Nazism American Style: The Nuremberg Race Laws (1935)

Background of the Nuremberg Race Laws

On September 15, 1935, at a special session of the Nazi-controlled German parliament (Reichstag) ratified the Nuremberg Race Laws at the Party's annual rally in Nuremberg, Germany. The Nuremberg Race Laws contained two pieces of legislation: The Reich Citizenship Law and the Law for the Protection of German Blood and German Honor. The ancient city of Nuremberg would serve as a very important venue for Hitler and the Nazis to commemorate their annual pilgrimage and to celebrate the birth of the Nazi's beloved Third Reich in legendary spectacles of hundreds of thousands of people. Hitler's favorite film director, Leni Riefenstahl even captured these spectacular Nazi rallies in her iconic, but diabolical Nazi propaganda films, Olympia, Part I and Part II and Triumph of the Will, an invidious racist worldview based on evolution atheism that the Nazis borrowed from two of Hitler's favorite philosophers: the English evolution atheist, Charles Darwin and the German atheist, Friedrich Nietzsche.

According to the essential archives of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Holocaust Encyclopedia, the Nuremberg Race Laws were designed by the Nazis to institutionalize and codify all of their racial theories which would serve as the foundation of Nazi ideology and the legal structure of the Third Reich for the systematic disenfranchisement, persecution and genocide of Jews in Germany. Although during the Nazi era the Jews in Germany only consisted of 0.75% or 505,000 out of a total population numbering about 67 million people, the Nazi exploitation of the 1935 Nuremberg Race Laws were not simply to control Germany's miniscule number of Jews, that was the ubiquitous fascist pretext I wrote about earlier. No, the Nazi National Socialist Party much like their ideological cousins here in America, the Democrat Socialist Party, used the so-called "one drop rule" to spread their invidious racial hatred well beyond Black people per se, but to any and all White people 'infected' by any "Black blood" – even to the third or fourth generation. (See Kentucky's 1866 Miscegenation Law).

Similarly, the Nazis did not categorize a "Jew" as someone with specific religious beliefs but as an alternative as someone with three or four Jewish grandparents. In other words, the Nazis deified Darwin's racialist evolution atheism ideas above mere religious, ethnic, or social considerations. The result was even German citizens who never had any direct connection to the practice Judaism for many years, or had never practiced Judaism, or even German people with Jewish grandparents who had converted to Christianity, were defined and targeted in the eyes of the Nazis as Jews and thus under the jurisdiction of this comprehensive and repressive Nuremberg Race Laws. This human tyranny was similar to how Holocaust Democrats used the "one drop rule" to oppress, to disenfranchise, torture, and kill Blacks in America for hundreds of years under the evil, hateful institutions of slavery and Jim Crow racial discrimination laws. Demonic laws that incidentally still exist in America (and globally) under criminal institutions like sexual slavery and child sexual slavery, a multi-billion dollar criminal enterprise tolerated by President Obama and the corrupt Congress.

And like the slavery and racial discrimination laws enacted by Holocaust Democrats against Blacks and other minorities since her Colonial founding where the first slaves (indentured servants) arrived in 1619, Hitler and the Nazis excluded all people of Jewish descent from Reich citizenship and prohibited Jews from marrying or having sexual relations with persons of "German or German-related blood." Additional decrees and regulations to the Nuremberg Race Laws dispossessed German Jews of virtually all political and religious rights, including the right to vote or hold public office. Here, Nazi Nuremberg Race Laws mirrored the thousands of racist local, state and federal laws in America against Blacks and other minority groups existing before and after the Nazi Era. For example – 1864: Miscegenation [Georgia Statute] Marriage between Negroes and mulattoes, and white persons "absolutely void." Penalty: Fine between $50 and $550, or imprisonment between three months and two years, or both.

Examples of Antisemitic Legislation, 1933-1939

According to the Holocaust Encyclopedia, in the course of the first six years of Hitler's despotism, government at every level – Reich, state and municipal – adopted hundreds of laws, decrees, directives, guidelines, and regulations that progressively prohibited the civil and human rights of all Jews in Germany. Here are examples of anti-Jewish legislation in Nazi Germany, 1933–1939 based on the Nazi (and Holocaust Democrat) principles Gleichshaltung (bringing into line, forcing into line), to establish a new National Socialist World Order or Weltanschauung:

1933 – March 31: Decree of the Berlin city commissioner for health suspends Jewish doctors from the city's charity services. April 7: Law for the Reestablishment of the Professional Civil Service removes Jews from government service. April 7: Law on the Admission to the Legal Profession forbids the admission of Jews to the bar. April 25: Law against Overcrowding in Schools and Universities limits the number of Jewish students in public schools. July 14: De-Naturalization Law revokes the citizenship of naturalized Jews and "undesirables." October 4: Law on Editors bans Jews from editorial posts.

Holocaust Democrat President Woodrow Wilson (1913-21) was the standard bearer of the Progressive Revolution – a political hero that to this day is beloved by all Democrats, yet his invidious racism towards Blacks was of psychopathic, even Hitlerian dimensions. Yet Wilson's racism was not unique. Racism was the rule of the Progressive movement even in the Age of Obama, as Damon Root writes at Reason:

As [David W.] Southern thoroughly documents [in his book The Progressive Era and Race: Reform and Reaction, 1900–1917], these examples just begin to scratch the surface. Progressivism was infested with the most repugnant strains of racism. But was there something more, something inherent in Progressivism itself that facilitated the era's harsh treatment of blacks? According to Southern, who repeatedly maintains that racism derailed "the great promise" of Progressivism, the answer is no. "The ideas of race and color were powerful, controlling elements in progressive social and political thinking," he argues. "And this fixation on race explains how democratic reform and racism went hand-in-hand."

That is surely correct, but is it the whole story? As the legal scholar Richard Epstein has noted, "the sad but simple truth is that the Jim Crow resegregation of America depended on a conception of constitutional law that gave property rights short shrift, and showed broad deference to state action under the police power." Progressivism itself, in other words, granted the state vast new authority to manage all walks of American life while at the same time weakening traditional checks on government power, including property rights and liberty of contract. Such a mixture was ripe for the racist abuse that occurred.

In 1913, President Wilson unjustly fired 15 out of 17 Black supervisors who had been previously appointed to federal jobs as revenge for a delegation of Black leaders and professionals led by Monroe Trotter, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard and Boston newspaper editor who came to the White House to protest President Wilson new racial discrimination policies prohibiting Blacks from public facilities of the federal government. But Wilson treated this esteemed Black delegation very rudely and declared with racist venom that "segregation is not a humiliation but a benefit, and ought to be so regarded by you gentlemen."

In a private screening of the D.W. Griffith pro-Klu Klux Klan propaganda movie "Birth of a Nation," President Woodrow Wilson, an academic, historian and former President of Princeton University, was enthusiastic over this racist screed and famously remarked: "It was like writing history with lighting."

1935 – May 21: The Nazi Army (Reichwehr or Reich Defense) law expels Jewish officers from the army. September 15: Nazi leaders announce the Nuremberg Laws.1936 – January 11: Executive Order on the Reich Tax Law forbids Jews to serve as tax-consultants. April 3: Reich Veterinarians Law expels Jews from the veterinary profession. October 15: Reich Ministry of Education bans Jewish teachers from public schools. 1937 – April 9: The Nazi Mayor of Berlin orders public schools not to admit Jewish children until further notice.

Likewise in America under Holocaust Democrats the legitimacy of laws requiring segregation of Blacks was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in the 1896 case of Plessy v. Ferguson, 163 U.S. 537. The Supreme Court sustained the constitutionality of a Louisiana statute that required railroad companies to provide "separate but equal" accommodations for White and Black passengers, and prohibited Whites and Blacks from using railroad cars that were not assigned to their race. On July 26, 1948, President Harry S. Truman signed this executive order establishing the President's Committee on Equality of Treatment and Opportunity in the Armed Services, committing the government to integrating the segregated military.

Wilson wasn't the only iconic president to today's Democrats. What Progressive, Marxist and Consensus historians never tell you in their 'interpretation' of history is that their hero, FDR, was America's four-term Führer-for-life that Hitler and the Nazis actually derived many of their anti-Semitic ideas from based on America's Democrat Party racist history against Blacks and other minorities. For example, after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor (Dec. 6, 1941), FDR signed Executive Order 9066 allowing him to build Concentration Camps for the Japanese (but not for the Italian and German Americans) which were sanction by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case – Korematsu v. United States, 323 U.S. 214 (1944). Note that Hitler also controlled the Courts in Nazi Germany and today Obama controls the Supreme Court in America as demonstrated in the invidious, unconstitutional Obergefell same-sex marriage decision by the Supreme Court, and the unjust imprisonment by a Republican federal judge of Rowan County Kentucky Clerk, Kim Davis for failing to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples based on that immoral and unconstitutional Obergefell decision).

FDR's fascist New Deal of the 1930s and 40s was racist to its Progressive foundations; Blacks and Whites were expressly forbidden by law (de jure and de facto) to work together on New Deal programs. The largest Socialist welfare program was the Works Progress Administration (WPA) which operated segregated units, as did its youth affiliate the NYA which hired some token Blacks as WPA supervisors in the North, nevertheless of 10,000 WPA supervisors in the South, only 11 were Black. Historian Anthony Badger maintains, "New Deal programs in the South routinely discriminated against blacks and perpetuated segregation. In its first few weeks of operation, Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) camps in the North were integrated. By July 1935, however, practically all the CCC camps in the United States were segregated, and blacks were strictly limited in the supervisory roles they were assigned."

Look at the litany of anti-Semitic Nazi laws in Germany during this same period FDR ruled America like a lawless, racist tyrant: 1938 – January 5: Law on the Alteration of Family and Personal Names forbids Jews from changing their names. February 5: Law on the Profession of Auctioneer excludes Jews from this occupation. March 18: The Gun Law excludes Jewish gun merchants. April 22: Decree against the Camouflage of Jewish Firms forbids changing the names of Jewish-owned businesses. April 26: Order for the Disclosure of Jewish Assets requires Jews to report all property in excess of 5,000 Reichsmarks. July 11: Reich Ministry of the Interior bans Jews from health spas. August 17: Executive Order on the Law on the Alteration of Family and Personal Names requires Jews to adopt an additional name: "Sara" for women and "Israel" for men. October 3: Decree on the Confiscation of Jewish Property regulates the transfer of assets from Jews to non-Jewish Germans.

October 5: The Reich Interior Ministry invalidates all German passports held by Jews. Jews must surrender their old passports, which will become valid only after the letter "J" had been stamped on them. November 12: Decree on the Exclusion of Jews from German Economic Life closes all Jewish-owned businesses. November 15: Reich Ministry of Education expels all Jewish children from public schools. November 28: Reich Ministry of Interior restricts the freedom of movement of Jews. November 29: The Reich Interior Ministry forbids Jews to keep carrier pigeons. December 14: An Executive Order on the Law on the Organization of National Work cancels all state contracts held with Jewish-owned firms. December 21: Law on Midwives bans all Jews from the occupation. 1939 – February 21: Decree Concerning the Surrender of Precious Metals and Stones in Jewish Ownership. August 1: The President of the German Lottery forbids the sale of lottery tickets to Jews.

FDR's Apathy against the Jews under Nazi Oppression

FDR was the president during most of the Nazi era and even though the Allied Powers eventually defeated the Axis Power, yet FDR's Jewish refugee crises was a black stain on this Socialist icon of the Left. For example, at the start of World War II in Sept. 1939, FDR would only allow into the United States 27,300 Germans and Austrians, mostly Jewish refugees. FDR's pathetic immigration policy protected very few Jews (0.46% of the approximately 6,000,000), as they headed to Hitler's Holocaust by the millions! Why did this hero of today's Holocaust Democrats, Hollywood Jews and the 72% of Jews that support the Democrats today still celebrate such an evil leader whose policies of apathy and inaction for years amounted to Jews being disenfranchised, tortured, and murdered in Hitler's Holocaust from 1933-45? At a press conference on June 5, 1940, Roosevelt tried to rationalize his treachery against the Jews under Nazi rule stating quite disingenuously: "Now, of course, the refugee has got to be checked because, unfortunately, among the refugees there are some spies, as has been found in other countries. And not all of them are voluntary spies – it is rather a horrible story but in some of the other countries that refugees out of Germany have gone to, especially Jewish refugees, they found a number of definitely proven spies."

While Roosevelt gave his backing to James G. McDonald, his advisor on refugees, to expedite the immigration of a few thousand European scholars (Albert Einstein, Niels Bohr), artists, politicians, and rabbis above the quota in 1940, the State Department and the supporters of a restrictive immigration policy in Congress prevailed on the larger refugee issue. As a result the flow of refugees slowed to a trickle between 1941 and 1945, according to the Holocaust Encyclopedia. This is why I coined the phrase 'Holocaust Democrats' because historically their policies always leads to disenfranchisement, social pathology and genocide, just like those similar policies did under Hitler and the Nazi National Socialist Party.

Nazism America Style

70 years before Hitler and the Nazis rose to power in Germany, in America, under the Democrat Socialist Party, 35 states had enacted a series of hateful, unconstitutional (on Natural Law grounds) and virulently racist laws specifically, systematic designed to keep Black America in a perpetual, de jure state of societal slavery 100 years after the Civil War that was supposed to have ended all racialist laws. These so-called Jim Crow laws were derivative from the 'Black Codes' where state and local laws in the United States enacted between 1876 and 1965.

During the Jim Crow era there were literally thousands of state laws in virtually every state designed to kill the hopes, the dreams, and if necessary the lives of Black Americans and other minority groups. For example, Arizona 1865: Miscegenation [Statute] Marriages between whites with "Negroes, mulattoes, Indians, Mongolians" were declared illegal and void. The word "Descendants" does not appear in the statute. Arizona 1909: Education [Statute] School district trustees were given the authority to segregate black students from white children only where there were more than eight Negro pupils in the school district. The legislature passed the law over a veto by the White Republican governor.

In California 1866-1947 concern about Asian immigration produced more legislation against Chinese immigrants than against African Americans. Reminiscent of Hitler's infamous Jewish Ghettos in Poland where the Nazis made the Jewish people live together in a few square block-area like rats and slowly, painfully starved them to death, likewise under California law (1866-1947) mandated that all Chinese inhabitants to live in one area of the city. Thus, the original of "Chinatown" isn't filled with literary and Romantic notions as we would like to think.

As a specific response to losing the Civil War and ending slavery in America, Holocaust Democrats enacted racist and racialist tactics and strategies reminiscent of Hitler's Nuremberg Laws 70 years later called Black Codes laws which existed from the Reconstruction Era (1865-76) and lasted until the 1960s, but it can be argued that racial segregation is still existent and flourishing to this very day in America under a two-term Black President Barack Obama (2009–2017).

Writer Peniel E. Joseph, a Professor of History at Tufts University, in his 2013 book, Dark Days, Bright Nights: From Black Power to Barack Obama, chronicles the horrible economic and social times Blacks have suffered under Obama's administration; a depressed and disastrous existential existence not seen since the Jim Crow Era of racial segregation 1865-1965. Professor Joseph writes:

Barack Obama's significance as a symbol of America's racial progress and reconciliation is belied by hard facts. America remains more segregated than ever, with dreams of integrated public schools receding with each passing years. African American treatment before the criminal justice system remains a national scandal, and the face of HIV/AIDS has become increasingly black. African American wealth lags behind whites and, despite Obama's election, black representation at the highest levels of the nation's corporate and political industries remains inadequate.

This is according to the racist plans of the Progressives. In the final analysis for the 100 years of the Jim Crow Era: 1865-1965, Holocaust Democrats and Progressives in America mandated de jure racial segregation in all public facilities and in every conceivable institution under the fraudulent, self-serving doctrine of "separate but equal" status for Blacks Americans. LBJ's self-serving handshake of Dr. Martin Luther King at the signing of the 1964 Civil Rights Act did not erase that invidious history, nor Holocaust Democrats existential hatred they practiced against Black people and against other minority groups like the Jews, Chinese, Japanese, Indians, Hispanics, and other racial minorities. In reality, as we would later see with the Nazi Nuremberg Race Laws 70 years later, unequal treatment was always inferior to White facilities, structuring a number of economic, educational and social disadvantages some intellectuals today collectively call "White Privilege" or what Hitler and the Nazis under their evil Nuremberg Race Laws called Weltanschauung (Worldview), "Maintaining the purity of blood insures the survival of the German people."

Nazi National Socialism vs. Obama Democrat Socialism – in the final analysis real history judges these two Socialist political policy worldviews as two sides of the same racist, fascist coin. Even today Hitler's voice is heard in American politics when President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry, and the Holocaust Democrats got a veto-proof majority to pass his anti-Semitic U.S.-Iran Nuclear Weapons Treaty which according to Joel B. Pollak's revealing article, The 'Israel Lobby' is Dead – And Obama Killed It, dooms 11 million Jews living in Israel to Hitler's Holocaust, Part 2 when Iran, as they repeatedly promised, launches its nuclear armed ICBMs at Israel.

How long will the Jews in America align themselves to vote for the Holocaust Democrat Party, no questions asked? Not counting the genocidal pathology of FDR's and LBJ's Concentration Camps the Welfare State calls the "Projects" or "Ghettos"); but through abortion alone from 1973-2015, Holocaust Democrats murdered in cold blood over two and a half times as many innocent people (117-120 million pre- and post-born babies) than Adolph Hitler and the Nazis achieved under war time conditions which includes civilians and Allied soldiers in dozens of countries (approximately 50 million people). Stated another way, Holocaust Democrats murdered 20 times more babies than the 6,000,000 Jews Hitler and the Nazi Holocaust killed.

Thus the revisionist history and perverted logic of the modern day Progressive Academy goes something like this: Hitler and the Nazis were evil, but the Democrat Socialist Party (and their Hitlerian policies) in America are good? No!
