Porn industry gets its own domain; not a peep from Obama

The porn industry will get its own domain tomorrow (.xxx). The Bush administration fought this for years, but Obama has been silent and passive, voting "present" as usual. This will worsen the porn problem, since all porn sites will keep their .com sites up and running. There is no First Amendment protection for pornography — the free speech plank protects political speech, not porn. China shut down 60,000 porn sites, so we know it can be done. It's not the Constitution that stands in the way of making porn illegal, it is activist judges. http://ow.ly/4grmc

Gay sex is a public health menace. An organ recipient gets HIV from a donor who had unprotected sex prior to donation but after his last test. http://ow.ly/4gtf2

According to wingers on the left, blacks are homophobic bigots. Black churches, it turns out, were the key to the same-sex marriage flameout in MD. http://ow.ly/4gkAW

Muslims are recruiting 7-10 year-old-blacks in the inner cities of American to jihad. They become thoroughly radicalized in months — at 8 years of age — in America! No more mosques. http://ow.ly/4gkMV

Pelosi's green initiative in House cafeteria cost $475,000, raised carbon emissions, and required compostable spoons that melted in soup and forks that weren't strong enough to pick up lettuce. GOP dumped this loser of a plan, but the Democrats want it back. There is just no reasoning with these people. http://ow.ly/4gkjX

Global warming hysteria strikes again: The only — the only! — over-the-counter asthma inhaler in U.S. has been banned, all to save the ozone of some such thing. Even if inhaler emissions contributed to global warming, which they don't, it still shows the skewed priorities of the left: the health of Gaia is more important to them than the health of people. http://ow.ly/4gsDg

Food prices have taken their biggest jump in 36 years because of a cold winter. And here we thought global warming was the big problem! http://ow.ly/4gkTI

Government regulators made top-loading washing machines, which were efficient and cheap, a thing of the past. And it just got worse. http://ow.ly/4gsto

So much for the Tea Party being racist: the district that Rep. Allen West represents is five percent black. Conservatism is about principle, not race.

We've spent $16 trillion fighting war on poverty since 1965. Poverty has won, and it's time for a new strategy. The strategy is simple: get government out of welfare altogether, return that money to the people, and let them support the private charities of their choice which are getting the job done and don't develop a dangerous and family-destroying dependency on government handouts.http://ow.ly/4gtXQ

It's time to quit monkeying around. The GOP passed a lame $6 billion "cut" on Tuesday; but on that very same day, the US went another $72 billion in the hole. Going $4 billion a day — a day! — in the hole. http://ow.ly/4gldj

Only one out of every 10 people who actually listen to NPR give money to it. But 100% of taxpayers are forced to donate. That's just wrong. http://ow.ly/4gk6Y

From the "Democrats Hate Democracy Department: two Democrats have been charged with election fraud in Michigan for putting a fake Tea Party candidate on the ballot. http://ow.ly/4gs41

No wonder the White House bagged its transparency award ceremony yesterday. This administration has turned down 33% of all FOIA requests; virtually the only requests it grants are to liberal organizations or strung out for years. http://ow.ly/4gkWm

Speaking of the most transparent administration in history: a whistle-blower at the Department of Homeland Security was demoted for trying to get the department to obey the FOIA law. http://ow.ly/4gjpX

GOP take note: the Republican mayor of Miami was bounced 88-12 in a recall vote, because he raised taxes instead of lowering spending to plug a deficit hole. Is the GOP listening? http://ow.ly/4gl5W

Pathetic Department of Homeland Security only prosecutes 16% of the illegal aliens it arrests. The rest get home in time for dinner. No wonder we're getting overrun. http://ow.ly/4glgw

San Francisco has such a problem with vagrants that it is now fining people for sitting or laying on the sidewalk. This shows you where decades of the left's "compassionate" public policy gets you: helpless people laying in the gutter hoping for a handout. http://ow.ly/4gjjJ
