Our war on government

I never thought that my own government would be at war with its own people. The federal government has shown its true agenda and is transforming America into a socialist utopia with the government controlling the governed in all facets. Now the battlefield is taken to the states, where the power of the federal government comes from. For some of us, we planted the tree of socialism via liberal programs and policies. Now the tree needs to be chopped down. Take this battle to your state government and force governors and state attorney general's to file suit in federal court against this cancerous spread. Here are some resources that you can use to fit your needs. Now get to it!

Make Congress Pay Big for Their Betrayal!

Congress betrayed the American people, the Constitution and their own Congressional Oath. It's time to make them pay! If they voted for the government-run healthcare scam, then vote them out of office. Michigan Congressman Bart Stupak caved in to the socialistic, government-run health care bill in exchange for $700,000 in kickbacks. The Tea Party Express is now heading to Stupak's district to take him out of Congress. Try and donate the price of a meal to the "Defeat Bart Stupak" campaign here.

Scott Ashjian, get lost!

The Tea Party Express is calling out purported Tea Party Nevada candidate, Scott Ashjian as a phony and a fraud in a new television ad campaign. The first ad in that campaign is released and can be seen here. Please support this effort to reveal the truth about Harry Reid's "tool."

New IRS agents in health care law

The Obama/Reid government run health care law will now use tax dollars to pay for abortions, cause health care premiums to rise by as much as 13% according to the Congressional Budget Office, limit employers' ability to create new jobs, and provides the IRS $10 billion for 16,000 new IRS agents! Health care politicians must lose their majority in Congress and Reid to lose his job in the senate. Source: Sue Lowden for U.S. Senate

Cornyn backs away from Obama's amnesty

As the latest display of proof of the peoples' activism, power and ALIPAC's strategies, I'm pleased to report that Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) is backtracking on his flirtations with Amnesty supporters. The illegal alien supporters are crying all over the web about how ALIPAC helped pressure him away from their Amnesty negotiations. Source: Alipac.org

Bennett Amendment Defeated in Senate

The U.S. Senate went on record rejecting an amendment introduced by Utah Senator Bob Bennett, refusing to block same-sex marriage in our nation's capital by a vote of 59-36. Two Republicans Senators from Maine, Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins voted against the amendment, refusing to protect the Charter rights of District residents. Source: NOM

What's Next? Here are a few steps.

The Tenth Amendment Center has introduced the Federal Health Care Nullification Act. This organization approved legislation to nullify federal overreach into the health care industry. I encourage you read and send this to your state senators and representatives and demand them to introduce this legislation in your state.

American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ)

The ACLJ is taking the health care bill to the courts, challenging its constitutionality. It will ultimately end up at the Supreme Court, where this group has argued a number of cases.

The Great State of Texas leads the way

Texans are standing up and fighting back against the gross federal health care overreach by making this petition known to its people. If you are a Texas resident, sign this petition and pass it on to your fellow Texans.
