Kavanaugh, the FBI, and the Deep State
By Cliff Kincaid
Cliff Kincaid talks to anti-corruption activist Garland Favorito about "the deep state chess match" being played by President Trump and Senate Democrats at the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing. The evidence suggests Trump knows Kavanaugh is a flawed nominee but felt he would be acceptable to the Senate Democrats and the Deep State. The plan went haywire when the sexual assault charge came into play. It has seriously backfired on Trump and the Republicans, to the point where the polls now suggest that the Democrats will take the House AND the Senate in November. The real issue, they argue, is Kavanaugh's role in the cover-up of former Clinton White House lawyer Vincent Foster.
