Justice declares: Pelosi's career must end
By Timothy Buchanan
It's going to be a wild couple of years, with bogus "scandals" and endless political inquisitions unless President Trump and Republicans are willing to take off the gloves. Just over one year ago, Democrat Congresswoman, Nancy Pelosi said that impeachment of the president "is not someplace that I think we should go." The nature or veracity of charges he might be accused of remains a closely-guarded secret.
But, of course, now that she's the Speaker of the House of Representatives she's singing a new song, demonstrating that underestimating the treacherous nature of Pelosi and Congressional Democrats is a foolish mistake.
In a Today Show interview with NBC's Savannah Guthrie, the incoming Speaker said that she is content to wait for the conclusion of the Mueller investigation, but signaled that Democrats are willing to pursue President Trump even after he leaves office saying, "Everything indicates that a president can be indicted after he is no longer president."
So what can the president and Republicans do to eliminate the threats of the Democrat party's de facto leader? Exactly what Pelosi did to former Texas Congressman, Tom DeLay – open an investigation into campaign operations within her San Francisco Congressional district.
In 2005, after mindlessly agreeing to a deal concocted by Democrats – that leadership positions must be vacated upon criminal indictment – Tom DeLay was forced to step-down from his post as Majority Whip. Ironically, DeLay was charged by a local Texas prosecutor for "illegally" sharing campaign funds with Texas state candidates. Pelosi and her media accomplices immediately went to work to destroy this man's life.
DeLay was convicted, although his conviction was overturned on appeal. Nevertheless, the intended damage to the man and the Congressional leadership was done. Tom DeLay was not reelected.
As yet, no Democrat political candidate has been charged with violating campaign finance laws despite evidence of massive foreign payments and kickbacks made to the presidential campaigns of Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton by China, the U.A.E and Russia. Former Democrat Senators, Evan Bahy and Chris Dodd were never indicted for robbing mortgage institutions while in office, and state and local Democrat officials continue to obstruct federal immigration laws without consequence.
For all of their belligerent rhetoric about corruption in Washington, DC, Democrats are rarely held to any standard of ethical or criminal conduct. For far too long, they have been able to manipulate Republicans with the gleeful aid of national media, just like the Accuser of old.
Perhaps, now is the time for that to change. If there is one thing that Democrats cannot survive, it is exposure. And yet, that is exactly what justice requires.
In any case, it's going to be a volatile two years in America. Therefore, there might as well be a positive outcome beneficial to the people rather than a return to the crooked past of Democrat duplicity. Justice has little capacity to defend her own honor. She must be ferociously protected in truth and equity by those who love and admire her.
