The big news over the last three days is the Burger Mister Obama (BMO) acting like the dictator he is! By royal degree he made illegal aliens exempted from the law. Ok BMO. I want to be exempted me from all local, state and federal laws. I want to be exempted me from paying local, state and federal taxes. Why won't you do this for genuine Americans like me? Answer me.
If this foreigner who is not an American citizen gets re-elected, absolutely nothing will stop him from doing anything. Just use your imagination. He has forced churches to sin against God by ordering them to give contraception's out. He forces the country into buying government run health insurances run by un-elected bureaucrats. Spent trillions of dollars with the help of the last democratic controlled congress on God knows what. Has the help of the un-elected Czar bureaucrats to implement his communist programs, bypassing Congress. And has the bureaucracy of all government agencies not elected by the people to also to implement his communist programs.
If the Supreme Court rules Obama care unconstitutional he won't accepted! Mark my words he will just circumvent the Supreme Court and tell them to go to Muslim hell! (JMJ)

The Constitution gives law-making powers to Congress alone. All immigration policy powers are given to Congress alone. The President has no authority to give a de facto amnesty to millions of illegal aliens.

All across the country it is evident that Americans are reacting with shock to Obama's ambush Amnesty decree announced Friday. Even the people who support the Dream Act Amnesty are saying they disagree with how Obama has gone about this. Remember, ALIPAC was the first national illegal immigration fighting organization to proclaim him "Dictator Obama" in 2011. Now the rest of the country is getting a clear picture.
We need to break out of EMERGENCY MODE to be able to fight Obama's ambush Amnesty full force. We believe that Obama has done this in an effort to keep his illegal alien voters from fleeing the country when the Supreme Court passes Arizona's law in many more states. We did the best we could this Friday and ALIPAC was quoted in the Wall St. Journal, several radio stations, News 14, and across the web, but we are not able to fight at full capacity due to our shortage of funds.

Those of you who have been with us awhile know how much time and energy ALIPAC has put into warning Americans about the issues and trying to stop illegal alien voters. The big news is Florida Governor Rick Scott is going to sue Obama's Department of Homeland Security because Obama, Napolitano and Eric Holder are doing all they can to protect and preserve their army of illegal alien voters. Please remember that most states have absolutely no protections in place to detect or deter illegal aliens from committing the felony of registering and the second felony of voting. States must rely on the honesty of the voters when completing registration forms. ALIPAC's archives now contain official news reports of illegal alien voters detected in Florida, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, and of course California. You can bet they are in your state too!
ALIPAC put out an Email Alert asking you to launch your own efforts to detect illegal's in your state. ALIPAC is asking you to use the methods established by the Atlanta Journal Constitution newspaper and an Atlanta news station that uses jury duty records along with voter registration records to identify illegal alien voters. Both of these records are supposed to be public records, but locals in Nevada and other places knowing this are trying to shield that information. ALIPAC supporters have hit major resistance in Nevada and Washington State where it will take lawsuits to get our hands on that jury duty information.
Our efforts did help though when two important reports happened. First, you helped us widely promote the explosive NBC 2 News report that went viral on the web thanks to the legendary ALIPAC network. This video and your efforts have had a direct impact leading to the current face off between Florida's Republican Governor Scott and the DHS.
