Is Obama really a Muslim slave?

In an ABC radio newsbreak a few days ago, the reporter reported briefly on the Pew survey that shows 18% think Obama is a Muslim. They then attempted to explain the 18% by saying maybe it is because when Obama attended church services on the first Sunday after his inauguration and spoke to the congregation, the theme was not on Christianity, but instead was on the National Anthem.

Oh, well that explains why so many people think he is a Muslim. I wonder how many of those people even know he spoke during that church service, and how many of them know what he spoke about. If ever you are asked to speak during a church service, be sure to speak about Christianity or the media are going to think you're a Muslim.

Is that the best evidence the media could come up with? Are ABC and the rest of the alphabet media really that clueless and uninformed? Probably not, but they sure do want you to be. And they wonder why no one is reading their newspapers or watching their news broadcasts anymore. People are sick and tired of hearing the propaganda arm of the Obama administration.

A new national survey by the Pew Research Center finds that nearly one-in-five Americans (18%) now say Obama is a Muslim, up from 11% in March 2009. Only about one-third of adults (34%) say Obama is a Christian, down sharply from 48% in 2009. Fully 43% say they do not know what Obama's religion is.

Notice that only 34% think Obama is a Christian while 43% responded with "don't know." Or to put it another way, 66% according to this survey do not believe Obama is a Christian, or refused to answer.

A separate poll conducted for Time magazine shows an even higher percentage of Americans who say the president is a Muslim. That Abt SRBI survey of 1,002 adults revealed that 24 percent think the president is a Muslim.

I am surprised at these survey numbers. I would have expected them to show a much higher percentage of people who think Obama is a Muslim. This shows that only one quarter of the American people surveyed know anything about Obama's background and current religious beliefs.

Obama was raised a Muslim. He became a non-practicing Muslim only when he was told that being a Muslim wouldn't be good for his political career 20 years ago. So he started occasionally attending Jeremiah Wright's America-hating, church of black liberation theology. To my knowledge, Obama had never attended, nor been baptized in a real Christian church until his inauguration. He has consistently sided with the Muslims against Israel, and done nothing to prevent Iran from taking the next step toward their nuclear weapons ambition. He has consistently promoted Islamic interests in America while siding with the ACLU in opposing Christianity.

As Bill Ayres wrote in his book, Dreams of My Father, under the pen name of, and dictated by, Barack Obama, "Should the political winds turn in an ugly direction, I will side with the Muslims." He wasn't just kidding, was he?

Obama has Christian advisors who visit him at the White House to reaffirm and advise him on the Christian faith. I suspect this is more for political reasons than for his faith. Where did you think he got those Bibles passages he uses in his speeches? I think it's more likely that they are there to give him a crash course in how to pass himself off as a Christian. Obama can more easily quote passages from the Qur'an than he can from the Bible, as we have seen in his speeches to Muslim audiences.

Does anyone doubt that he wants 'the Muslim world' to believe that he is one of them? Yet he wants Americans to believe he is a Christian in spite of his statement that America is no longer a Christian nation, but rather is one of the largest Muslim nations in the world.

He told the prince of Egypt that he is a Muslim. Libya's Muammar Gaddafi thinks he's a Muslim. Most of his family are Muslims (if they are really his family). Most of the people in the Middle East and northern Africa think he's a Muslim. Maybe the media didn't notice when Obama said in an interview with George Stephanopoulos, "You're absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith." Where is any evidence that he is a Christian?

I don't know what faith, if any, Obama most closely aligns himself with. He may be a member of the Church of Global Warming for all I know. I only know that he was a Muslim for most of his life and probably still is one. But then I suppose that these survey results, too, are Bush's fault and reflect just a lot of Islamophobia and racial hatred caused by George Bush.

I know we are all getting tired of hearing Obama and the Left blaming Bush and "Republican policies" for the recession. I am just as certain that most of us realize that the policies that caused the economic collapse were not George W. Bush's policies. Let's not be distracted by the fact that although Bush was in the White House, the Democrats controlled Congress since January of 2007.

Congress created the laws and regulations, and in his attempt to reach across the aisle and get things done, as well as to meet the constitutional requirements of passing an annual budget, Bush tried to work with the Democrats and signed the bills. Republicans got a few things they wanted in the legislation, but the bulk of it was pro-Democrat.

Now we have Obama in the White House in harmony with the Progressives running Congress but there is no reaching across the aisle in this administration. Obama came into office with an agenda — the Progressive agenda — that Congress is only too happy to make into law.

People credit Obama, and he is only too happy to take credit, for the abominations and disastrous consequences of these policies that he calls "accomplishments." But "The Anointed One" didn't create these policies or introduce them to Congress. He is simply carrying out the instructions of his owner, George Soros and his Progressive organizations that actually wrote these monstrosities that no one in Congress can read.

In 2004, Soros tried to collapse the economy to defeat Bush and install John Kerry in the White House. With his stock manipulations, Soros put a dent in the stock market but the market rebounded and his attempt to collapse the economy failed. He didn't give up, he set his sights on 2008 and a new strategy.

After years and years of Democrat management and regulation over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the two federally backed and mandated mortgage institutions were already bankrupt and they knew it, but the public didn't.

Bush had tried to warn Congress on three different occasions of the threat facing Fannie and Freddy but Congress wouldn't listen. As chief regulators and heads of the congressional oversight boards, Chris Dodd and Barney Frank insisted that everything was fine and secure with the two mortgage institutions. Backed by Fannie and Freddie, banks must continue to make home loans to low income people who couldn't afford them.

Soros and the Progressives realized that all they had to do was simply to make public the reality of Fannie and Freddie to cause a financial calamity. They decided to sacrifice the two failed institutions for the progressive cause and leave the taxpayers on the hook for the losses. It worked.

Fannie and Freddie go public with the disaster they hold in their assets which are now liabilities; investors lose their money; the closely linked stock market collapses; more people lose their investments; banks go broke; with no money to lend, private business go out of business; people lose their jobs; 18% of the nation's workers are jobless; people stop spending; the economy slows; and here we are.

And somehow, this is all the fault of Bush and Republican policies? You have to have been living under a rock or on another planet for the past 20 years to believe that. This liberal policy was started by Jimmy Carter and enhanced by Bill Clinton to lead to where it is today. Soros merely did what Bush was unable to do: destroy Fannie and Freddie.

But then the Progressives decided to put it on life support with taxpayer bailouts, which set the stage for Obama's failed stimulus spending. Bush was duped into approving the TARP bailouts by Democrat, Henry Paulson. That was Bush's fault, but not everything that came before it or after it. I am not defending Bush, just trying to set the record straight. I did not approve of most of what Bush did during his second term as president. But what he didn't do was to cause the mortgage meltdown and current recession.

Like so many presidents before him, George Bush inherited a recession, this one due to the dot com collapse. Then compounded upon that were the 9-11 attacks which nearly destroyed the New York financial hub of the nation. The country could have gone into a severe depression, but it didn't.

Bush immediately put into place new policies to deal with the recession and inside of a year it was over. What has Obama done with his? He has turned a molehill into a mountain. After Bush's success in dealing with the 2000-2001 recession, now somehow, the Obama/Soros recession is all Bush's fault?

This is not the Bush recession, nor is it the Obama recession. This is the George Soros recession under the Soros administration in the White House, which is now occupied by all of the Soros Progressives and socialists. Obama is simply being a good boy and doing what his master tells him to do.

Why did you think he kept his personal Blackberry in violation of presidential policy — so that he could chat and share pictures with his family and his Marxist friends? He wouldn't need it for that since they are all either in prison or in the White House with him. I assure you he isn't talking with Martha Stewart for advice on White House draperies. Of course Dr. Phil could be a possibility.
