More de facto amnesty: Obama's 'Parental Interest Directive'

The criminal fraud Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) continues to dismantle our formerly free and sovereign Republic with his illegal, unilateral edicts, his insane infatuation with America's Muslim enemies at the expense of our national security, his contemptuous disregard of our nation's laws and borders and a devilish host of other malicious acts.
Last Friday he issued yet another illegal decree when he ordered U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to implement the "Parental Interest Directive," which essentially grants amnesty to illegal aliens who have minor children, by ordering ICE to use "prosecutorial discretion" when considering whether or not to deport such illegal alien parents.
Stephen Dinan, reporting for the Washington Times, wrote of the directive:
The move won praise from immigrant rights groups who said it's a step toward a kinder detention policy. But a top Republican blasted the memo as another effort by the Obama administration to circumvent the law.
"President Obama has once again abused his authority and unilaterally refused to enforce our current immigration laws by directing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to stop removing broad categories of unlawful immigrants," said House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Virginia Republican.
With "presidents" like Obama, who needs enemies? Between his granting de facto amnesty last year to young illegal aliens who were brought here as children, and now basically doing the same for their parents, he has pretty much covered most of the illegal alien population in the United States, and the rule of law, the authority of Congress and the will of the American people be damned!
This latest ICE directive treats illegal alien parents as if they had the rights and privileges American citizens. It makes provision for detained illegal alien parents to be housed near their minor children, to have visitation with them, to be transported or video conferenced to family court hearings, as well as various other accommodations that regular American citizen prisoners with young children don't even get.
One section of the directive states:
ICE personnel should ensure that the agency's immigration enforcement activities do not unnecessarily disrupt the parental rights of both alien parents or legal guardians of minor children. Particular attention should be paid to immigration enforcement activities involving: 1) parents or legal guardians who are primary caretakers; 2) parents or legal guardians who have a direct interest in family court or child welfare proceedings; 3) parents or legal guardians whose minor children are physically present in the United States and are [U.S. citizens] or [lawful permanent residents]. ICE will maintain a comprehensive process for identifying, placing, monitoring, accommodating, and removing alien parents or legal guardians of minor children while safeguarding their parental rights.
This is unbelievable. Parental rights? The only "right" illegal aliens have is the right to be ejected from our nation. Yet, here is more irony from this Obama administration of creeps: American citizen parents are increasingly being stripped of their own truly legitimate parental rights while Obama is, by lawless edict, granting illegal aliens imagined "parental rights."
That's right. American citizens' parental rights are under assault everywhere you turn. Whether it's vile abuses by Child "Protective" Services, mandatory homosexual indoctrination of children in public schools without parental consent, mandating children be exposed to displays of "transgenderism" in public schools against the wishes of parents, and even the denial of parental rights to seek the kind of counseling they choose for their own child who may be experiencing unwanted same-sex attraction – through these things and more, American parents are watching their rights to raise their children as they see fit steadily swirling down the drain.
Now, if you're an illegal alien parent who crashed our borders with your kiddos – or dropped your little anchors on our soil – don't worry, your good buddy Barry Obama's got your back! He's keeping that mean ol', scary ICE man in check, so you're good to go – er – good to stay, rather!
Who will stop Barack Obama? I keep asking this. Who will hold him accountable for his crimes against the United States? We will not stop demanding that this lawless enemy of America be impeached, convicted and thrown out of office (and preferably into prison). This latest amnesty by fiat is just another item on the seemingly interminable list of Obama's putrid malfeasance while occupying our White House.
