This wicked world wants the children

After a half century of slaughtering millions of unborn babies, the U.S. Supreme Court last year finally reversed the abominable Roe v. Wade decision. The ruling did not prohibit abortion, nor did it remove the bloody stain of abortion from American history. It simply returned the question back to the states where it belonged. Predictably, red states limited abortion after the decision and blue states promoted it, so the people in each state had their say. And if your state’s position on abortion is utterly unacceptable to you, you can move to a state that suits your preferences.

People in general will never agree on everything, so last year’s Supreme Court ruling could be considered a success, at least to some degree, for a democratic republic. Infanticide notwithstanding, if one is determined to abort one’s child, one can still do so in certain states. If one wants to live in a state that values life and fears God, one can still do that too. It’s still a tragedy that babies are being murdered in blue states, but that’s for the citizens in those states to reconcile.

On the 50th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade ruling, so-called “Women’s Marches” were held across the nation vowing to restore the right to murder an unborn child in all 50 states. These “Women’s Marches” didn't actually represent all women since the pro-life movement is also driven by women. Since most women who want to abort babies live in blue states, where they can still have abortions, and since most of the women who fought for years to end abortion live in red states, why don’t the abortion supporters just stay home, where they can already do what they want to do to their unborn children?

It’s disturbing and sad that so many women are apoplectic about not being able to end a human life in the womb. Abortion in blue states is not enough, because these women fear the truth. Some 90% of women who see an ultrasound of their child and hear the beating heart elect not to have an abortion, so why is that not a win? Because to value another human life over your own desires is giving in to the Creator, and leftists are loath to admit there is a God.

Abortion is patently evil, but if the world cannot sacrifice other people's children to its demonic indulgences, it still wants to prey on them and lead them away from God into depraved sin. A Planned Parenthood sex education instructor in California is using social media to teach youth how to obtain and hide sex toys from the parents; and if the kids can’t get any sex toys, she recommends using fruit and vegetables! Amazingly, leftists consider such debauchery enlightened.

Tolerance for the militant LGBTQ+ agenda has turned into grotesque endorsement and promotion of that agenda, but the worst part is that children are being groomed right under our noses. A homosexual couple in Atlanta well known for gay activism and praised for adopting two little boys were heroes in the Atlanta LGBTQ+ community until they were exposed for routinely raping these grade-school boys and even prostituting them to an area pedophile ring! Such perversion was celebrated as virtue by a sick society that watched these children be victimized.

The LGBTQ+ agenda is ostensibly about accepting alternate lifestyles, but as such deviancy becomes more mainstream, it ensnares more innocent children. The danger is not only direct sexual abuse, but also gender confusion and mental anguish. Children cannot make adult life choices. We don’t let them drive, drink, or do drugs, but leftists think toddlers can decide their own gender and sexuality. This is not for the benefit of supposedly “transgender” children, but rather for the gratification of those seeking to prey on kids.

Our children are not safe. They can’t just go play in the neighborhood anymore, and they must be closely watched in public. They are not even safe in schools anymore. Aside from child molesters in education, schools across the country confuse children with nonsense about pronouns and even worse, too many seek to help children "transition" their gender and HIDE the change from their parents! So-called "groomers" are literally indoctrinating our children that perversion is normal.

Common decency and morality are being turned upside down. This past December, a 17-year-old girl went to shower at a YMCA in San Diego when she was terrified to find a 66-year-old man showering in the Women’s locker room. Afraid and already naked, the girl hid until the man left and then she reported the incident, but she was shocked when she was rebuked for not accepting that the old man identified as an old woman!!! Some local parents were incensed–but the local media took pity on the aged degenerate and chastised the girl for transphobia! What depths have we fallen to when an old man can expose himself to a minor girl and he is the victim?!

It’s all utter insanity—but there is method to this madness. A depraved, self-indulgent populace eschews morality and therefore retreats from God. An immoral and unvirtuous citizenry is pliable and easily oppressed, and since they are removed from God, they know not where to turn or from whence they can garner the strength to resist. Some of these people act out of sheer lust or outright rebellion to God, but the sophisticated leftist knows destroying our society and dismantling morality is their path to tyrannical power.

Children are the future and it’s for them we strive to do better, so that’s why this wicked world wants the children. Already destroying morality, the next step is to eliminate innocence.

“In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire” (Jude 1:7).
