Trump needs to beat Team Clinton, the biased liberal media and dishonorable rule-or-ruin Republicans
By Michael Gaynor
Trump is ready, willing and able to make America great again and voters should not expect Trump to suddenly change and embrace the self-serving advice of the so-called "experts" he so thoroughly embarrassed by winning the Republican presidential nomination by abstaining from criticizing the biased liberal media because the biased liberal media doesn't like it( and voters are listening and learning).
Donald Trump shocked the world by winning the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.
The so-called "experts" dismissed that thought as absurd.
Trump and his supporters proved them wrong and they weren't happy about it, or chastened by the new political reality.
Now the so-called experts are insisting that Trump can't win the general election.
Some people never learn and some are so vengeful that they would rather punish the person who proved therm wrong than help make America great again.
Those so-called "experts" have an enormous personal interest in being right this time.
After all, so-called "experts" expected Brexit to fail and dismissed Trump as a fool for thinking otherwise.
Trump was right, because wishful thinking is no substitute for astute political analysis.
Then so-called "experts" predicted that Britain's vote to leave the European Union would wreck the world economy.
But media induced hysteria subsided quickly and now the stock markets are higher than ever.
Masking America great again is no easy task, because powerful interests seek to maintain the status quo.
Trump realized that he would have to beat Team Clinton and expected to do so.
Trump realized that he would have to beat the biased liberal media and expected to do so.
The biased liberal media wants to attack Trump with impunity, but Trump is no punching bag.
Even together, Team Clinton and the biased liberal media can't beat Trump.
BUT...it does not follow that Trump will win.
The "rule or ruin" Republicans who pledged to support the winner of the Republican presidential nomination cannot be trusted.
That includes self-centered failed Republican presidential hopefuls Ted Cruz, John Kasich, Jeb Bush, Carli Fiorina Lindsay Graham and George Pataki and their political allies.
To win, Trump may need their support...or to thoroughly discredit them to negate their political influence.
On August 14, Trump posted these three important tweets:
(1) "Certain Republicans who have lost to me would rather save face by fighting me than see the U.S.Supreme Court get proper appointments. Sad!"
(2) "'Stay on message' is the chant. I always do – trade, jobs, military, vets, 2nd A, repeal Ocare, borders, etc – but media misrepresents!"
(3) "I have always been the same person-remain true to self. The media wants me to change but it would be very dishonest to supporters to do so!"
Trump is right on all three counts, and that's why he deserves to be elected the next President and the voters should reject the machinations of Team Clinton, the biased liberal media and "rule or ruin" Republicans.
