History tells us that the life of empires is about 250 years. Why is this important? Because America just celebrated her 245th anniversary of “independence,” and the question is whether we will make it to that magical 250th? Is America in her twilight years?

On Sunday in my community, and probably around the nation, people were dressed in their patriotic colors and proudly waved their American flags. There were parades and fireworks everywhere.

There remain multitudes of patriotic Americans who love our nation, and still believe in the values upon which we were founded. However, it is or should be clear that we have wandered far from those values. In fact, our founding documents have been forgotten, only to be replaced by progressive/socialist/communist ideas of the power brokers who have taken control of our government and all major institutions within our society. And for my fellow Christians reading this, know that these ideas have overtaken the so-called Church as well.

America has been taken over by foreign interests (think China), or American-born individuals whose hearts belong to those who want the New World Order. There has been a coup, not only of the executive branch of the Federal Government, but of everything essential to holding a nation together. And none of this happened overnight. This has occurred through the process of incrementalism where our rights have been ripped from us bit by bit over time.

Consider the term, eternal vigilance. While attributed to Thomas Jefferson, these words were first spoken by Irish orator, John Philpot Curran in 1790 during a speech on the Right of Election. He said, “It is the common fate of the indolent to see their rights become a prey to the active. The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance, which condition if he break, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime and the punishment of his guilt.” (pacificlegal.org)

Interesting to note that according to Merriam-Webster, synonyms for indolent include idle, lazy, and slothful. Unfortunately, Americans have been lazy/indolent in working to secure our liberty. Curran might observe today that we are indeed paying a price of servitude to our government overlords, who are supposed to be serving us.

Admittedly, things moved at a much slower pace 200 years ago, compared to our technologically driven society of today. The plotters and schemers have been at work since before our founding, but we citizens worked hard for freedom in our early days and were willing to fight to keep it. Still, wolves-in-sheep-clothing worked their way into government, education, and corporations. The money class bought their way to power in numerous ways and began the “snow-job” upon the citizenry. Hiding behind masks of benevolence, their true goals were control, power, and wealth. For hundreds of years this elitist class, consisting of just a few bloodlines that intermarry with one another, has ruled everything.

Today we may be more aware of some of their shenanigans, but once we learn about this mischief, it is too late to undo. So many things are done behind closed doors, even within our government. Pertaining to the government, we must be super vigilant to keep up with the rapid decisions and changes to our laws, including what amounts to the re-writing of our very Constitution. After taking a month of vacation in June, I was astounded by some things that had happened. While I quickly browsed through a few of the alternative news sites during this time, I did not take the usual amount of time to do the deeper dive to learn the things meant to stay hidden. New laws, decrees, proclamations, and more were happening multiple times a day.

While it is easy to criticize citizens for not paying attention, it is understandable that not everyone can take the proper amount of time necessary to learn truth. Most regular Americans must work, sometimes more than one job, to support themselves and their families. This allows less time to learn the harm government and corporations are doing to us. We have all learned to rely on media “news sources” that now all spout the same news—usually almost word for word. However, while there are many words spoken, truth is nearly non-existent from these sources.

Of course, as we have discussed before, this is because five or six corporations own nearly all media outlets. Who owns those corporations? The same money class running and ruining everything for centuries. The same people who managed a coup in the U.S. presidency, installing a compromised, bought and paid for buffoon who at his best was a babbling, plagiarizing, yes-man to anyone offering the right incentives. The same people, along with their worldwide compatriots, who plotted the SARS-Cov-2 plandemic. In response to the all-encompassing system that is attempting to overthrow our nation once and for all, scores of patriots, professionals, and doctors have started their own web sites on various platforms to reveal truth to the masses since the media complex can no longer be trusted. Sadly, all truth tellers are being silenced. Even established doctors cannot speak health truth. Yet, deliberate hate speech and anti-American rhetoric are welcomed on these sites.

It seems like our congressmen could do something on behalf of the citizens they represent. Wrong.

Big Tech is safe from any lawsuits for damages they cause to American citizens.

There is proof the so-called vaccines are causing harm to citizens, and yet again, nothing is being done. Big Pharma has immunity, cannot be sued for any harm suffered by recipients of their experimental gene therapy, mRNA shots.

Where is the accountability? Why are American citizens being silenced from speaking about such topics?

Of course, silencing citizens is mild treatment considering that it is highly likely SARS-Cov-2 was intended to cull the population. The truth about our government’s cooperation with the Chinese Communist Party in gain of function research has been revealed. And yet, where is the outrage by American citizens? Are we just willing to surrender to whatever the government tells us to do, including forced vaccinations? We must face facts that these shots are indeed being forced on us. The government is hellbent on making it difficult for us to go anywhere or do anything unless we have taken the jab. Then there is the shaming coming from all areas of society aimed at “vaccine hesitant” people. There is something so nefarious about this whole thing that it is frightening.

Why this discussion? Because we cannot be lulled to sleep while thinking how great it is that we just celebrated our 245th Independence Day. We are kidding ourselves if we think we are free. The Democrat Party illegitimately gained control of all the legislative branch of government, and like children in a toy store being told they can have anything they desire, they are passing laws for every crazy thing they ever imagined and more. The Republicans are neutered, having no power to stop anything. But then, the GOP had already compromised itself, and finally committed semi-suicide by turning against President Donald Trump.

So, while it is difficult for people to search out truth, it is imperative to put July 4th behind us and to get serious about winning back the freedoms guaranteed at the beginning of our life as a nation. A reading of the founding documents would help refresh our memories. Yes, they can be understood, and need to be understood because our society is now resembling the classic book by George Orwell, Nineteen Eighty-four, where history is being re-written or erased, the meanings of words are changed, citizens are constantly surveilled, people are brainwashed to think the way the government leaders tell them to think, and more. Sound familiar yet?

Consider this: Author Paul McGuire, in his book Mass Awakening explained that the communist revolution in Russia was accomplished by less than ten percent of the population. In fact, only about three percent were committed to the cause. What if there were at least three percent of Americans dedicated to reclaiming what the enemy has stolen from us? Perhaps America would live for decades to come.

The fact is that if we do not get serious and begin holding our leaders accountable, and boldly speaking out against tyranny, while also falling on our individual and collective knees of repentance before our Holy God, America indeed is in her twilight years. Like all nations that have died before, it is generally the decay and corruption from within causing the demise. However, if only between three and ten percent of our citizens got serious about taking back what the enemies of freedom, and enemies of God have stolen, we could have a long life of freedom before us.

Scripture says that to whom much is given, much will be required. (Luke 12:48) We in America have been given much. Will we fight so our descendants can enjoy this God-given freedom, or will we surrender to the evil and pay the price for not being eternally vigilant? To anyone willing to hear….
