Hillary's candidacy -- clear evidence of American decline

There is little doubt that if Hillary Clinton ran for the office of president during the Roosevelt or Reagan era she would not have gone very far in the primaries, if she was able to get on the ballot at all.

Times have changed.

Now, there are millions of liberals, Millennials, mostly democrats that allowed such a candidate to reach the final stages in an election cycle. Nothing says more about the American people than this, it is no longer just about Hillary Clinton.

Nobody has yet explained the new phenomena of "clown sightings" which report that ominous, creepy clowns are standing at the edge of the woods peering at children.

If that weren't spooky enough, then appears one Hillary Clinton at the nationally televised debates draped in flaming red, frumpy looking, with wobbly eyes and a coif that hides the gray and stands as a monument to the power of hairspray to hold the very Clinton kingdom together.

Then someone noted what looks like and ear piece in Hillary's ear, some say, to help her in the debate. While that may be only typical Clinton skullduggery, it was the drilling down to the depths of boring political hype and rhetorical emptiness that made the surreal candidacy of yet another Clinton, seem like an attack on the country – one living room at a time.

We can only guess what combination of drugs the doctors used to keep her propped up during the debate ,the earpiece debacle, true or not, caused actor James Woods to say, "She even needs help to lie"

But it's the nation that needs a serious self-examination.

It is the so called, millennials that have been swayed by the all new alliance of Hillary and Sanders. This is the group looking for safe places, no micro-aggressions and plenty of free stuff. Nationalism, flags, love of country and expensive tuition are on their hit list.

Following Obama's example they are offering this crowd free stuff to get onboard the Hillary train to the White House – it is "free tuition" for anyone coming from a family that makes less than $125K a year.

After throwing Sanders under the bus, the grandfatherly neo-Marxist Che Guevara of the something for nothing crowd, is helping the frumpy-one to gather in the disgruntled and feeling unsafe whiners of America.

Unless this entire thrust is a Satanically inspired plan to bring America to its knees, there is no way to understand why the most educated and allegedly most sophisticated generation in our history has chosen to believe an inveterate liar and her new geriatric power man.

Hillary's list of lies and corruption are a matter of public record and go far beyond a republican move to put her off-guard. Why isn't this nation seeing, listening or caring?

While we weigh the candidates, perhaps now is the time time to reflect back to ourselves. America is teetering on the edge of disaster.

If Hillary's record of lying and corruption does not steer us away from her something else will like the unceremonious fall of a once great nation.

Do we believe that a person who could barely guard a few emails will keep this vast nation with all its people and natural resources in safety for the next four years?

While Hillary says Mr. Trump's temperament shows he is unfit to be president, why haven't we noticed that Hillary's morality makes her unfit to run a pizzeria in the Bronx.

In fact, the price for choosing Hillary is off the charts. But so is America's national collective conscience.

Hillary was seen on national TV today calling on her Methodist background as a guide. The growing apostasy of the Methodist Church of today may concur, but in its day, she would have been branded a liar.

Her views of abortion, homosexuality, counterfeit marriage and a dozen other moral questions sound more like someone raised in the religion of Baal.

It was one of the founders of the Methodist Church, who penned the beloved hymn, "Jesus Lover of My Soul" who spoke of life as a tempest on the sea.

Jesus, lover of my soul,
Let me to Thy bosom fly,
While the nearer waters roll,
While the tempest still is high.
Hide me, O my Savior, hide,
Till the storm of life is past;
Safe into the haven guide;
Oh, receive my soul at last.

Charles Wesley 1740

But it was the Apostle Paul who told his disciple Timothy that some would not make it through the tempest because of their abandonment of their faith.

This is Hillary and those who think to place her at the helm of this good ship we call the United States will follow her to the depths of the sea.

"Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck." (1Tim 1: 19)
