With the Iranian regime in tatters and the boy Ayatollah struggling to survive another bombing, the communists are hoping to move on and save Communist Cuba from the ultimate fate.
Two “former” communist front groups, the U.S. Peace Council (USPC) and National Lawyers Guild, have announced the “Nuestra América Flotilla Fund,“ an “international effort to deliver urgently needed food, medicine and humanitarian aid to the people of Cuba.” It’s a ploy to save the communist regime.
The vehicle is the USPC “Peace Education fund,” a 501(C)(3) “charitable fund” with donations being tax-deductible. It is a logical follow-up to the “Gaza Freedom Flotilla,” which didn’t work out so well.
Isn’t it fascinating how they use tax-exempt money to save Cuba and prop up communist groups on U.S. soil?
One of the organizers is identified as David Adler, co-general coordinator of the Progressive International and a veteran of the Gaza Freedom Flotilla.
One of the members of the Progressive International is the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), the same group claiming New York City Mayor Mamdani as a member.
The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is the largest socialist organization in the United States.
A previous campaign, a USPC Zoom Webinar, was titled “No War on Iran.”
On January 29, 2026, President Trump signed an Executive Order ("Addressing Threats To the United States by the Government of Cuba") declaring a national emergency and authorizing tariffs on goods from countries that sell or otherwise provide oil to Cuba
Meanwhile, one-time Fox News and Tucker Carlson/Laura Ingraham favorite Glenn Greenwald has let it all hang out in his Substack column. Look at his titles:
- The U.S. and Israel Liberate Iran by Setting It on Fire, Poisoning the Air, Bombing Schools
- Trump Starts a Major Regime-Change War with Iran, Serving Neoconservatism and Israel
Just one month ago, Fox announced a “Fox Nation” series that “traced Edward Snowden’s journey from anonymous tipster to global fugitive,” featuring “dramatized scenes and perspectives” from the “journalist who helped break the NSA surveillance story.” That journalist was none other than Greenwald.
Our book Blood on His Hands: The True Story of Edward Snowden documents how Snowden's actions directly led to increased dangers from Russia and China.
Tipster? Trump declared that the former NSA and CIA contractor should be executed if caught. He said, “I think Snowden is a terrible threat, I think he’s a terrible traitor and you know what we used to do in the good old days when we were a strong country, you know what we used to do to traitors, right?”
He was referring to the execution of atom-bomb spies Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.
Former Republican Senator Jon Kyl called Snowden “this generation’s Alger Hiss” and “one of the worst traitors in the history of our nation.”
For his part, Greenwald had been a regular participant in communist conferences, featuring Marxist enemies of the United States, and spoke to a conference of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim Brotherhood front.
Snowden was embraced by some on the right because he posed as an enemy of the same “Deep State” targeting Trump but he is today living in Russia, after having traveled through Chinese Hong Kong. He did so with the assistance of his enabler, Glenn Greenwald, a former gay pornographer who posed as a libertarian and got close to Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham of Fox News, and the MAGA crowd.
Meanwhile, in Venezuela, the “new” government led by Delcy Rodríguez issued a statement, saying, “I thank President Donald Trump for his government's kind willingness to work together on an agenda that strengthens binational cooperation for the benefit of the peoples of the United States and Venezuela.”
One group, the Revolutionary Communists of America (RCA), is astonished, declaring, “These days, prominent international activists in solidarity with Venezuela, and Chavistas who support the government in Venezuela, find themselves in an increasingly uncomfortable situation. It is difficult to justify or even understand the actions of the Caracas government.”
It’s another success by President Trump.
What is more, the Reds are upset that Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum visited Venezuela to “ensure U.S. dominance of Venezuela’s mineral resources, particularly gold and critical minerals, which are a key battleground in the global confrontation between the U.S. and China.”
The RCA describes itself as “a party of class fighters committed to the overthrow of capitalism.” But it looks like communist regimes are being overthrown.
Trump’s policy has put Communist China on the defensive as well.
