A sick, dangerous fixation on race

In the last few years, a number of news items have reported that upon hearing a speaker (in one case, Bill Clinton) cite statistics suggesting that by 2040, the United States will no longer be a majority white nation, liberal audiences have reacted with roaring applause.

That astonishing behavior ought to elicit a wide spectrum of reactions from the American public, especially its psychologists and psychiatrists; but one of those reactions ought not be surprise, for owing to the love of power that Washington warned "predominates in the human heart" or the love of neurotic guilt that gives rise to the love of self-loathing, white liberals have long exhibited a sick, dangerous fixation on race.

As a matter of sad fact, David Sirota's "Let's hope the Boston marathon bomber is a white American" (salon.com), posted literally one day after an incomprehensibly evil act of terrorism, provides testimony to just how virulently sick and madly dangerous that fixation is.

It is impossible to know whether Sirota's mind is poisoned by one or a mix of the perverse loves mentioned above. But right from the outset of the piece, it is evident his mind is compelled – however tortuously it must twist and turn – to bring race into his reaction to the horrific attack as he spits the claim that America's white majority gives a pass to white terrorists but demonizes Islamists:

"There is a double standard: White terrorists are dealt with as lone wolves, Islamists are existential threats."

Not to depend on words alone, the article seeks to support that supposed crime by juxtaposing photos of Timothy McVeigh and Osama Bin Laden.

However, Sirota conveniently fails to mention that although McVeigh was a vile, monstrously inhuman murderer, he did not lead an organization whose darker than the Dark Ages tentacles successfully attached themselves to one of the world's major religions and proved, time and again, their vile, bloody reach to be world-wide.

Neither does Sirota point out that McVeigh did not lead an organization regarded as a genuine "existential" threat by entire nations whose people to this day rightfully fear being forced to live under a system of darker than the Dark Ages law.

This attitude of spewing blame on white America, morality and intellectuality be damned, continues as Sirota bemoans the fact that unlike the kind of force "marshaled against foreign terrorists," the U.S. has developed no "systemic action" to combat domestic terror carried out by American citizens.

Shamelessly avoiding the differences between fighting crime and fighting a war, which is to say, differences between citizens and enemy combatants, Sirota doesn't mention the justice meted out to McVeigh; nor does he provide one example of how the "systemic action" he envisions might be accomplished legally.

Perhaps he remains silent because he can't. However, the most likely reason for his silence is that he cannot bring himself to come down hard on former citizen terrorists whose appointments to professorships at prestigious universities proves the truth of an assertion by Lee Stranahan at breitbart.com:

"[Leftist] American terrorists. . . are given a pass by academia and lauded in the arts . . . They are idolized by the left establishment, who view them as the embodiments of their ideals, carnage be damned."

Continuing his wildly irrational bashing of white America and "white privilege," Sirota proposes that if the villain in Boston turns out to be "a Muslim [or] a foreigner from the developing world" it will be easy "to imagine conservatives citing Boston as a reason to block immigration reform [as well as] to further expand surveillance and other encroachments on civil liberties."

Once again, one or more of the perverse loves have got not his tongue but his mind as he has nothing to say about the profound connection between border security and defense against the worst of possible terrorist attacks.

Moreover, he has nothing to say about Barack Obama, who is madly in love with the notion of domestic drone surveillance, has seriously considered the notion of drone bombing an American citizen sitting in a cafe on American soil, and staunchly defends the proposition that the person who is the final arbiter of what constitutes law in the United States sits, a million executive orders armed, in the Oval Office.

How true and ironically rotten it is that ostensibly free-thinking, intellectually-driven, science-loving, dogma-hating, free-spirit embracing liberals can never speak a negative word against the Supreme Leader of the Liberal Church.

Finally, this to all genuinely open-minded Americans – especially those who count themselves members of America's non-white populations and believe the liberal mind will never turn against them:

Psychology predicts and history has shown that Love of Power, Neurotic Guilt, and Self-Loathing are ever on the prowl, obsessively discarding the old in search of new, more nutritious food with which to feed their sick, insatiable appetites.

Doubters of that truth should consider the situation of Israeli citizens, an infinitesimally small minority among earth's people and one whom the Perverse Loves, caring, ultimately, not a whit about skin color, have driven American liberals to regard as arrogantly belligerent, stubbornly elitist, and viciously fascist, in short, revoltingly and disgustingly white.
