Beheading of Egyptian Christians - - Obama's shameless coddling of a deadly religion
By Michael Bresciani
"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." (Ps 116:15 KJV)
Contrary to Catholic teaching, saints are not just those canonized by the Pope. The appearance of untold millions of redeemed souls in the last days dispels that error completely. They are all called saints and they don't need the Pope's approval for that honored appellation. (Rev 5: 11)
Far more important is the fact that their deaths, especially those that are martyred, are 'precious' to God. The truth is that the severity of the judgments found in Revelation is due largely because in the last days, the slaughter of his people will begin again and will lead to God's final intervention into the history of man. It is a worldwide judgment that will make atomic warfare; EMP's and bio-war seem tame by comparison.
While I know that one day the message of warning and that of thousands of the faithful who share this message will be vindicated, even that, counts for little in our own assessment of things. What does count – are the precious lives and families of those who are disregarded and treated as refuse in a world that is sliding into reprobation at the speed of death.
Coddling Islam – Foolishness that Returns Death
We have been coddling the Muslim religion since 9/11 even though now we all know that it is the bible of the Muslims (the Quran) that actually promotes the call for death and mayhem for all non-Islamic peoples around the world.
Let's not insult the intelligence of most people by using the politically correct misnomer now circulated among us from the President down – the familiar phrase 'moderate Muslim' has become an ulcerous wound that will not heal. It has served to keep us dumbed down, but much worse, it is now costing the lives of thousands around the globe.
We listen with bated breath for some word from the White House that will condemn the egregious and de-humanizing actions of ISIS. Even when a word does come we only wonder if Valerie Jarrett or some other advisor has warned the president that he is losing points with the public and his party if he doesn't make some kind of response – feigned or not.
We tune in to CNN if only to peruse the top of the news and perhaps to Megyn Kelly to hear it all hashed to ribbons by conservative commentators and so called experts. The last thing we are willing to do is refer to the Bible for an answer or to someone who knows what the counsel of the Living God says, and what he offers as the solution.
While the voices rage and tempers flare the blood of the innocents is crying out from the ground where it was wasted and counted for nothing. This precious blood is foremost on God's mind.
"Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar." (Mt 23: 34-35)
We have refused to weigh the obvious even if we are not all theologians. Following a crowd does not justify anything; in fact, it is how the worst evils in human history were birthed. Religion is a poor substitute for the new life and forgiveness that comes from the Savior and religion without the Savior is open to satanic interference and demonic origins. But we don't dare to say that to 1.2 billion Muslims – but why not. Does the rule really change when speaking of religion; can revising history bury truth forever?
What is that rule and what is the truth?
The rule is this – it has not changed one wit for the entirety of human history.
"...broad is the way that leadeth to destruction and many there be which go in thereat." (Mt 7: 13)
The "many" in this passage means most. The clear implication is that most people, as in the majority, will choose the wrong path.
Almost all of the WW2 German population of 70 million people thought Hitler was the cat's meow. Almost a billion Chinese were under the sway of Mao until 1976 and they managed to crush China's old guard and disrupt its culture almost completely.
These are only two examples of a crowd whose behaviors cannot be a justified by the sheer force of their numbers. The world has often seen those who hide in a crowd while doing their worst. Why should Muslims be thought of as exclusive?
Does the word 'religion' serve to abrogate the meaning of the phrase – crowd mentality? A crowd not only can be just as wrong as an individual, but it is both far more likely, and far more deadly as well. Be it ideology or religion, error does not take a holiday when men go afoul under the guise of religion!
Accepting that 1.2 Muslims can't be wrong for their sheer numbers has become an article of faith not the conclusion of facts.
Scathing Headlines Can do nothing to stall the Carts on the Back Nine
For years we labored under the notion that forward observers, newsmen and reporters were engaging our attention at the top levels. In recent years it has become abundantly apparent that it is the second tier, or the opinion editorialists that have done the greater service. Tearing apart every motive, every cause and every shred and fiber of a matter is far above mere reporting.
While those looking at the ISIS crimes may not all be qualified theologians they are after all qualified as human beings and thus can at the very least determine when crimes against humanity have been committed – even as thy analyze whether a truly human response has been made to such events. Here's a cross section of titles by some of the best op-ed writers in the nation.
ISIS Beheads, Pope Condemns, Obama Golfs – Bob Unruh
White House Refuses to Call 21 BEHEADING Victims Christians while Egypt launches airstrikes on Islamic State targets in Libya for savage beheading of Christians killed for their faith – Pamela Geller
Now Obama Regime WILL NOT Call the 21 Christians Beheaded by ISIS, 'Christians' Instead, They Call Them This... – Matthew Burke
Obama Takes a Three-Day Golf Vacation in Palm Springs – Keith Koffler
The slain Coptic martyrs were witnessing the literal fulfillment of John 16: 2 –
"The time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service."
At the same time they had to take courage from Matthew 10: 28 –
"And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows."
They knew what the Lord said to the ancient Christians of Smyrna and they carried that promise to their last breath.
"...be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life." (Revelation 2: 10b)
As for our golfing, aloof and cavalier president there is no golf course or vacation hideaway so far away that it can hide the ruler who will not stand and the defend the sheep of his own pasture.
Egyptian Copts not his sheep you say?
If Mr. Obama were truly a Christian every believer in the world would be his brother or sister. As the leader of the world's most powerful (for the moment) nation – what defense can he give to them if he can't even identify them as Christian martyrs? To wit:
"I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep." (John 10: 11-13)
Jamie Foxx and others may think Barack Obama is their Lord and Savior, but for the rest of the Christians we know the only thing he is saving is strokes on the back nine so he can come in well under par.
When not on the golf course we know that Mr. Obama has his pen and his telephone – it is what he has not got that worries us in America – it is called shame.
