Perversion is revolting to those who are not perverse
By Sylvia Thompson
I was irritatingly reminded, once again, of just how degenerate our nation has become. I read recently that a football player for the Miami Dolphins, Don Jones, was fined and castigated for voicing his revulsion at the sight of a fellow teammate, Michael Sam, in a lustful display of homosexual eroticism. Which, by the way, has nothing to do with "love." Michael Sam is the latest black pawn of the homosexual movement.
As a black person, I can relate to a factor that I think has bearing, at least in part, on Mr. Jones' revulsion. Not only was this erotic display sinfully sick, but it also involved another black male athlete. I recall the earlier "coming out" of a basketball player who was also black. The predominantly white Left was as ecstatic then as it is now (so was Barack Obama). It seems obvious to me, and maybe to Mr. Jones as well, that the Left's championing of non-male black men is part of its ongoing plan to destroy black America, in this case, by emasculating its men.
The Left's behavior these days is reminiscent of that of civil officials in the American South under the Jim Crow legal system. Black men were distinct targets of their racism during that time of intense racial strife in our country's history. Lynching and castration of black males seemed a clear indication of fear of black masculinity. Now that the legal system no longer tolerates lynching and castration, black men are emasculated psychologically. No, the Left does not make men homosexual, but its liberal adherents foist the behavior upon society, and are therefore complicit in furthering the deviancy.
The sinister promotion of homosexual black males and subsequent persecution of all who fight this travesty is a continuation of that hatefulness spawned in the days of Jim Crow. It bears noting that in conjunction with the emasculating of black males is the mass destruction of black children in the womb, as orchestrated by the white-dominated Planned Parenthood and other pro-abortion entities. This, in addition to the liberal Left's systematic destruction of the black family, reveals a pattern that all but the thoroughly duped should be able to see.
What Christians (of all colors) must understand is that homosexual behavior is perverse because Almighty God, who created sex and sexuality, deems it perverse. And it is understandable that He would have instilled in humankind the capacity to be repulsed by what is abominable in His eyes. Scriptures say that we are made in His image. Consequently, that which repulses God would repulse humans who relate to God. Nobody, and certainly not Christians, should be ashamed of being repulsed by homosexual behavior, despite the purpose-driven pabulum that they are being fed by leaders of many of the mega churches and in some traditional churches.
Of course, not all humans relate to God, and those who do not are more inclined to do things that repulse Him. The fact, however, that some humans do not relate to God is irrelevant. He has control and in the end (whenever that comes), those people, if they continue to defy Him, will be destroyed. Mealy-mouth proclamations to the contrary by so-called Christian leaders will not alter that truth.
This being the case, all people who feel the same revulsion that Don Jones feels at being visually assaulted by public displays of homosexual eroticism should be brave enough to voice that revulsion, whenever confronted with such displays. Because if we do not voice our disgust, the behavior will not stop and it will get worse, and eventually Christianity will be outlawed in the America that was founded by Christians.
Yes, you will be vilified by Satan's minions on the Left, as Don Jones and so many other Americans have been and still are being reviled and persecuted. The question becomes, "Do you fear the willful sinner more than you fear Almighty God?"
The line pitched by some so-called Christian leaders, "Love the sinner and not the sin," is naive at best and dangerously unscriptural at worse, in my view. There is no separating the willful sinner from his sin ("willful" meaning that he sins by deliberative choice); they are one and the same. The people who defy God and refuse to avoid gross sin are vastly different from those of us struggling on a daily basis, under the burden of inherent sinfulness, to align our lives with Almighty God's will. And that includes some homosexuals. Those of us strugglers are the people for whom Christ provides protection and strength.
There is a scriptural distinction between sheep and wolves. And those of you who refuse to make the distinction (which requires judging them by their fruits – by what they do), refuse by choice. Whether your refusal is out of fear of the consequences (possible suffering) or from general ignorance of Scripture, the choice is yours and yours alone. And you alone will answer to God for your choice.
I have made my choice; I will face down evil with the help of Christ Jesus for as long as I draw breath, and I hope and pray that there will always be other Americans standing with me. If not, this Christian will stand alone and await judgment in due time from my God.
