There's no dispute that Sean Hannity ardently argued that Obama was radical and unfit to be President of the United States and wisely warned voters against electing him.

Ironically, Hannity could have nipped the Obama presidential campaign in the bud if he had obtained the videotape of Reverend Jeremiah A. "God damn America" Wright, Jr. a year earlier, when he was the first to give Rev. Wright a national audience by interviewing him on "Hannity & Colmes."

But no one went to the store of Rev. Wright's church and bought a copy of Rev. Wright's Greatest Hits for Hannity.

Late in the 2008 presidential campaign, Hannity quickly appreciated the significance of "Joe the Plumber," a middle-aged white male (like Hannity) who had asked then candidate Obama a tax question when Obama came to his neighborhood and then commented that Obama's plan sounded like socialism and gave "Joe" ample coverage and a platform.

But that was not enough to stop Obama.

What was needed was ample coverage and a platform for ACORN whistleblower Anita MonCrief, a young black mother who had been recruited by ACORN, designed the ACORN 2005, 2006 and 2007 Political Operations Year End PowerPoint presentations and worked as a development associate with ACORN affiliate Project Vote from October 2005 until January 2008, maintained its Donor Perfect database and obtained Obama, Clinton, Kerry and Democratic National Committee donor lists in the course of her work.

When I posted "Why Obama and ACORN Fear Anita MonCrief" on October 29, 2008, insightful Hannity Forum posters immediately realized the opportunity Ms. MonCrief presented.

Lead: "Anita MonCrief is likeable as well as brave, bright, young, maternal, passionate, artistic and black. But now ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) and the Obama campaign need to destroy her because Anita's not an ACORN slave and Anita decided to reveal what ACORN and the Obama campaign want to conceal."

Bottom line: "ACORN has been improperly coordinating with and operating as an arm of the Obama campaign, and 'the Senator from ACORN''s involvement with ACORN has been much more than his lawful representation of ACORN in the motor voter case years ago."

Hannity Forum posts on October 29, 2008:

tomtommy:

"BUSTED!!! I hope"

DarthBush: "If true, this is a violation of the law"

tomtommy: "time for Obama supporters to jump ship and throw him under the bus. KARMA..is a bit*h"

DarthBush: "I hope Anita is under the police protection program"

DarthBush: "Its time to throw ACORN under the bus"

TigerDeal: "Sean needs to get this lady on his show..."

Mihael: "anita should blow this thing open... im sure we can have a collection set up on every conservative blog and forum for her retirement fund."

AEOakley: "I doubt they'd put her on the stand if she didn't have proof the prosecution believes is worthy. I doubt she'd put herself through this knowing how painfully high the cost would be....every detail about this woman's life will now be subjected to unending and unlimited scrutiny by the pro-Obama media."

kilwil888:

"GREAT article!

"I hope she's being protected also. There are many, shall we say, exuberant BO supporters who would love to get a piece of her. Man, if anything happens to her we have a motive, eh? She needs the witness protection program, IMHO."

kelzan: "Sadly Obama doesn't need to worry, because the media's got his back. Also, he will make sure to appoint people to the justice dept that will never investigate this if he wins."

AEOakley:

"Let's see who has the last laugh...

"daisymay, you're hilarious! If you'd read the thread all the way through, you would have seen that I posted the exact same news story back on page one. No one is saying that this woman is perfect — but knowing full well the endless scrutiny she is sure to endure at the hands of an Obama-crazed media (Joe the Plumber's experience will seem like a birthday party in comparison!), she still agreed to testify in this case. Right there is reason enough to at least hear the woman out.

"But then again, if your mind is already made up that ACORN and the Obama campaign can do no wrong.......well, enjoy your laugh. I'd rather wait and see what evidence she might have to offer."

But Hannity didn't treat Ms. MonCrief like "Joe the Plumber."

For America, that's turned out to be quite a bummer.

Hannity still can make amends for that huge mistake!

Sean: Interview Ms. MonCrief NOW, for America's sake!
