my watch. The people of Alabama have somebody up there that’s going to vote for them. And if we’re going to have some kind of different abortion policy in the military, it's going to take a vote on the Senate floor. And if we don't do that, I'm going to have these holds for a long, long time.”
Tuberville’s challenge to the top military brass is the only win to save lives and ultimately win wars. Perhaps the babies being saved could grow up to be real warriors for the America we once knew.
That is, if America can last that long.
