Barack Hussein Obama has no interest in upholding laws he does not like

Obama is now using his phone and his pen to release over 5,500 U.S. federal prisoners next month who were indicted and presently doing time on drug and related charges. Ultimately, this President's action will not only drastically reduce many prisoners' sentences (conforming to his new, more lenient federal sentencing standards), but will send hundreds of former drug dealers back into communities where they are not welcome.

Apparently, this President does not understand the scourge that hard drugs are to communities around the country. All you have to do is go to inner cities where hard drugs, gangs, and drug dealers are prevalent and objectively observe how their presence degrades a community.

Additionally, news was just released this month that arrests of illegal aliens are now at their lowest levels in nine years. Obama has successfully hamstrung our border patrol and Homeland Security. As thousands of illegal aliens penetrate our borders, this President has not beefed up the very department that is supposed to protect our country's borders, despite being mandated by our Constitution. This is particularly evident in San Diego County, where the border watch station is no longer operated on a daily basis. Camp Pendleton, the county's largest military base, is located only 35 miles north of our border with the availability of thousands of soldiers – with none of these men tasked with protecting our borders.

I will never forget the day a few years ago when this President said he would not allow any more of these young illegal aliens into our country. The very night of his speech, I personally observed a federal bus (under the signage of Homeland Security) hauling kids north on Highway 5 near the Encinitas Blvd turn-off. Like many Americans, I am tired of being lied to by this man.

What makes Obama's lax enforcement of immigration law particularly irksome is the huge cost to the American taxpayer. Estimates tell us that it is costing U.S citizens several hundred billion dollars a year when politicians like Obama refuse to seal our borders. In California (which has the largest illegal alien population of any state, thanks in part to Governor Jerry Brown and his fellow Democrat legislators), approximately 20% of high school and lower school students, attending these public schools, are here illegally. Can you imagine how much this costs California taxpayers? Other expenses include food stamps, federal HUD housing, social security, as well as heath care expenses. This is outrageous! Further, these illegal residents take away entry level and blue collar jobs from many lower and modest U.S. workers. It especially hurts our teenagers and many families in African American communities around the country.

Other obvious examples of Obama demonstrating his disdain for enforcing our laws is his refusal to back many law enforcement departments around the country, especially those which are involved in controversial, high profile cases involving people of color. It seems like anytime a national, well publicized case involves someone from the African-American community, Obama is there to defend them regardless of what the evidence demonstrates against the accused. This President is quick to point his finger at the American people and jump on the "racism" bandwagon.

Clearly, this President is one of the most divisive Chief Executives I've ever observed during my lifetime. It's too bad he has such little regard for our country's laws. I am counting the days when he will be out of office and praying that someone who could be equally damaging such as Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, or Bernie Sanders will not replace him as President. America cannot afford an extension of this most corrupt administration.
