The destruction of America, part three

The American Representative Republic which our Founding Fathers so carefully planned for is literally coming apart at the seams. The documents our Founding Fathers so carefully constructed to protect the citizens of the Republic are becoming just tattered, aged scraps of paper. As Mark Levin has frequently commented, our Republic – the United States of America – is now a "post constitutional America." Soon, we might not even be the USA. Will anyone notice?

What has happened to us? How did we arrive at such a precarious state? Well, in my last two columns we have been discussing the drastic changes being made in the hearts and minds of Americans – the brainwashing. Most of what has happened has been carefully orchestrated, and thus deliberate. While outside forces have been, and always will be a major factor in the destruction of America, ultimately We the People are responsible for our own demise. And according to ex-Soviet KGB operator, Yuri Bezmenov, even this was part of the plan to destroy America...manipulate American perception to the point we can no longer differentiate truth from lies, and we will destroy ourselves.

Bezmenov escaped to the West in 1970, and until his death in 1993, he lectured on the tools of propaganda and mind control in controlling and overthrowing societies. The main thrust of his teachings concerned the takeover of societies through cultural and ideological subversion. The strategy is what he called "non-traditional Marxist psychological warfare." This happens in four stages, which are:

1.) Demoralization

2.) Destabilization

3.) Crisis

4.) Normalization

We have already discussed the first two stages. We have arrived at either the very end of stage two, destabilization, or are entering into stage three, crisis. According to Bezmenov's teachings, destabilization is a process of undermining, or even collapsing major structures within society: economy, foreign relations, military and defense systems, government, and social relations.

Ever since the Clinton administration we have watched the weakening of our military. Forces that should be used to protect our homeland, our interests, are increasingly used to fight Other Peoples' battles around the world. We are weakened at home with a lack of personnel to protect our own borders – yes, in both military and terrorist attacks, and from invasion, like we see happening at our southern border.

Furthermore, our military has been weakened through "sissification." The Federal Government has forced the military to allow homosexuals into the ranks, and women into combat roles. There is no place in combat for women. We aren't physically or mentally equipped for combat. Period. And what about women in the Navy, say on submarines? Who, if we are in our right minds, can say this is a good idea?

As for homosexuals, well, the same can be said regarding their physical and mental capabilities. There is the obvious matter of sexual behavior. Enough said. But because of the politicizing of homosexuality, and the government's insistence to make things "fair" for everybody, military morale has been compromised. Now soldiers have to worry not just about doing their job, but they also must "tiptoe through the tulips" so as not to offend anyone of the homosexual persuasion. Unit cohesion is jeopardized, creating an unstable working environment, which is not good when bullets are flying our way.

The expenditure of billions of dollars on unnecessary wars contributes to an already drastically out-of-control economic disaster. Economists are speculating on a collapse of the dollar in the near future, a collapse that would have worldwide ramifications. We keep borrowing from other countries, which in turn makes us beholden to these countries. Or, we print more money, which causes decreased value of our dollars. And our Federal Government keeps spending like a bunch of drunken sailors on shore leave. Has the Soviet destabilization plan been working? In the late 1980's, Bezmenov said that the Soviet Union considered it a tremendous success. Do you wonder what they think today?

As for foreign relations becoming unglued, we need only consider the current situation concerning Syria. The Obama administration's foreign policy can be described by the old comedy routine of Abbott and Costello: "Who's on first, what's on second. I don't know is on third."

But the one defining factor that further proves success of destabilization is the antagonistic and radicalized nature within our society. Bezmenov said that in virtually every area of society, people and groups become pitted against one another. This hotbed of antagonism, often punctuated with violence, becomes more prevalent as various groups demand their rights, and/or equality. Illegal aliens demand the "rights and privileges" of American citizens. Homosexuals demand mainstream America accept their lifestyles, disregarding the fact it goes against the very framework and mores of civilized societies. Women demand the right to kill their babies. Fast food employees demand ridiculously higher wages. And on and on...

So now, we face crisis, the third stage in the destruction of America. This is a scary stage, and one we possibly entered into when we elected Barack Obama to the presidency. In this stage, Bezmenov said, "The population at large is looking for a savior... This is also when "society collapses, when it can no longer function productively."

When campaigning for the presidency, Obama portrayed himself as a savior to the people, one who has all the answers to fix every problem. He also told Americans that he was going to "fundamentally change America," which he has successfully accomplished. And he isn't done yet. It is almost as if he studied Marxist/Leninist strategies in "non-traditional Marxist psychological warfare." Oh, but he did, because he was raised by socialists and communists, had mostly socialist/communist pals, was taught by socialist/communist professors, has been mentored by socialist/communists post college, and currently surrounds himself with socialist/communists. He is a socialist. And his desire to fundamentally change America is to make it a communist Utopia his ilk seeks.

So because enough Americans were persuaded by Obama's well-scripted, teleprompter-delivered speeches, he became our president. Enough people whose minds have succumbed to decades of psychological warfare, and who were looking for someone, anyone, to fix all our problems, elected a socialist into the highest office in the land. And the rest, as they say, is history.

According to Bezmenov, we are now ripe for either civil war or an invasion by enemy forces. Obama is actually gearing-up for some domestic incident. Fox News reported this week on armed EPA workers visiting a small town in Alaska, which led to the revelation that about 70 Federal Government agencies are armed. The question is why? Military personnel on domestic bases can't defend themselves from terrorist attacks. Remember Ft. Hood? And our government wants to take away citizens' rights to own weapons to protect themselves. And yet, the Feds are armed to the hilt. Perhaps our government is arming itself to fight against us. It sounds feasible, don't you think? It isn't surprising, then, that in the second amendment of the Bill of Rights, our Founding Fathers recorded that the rights of the people to keep and bear arms "shall not be infringed."

Psychological war has been waged against the United States of America. We the People didn't recognize soon enough what was happening to the country, our Constitution, or to our freedoms. More people are awake today and beginning to seek solutions. These folks know that government is the problem, not the solution. Founding Father John Adams commented, "The jaws of power are always open to devour, and her arm is always stretched out, if possible, to destroy the freedom of thinking, speaking, and writing." Through legislation, they are trying to tell us what to think, speak, and write. We have allowed enemies of freedom, our Constitution, and of God to strip us of our rights and freedoms in the name of "progress." But Marxist/Leninist progress is the death knell for America, because the socialist/communist goal is for a centralized government, controlling everything and everyone. Look at the progress made by the Federal Government in less than five years!

Sadly, we are in a post-constitutional America. If we had heeded the warnings of our Founding Fathers, we would never have gotten to this point. As Patrick Henry said, "The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government – lest it come to dominate our lives and interests." The Federal Government has not only used our Constitution to restrain We the People, it now totally disregards it. The government indeed dominates our lives and interests. Is there any hope for undoing the damage and restoring our Constitution, and once again becoming the Representative Republic we once were? None of us knows what is yet to come, but in my next column, we will discuss what the last stage of our undoing is meant to bring about. Until then, let us pray that our God allows us the wisdom to know how to repair the damage, and time to accomplish it. To anyone willing to hear....
